It relates to the identification and appraisal of route options for a new 132kV overhead line to connect from the consented Glenmuckloch Pumped-Storage Hydro (PSH) substation to the existing 132kV substation at Glenglass, Dumfries and Galloway (“the Glenmuckloch 132kV Connection Project”). This document presents the methodology and findings of the routeing study which has been undertaken, to inform consultation being undertaken on the Glenmuckloch 132kV Connection Project.
