 Conducted survey for the ‘Working of One Year of AAP Government’ in Delhi in February 2016 with the help of post graduate students of the Course - 5, Parties, Elections and Political Process in India, Semester IV, Department of Political Science, University of Delhi covering 8236 households across all seven parliamentary and 70 assembly constituencies in the Capital.

 Conducted election survey for Delhi Assembly, 2015 with the help of post graduate students of Political Science Department, University of Delhi covering 10,000 households spreading across all 9 districts and 70 constituencies in the Capital.

 Instrumental in introducing Political Science Honours and co-education in Shyam Lal College [Evening], University of Delhi.

 Formalized subject association/s by giving nomenclature, holding regular elections of office bearers, engaging students in different academic and co-curricular activities, organizing debates, quiz, talks, national and international seminars/conferences for the students of the department and the college.

 Taught all the new courses introduced under the ambit of Political Science Department like Reading Gandhi, Citizenship, Human Rights, Contemporary India, Voluntary Organizations, Politics, Ethics and Social Responsibility of Business, Democracy and Governance, etc.

 Bridged the gap between the teaching fraternity and the student community through various interactive programs.
