The Access and Support position aims to support HACC eligible people with diverse needs, who may have difficulty finding out about services to access HACC (Home Care) and other services. This is a short term service for Frail older people (over 65 years of age), younger people with a disability and their carers who; • Need help to stay living at home. • Need help to access services • Difficulties understanding the service systems. We can assist you, if you live in the shire of Wodonga, Indigo, Alpine, Towong, Wangaratta, Benalla, or Mansfield. Support from an Access and Support Officer is free and confidential.
