Entry into the Giveaway for each day will be calculated once all racing is closed, typically approximately 2:00AM Eastern Time (the following day). Additionally, participants will receive one (1) additional bonus entry for each wagering ticket (of any denomination) placed during the Giveaway Period on any race on any of the following racetracks: Golden Gate Fields Golden Hour Pick 4 & Double Gulfstream Park Gulfstream Park West Maryland Jockey Club @ Laurel Park Pimlico Rosecroft Raceway Santa Anita Park Stronach 5 Additionally, participants will receive one (1) additional bonus entry for each wagering ticket (of any denomination) placed during the Giveaway Period on Monday through Friday. Subject to the availability of bonus entries, the maximum number of entries available to be received by any participant is equal to the number of total tickets (of any combination), placed per Xpressbet or 1/ST BET account during the Giveaway Period. Entries must be made in accordance with these Official Rules; any other attempted form of entry will NOT be accepted. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like call-in or deposit entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and result in disqualification of any entrant using such methods. Participants are only eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. Giveaway Period: Giveaway begins on April 2, 2021 Giveaway ends on May 2, 2021 The draw for the Grand Prize and the Secondary Prizes will occur on or about May 4, 2021. Selecting Winners: The winner of the Grand Prize, Second Prizes and Third Prizes will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Xpressbet will attempt to notify the winner by May 4, 2021. The Grand Prize, Second Prizes and Third Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non- exchangeable for cash or any other item, and may not be substituted, transferred or assigned by the winner. In its sole discretion however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize and/or Secondary Prizes with a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize or Secondary Prizes or any portion is unavailable for any reason. Taxes: Liability for any and all federal, state and local taxes rests solely with the prize winner. The prize winner acknowledges that taxes may be payable on the Giveaway Drawing Prize even if a winning wager on the 2021 Preakness Stakes is not made using the Giveaway Drawing Prize. All expenses, costs, fees or additional tax associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner, provided however, that if it is ultimately determined that there are taxes resulting from a non-paying Bet (as described below) by Winner, then Xpressbet will pay such taxes, if any. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of Prize consists of the taxes paid by Xpressbet, if any, resulting from a non-paying bet by Winner. Prize winner further acknowledges that additional taxes, including withholding taxes, may be payable by prize winner if a winning wager on the 2021 Preakness Stakes is made using the Giveaway Drawing Prize. General Conditions: All expenses, costs, fees and federal, state and local taxes associated with the acceptance and/or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner; provided, however, that if it is ultimately determined by governmental authorities that there are taxes on the Grand Prize resulting from a non-paying WIN wager on the Preakness Stakes race (as described below) by Winner, then Xpressbet will pay such taxes, if any. Winner acknowledges that additional taxes, including withholding taxes, may be payable by Winner if a paying wager on the Preakness Stakes is made using the Grand Prize. Notification of Winners: Winners may be notified via one of the following: email or telephone. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are determined by number of eligible entries received during all five weeks of the Giveaway Period. It is estimated that 1,500,000 eligible entries will be received and that the expected odds of winning the Grand Prize for each entry is as follows: 1,500,000:1 with the expected odds of winning a Second Prize of 150,000:1 and the expected odds of winning a Third Prize of 30,000:1. Giveaway Drawing Grand Prize: $20,000 wagering voucher for a WIN wager on one horse in the 2021 Preakness Stakes race. The WIN wager funds will be deposited into winner's Xpressbet wagering account and may not be withdrawn. Winner has not won Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) but has simply won the right to direct one (1) free WIN wager in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) which will be placed on one (1) horse selected by winner. The free wager itself has no cash value to winner and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash by winner. The $20,000 WIN wager must be placed by winner on one (1) horse participating in the 2021 Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland (or another race selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Failure by winner to place the full amount of the wager on the Preakness Stakes race will result in forfeiture of this portion of the Grand Prize. Winner will win the proceeds, if any, of the free wager to be redeemed in accordance with all Xpressbet policies and procedures. If the 2021 Preakness Stakes is canceled for any reason, the free $20,000 WIN wager portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Ten (10) Second Prize Winners Receive: $500 Xpressbet or 1/ST BET Wagering Voucher Second-place prizes will be given to ten (10) randomly chosen eligible entries, which will consist of a $500 Xpressbet or 1/ST BET Wagering Voucher. Wagering credits will be deposited to the entrant's Xpressbet or 1/ST BET account, and must be wagered prior to withdrawing any winnings. Wagering vouchers are different than cash and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed or transferred. Customer has three months (90 days) to wager full $500 wagering credit. Unused credits (partial or full) will be retracted after 90 days. Fifty (50) Third Prize Winners Receive: $100 Xpressbet or 1/ST BET Wagering Voucher Third-place prizes will be given to fifty (50) randomly chosen eligible entries, which will consist of a $100 Xpressbet or 1/ST BET Wagering Voucher.

Edman Builders of Fort Collins, Colo- rado has been contracted as the con- struction manager for the project and Slate Architecture, of Helena, is the architect. The facility will serve as a bus barn for Windrider Transit’s buses, and will allow the county to do maintenance on larger vehicles. Park County received a $700,000 grant, with no match requirement, from the Montana Department of Transporta- tion through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act for the project. The construction contract includes a guaranteed maxi- mum price for the project of $600,000. The new transit facility will measure approximately 5,568 square feet, according to the contract, and will house the county’s buses. Plans call for the facility to include three bays, one wash bay with a wash curtain, a conference/training room, bathrooms, three offices, a break room, a storage/copy supply room and a mez- zanine for storage.
