Lime kilns The burning of limestone was a major post-war industry for Wanneroo. Huge kilns were built and you can view some at: Cooper’s Park, Fairport Vista, Mindarie and at the end of Kiln Rd, Carabooda. Information on the Lime Kilns can be found on the City’s website.
