528 Road Traffic and Vehicles No. 162 1980 No. 162 ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEIDCLES One-Way Traffic (Belfast-Newtownabbey) Order (Northern Ireland) 1980 Made 19th May 1980 Coming into operation 1st July 1980 The Department of the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 19 of the Road Traffic Act (Northern Ireland) 1970(a) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the One-Way Traffic (Belfast-Newtownabbey) Order (Northern Ireland) 1980 and shall come into operation on 1st July 1980. Revocation 2. The One-Way Traffic (Belfast-Newtownabbey) Order (Northern Ireland) 1979(b) and the One-Way Traffic (Belfast-Newtownabbey) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1980(c) are hereby revoked. ' Prohibition 3. No person shall, except upon the direction or with the permission of a constable in uniform or of a traffic warden, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the roads or in any of the lengths of road specified in column 1 of the Schedule in a direction other than that specified jn relation to those roads or lengthS of rqad in column 2. - Sealed with the Official Seal of the Department of the Environment tor Northern Ireland on 19th May 1980.
