Aston Terrace, Bramley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, Ls13 2De £160,000 ASTON TERRACE, BRAMLEY, LEEDS, WEST YORKSHIRE, LS13 2DE £160,000 3 Bedroom House THREE BEDROOMS, A GARAGE and SIDE GARDEN! Attention first time buyers and investors. Available for sale is this lovely three-bedroom end terrace with impressive internal and external space including the rear and side gardens, and unlike any other in this area there is a driveway and garage. View today to avoid disappointment! Bramley is a historic Yorkshire town which was historically built for millworkers due to Leeds’ historic involvement in textiles. Located in West Leeds nestled between Kirkstall and Pudsey, Bramley is a residential town but it is certainly self-sufficient with supermarkets and shops and a bustling town centre. Bramley also has fantastic road links and easy access to the motorways and bus links too for commuting, not to mention its train station which is less than 15 minutes from Leeds City Centre. There are communal green spaces to be found throughout and there are good primary and secondary schools close by and there are remnants of Bramley’s historic past in the form of many stone mills from the industrial revolution. Accommodation Ground Floor Entrance Main entrance into the property at the front is into a welcoming entrance hall which leads into the living room. This is a nice space to kick off shoes and hang coats etc. Living Room The main reception room in the house is the nice, front facing living room which is a large space to be enjoyed year round. There is a very large front facing window in the living room which floods the room with natural light. Dining Room To the rear of the living room (and accessed off it) there is a dining room. This is a very nice addition to have a second reception room. The dining room could be converted into a ‘kitchen/ diner’ in our opinion, which would still leave a large living room at the front. Kitchen The kitchen is a nicely sized room at the rear of the house on the ground floor adjacent to the dining room. There are ample wall and base units, storage cupboards and there is a rear external door leading to the rear garden. First Floor Master Bedroom The master bedroom on the first floor and is a front-facing double bedroom. This is a nice, bright room with a large double bed within as well as built in wardrobe space and room besides. Bedroom Two The second bedroom is also located on the first floor and is a double bedroom which has a view over the rear garden. The second bedroom is another good sized double bedroom; like the master bedroom there is a built in wardrobe. Bedroom Three The third bedroom is a front facing single bedroom with a built in wardrobe over the bulk head. This would make a fabulous home office or child’s bedroom. House Bathroom The house bathroom is located on the first floor and benefits from a walk in corner shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin within. There is room for a bath and there has been one previously. External At the front of the house there is front yard which is a nice buffer from the road. There is an impressive, paved side garden for sitting in which is made private by the large, sheltering hedges without making the garden feel small. To the rear there is another patio section, and a driveway which leads to the single detached garage which is a fantastic addition to any family home and is very rare to find around these houses. • May 2021 FOI 2387-21 Drink Spiking
Our ref: 2387/21 Figures for incidents of drink spiking in your region over the last 5 years (year by year) I would appreciate it if the figures can be broken down to the nearest city/town. Can you also tell me the number of prosecutions there have been for the above offences and how many of those resulted in a conviction? Please see the attached document. West Yorkshire Police receive reports of crimes that have occurred following a victim having their drink spiked, crimes such as rape, sexual assault, violence with or without injury and theft. West Yorkshire Police take all offences seriously and will ensure that all reports are investigated. Specifically for victims of rape and serious sexual offences, depending on when the offence occurred, they would be offered an examination at our Sexual Assault Referral Centre, where forensic samples, including a blood sample for toxicology can be taken, with the victim’s consent, if within the timeframes and guidance from the Faculty for Forensic and Legal Medicine. West Yorkshire Police work with support agencies to ensure that all victims of crime are offered support through the criminal justice process, including specialist support such as from Independent Sexual Violence Advisors.
