Hyundai I30 Striking Design The New Hyundai i30 Striking design. Enhanced efficiency. The new i30. The signature Hyundai hexagonal grille dominates the front of every new i30 creating an impression of strength and character, qualities that you’ve come to expect from Hyundai. New Bi-Xenon headlamps and LED Daytime running lights add a distinct dynamic accent, flanking the grille within the finely sculpted bodywork. And, to accentuate the agile style of the new i30, we’ve added the option of newly designed alloy wheels. The i30 Turbo (shown here) is identified by its blacked-out grille, red accent inlay and silver wing shape set into the unique front bumper. 18” alloy wheels and a sporty rear bumper with twin exhausts complete the picture. All other new i30 models get a striking four-bar grille and boldly shaped front fog lamps (see front cover). But it’s not all about looks. Both performance and fuel efficiency have been improved and the new i30 is available with new, user-friendly technology and features. 2 3 Sport front seats, sports instrument cluster and contrasting red detailing distinguish the interiors of the i30 Turbo. 4 5 Increased performance. Reduced consumption. More choice. The dynamic performance suggested by the flowing lines of our “Fluidic Sculpture” design concept is delivered by an extended range of diesel and petrol engines, including the new 186 hp unit for the Turbo. All are Euro6 compliant. There’s also a new Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT) that’s standard with both diesel engines and our 1.6 GDI petrol engine. DCT enables smoother and faster shifting without the usual inefficiencies of a conventional automatic gearbox. The enhanced driving experience of this new i30 is made even more satisfying by an interior design that echoes the expressive flowing lines of the exterior.
