Taking time to tackle vehicle crime Local NPT officers, together with Leeds City Council ‘s licensing department and the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency, conducted an operation targeting unlicensed and unlawful scrap metal dealers in the Adel and Wharfedale areas. Several vehicles were stopped and checks were carried out.
