The event will be held in San Luis province, Argentina, in the period from 27 September to 16 October 2005.

The inaugural event had been held in Halkidiki, Greece from 22 to 29 April 2005. The 2006 event is again awarded to Halkidiki, Greece from 25 April to 2 May 2006. The categories change to U9, U11, U13, U15, in order to avoid confusion with the World Youth categories.
