GENERAL INFORMATION

In addition to the BMW Individual Collection (official sales literature) the BMW Individual Manufaktur offers further exclusive contents. If your customer wishes to order items that are not described here, please contact your BMW Individual contact.

Please be aware that new products (e.g. new paint finishes, new upholstery variations, etc.) require approx. 3-5 weeks to clarify the technical feasibility.

Individualizations are not possible for the following series:

 1, 2, 3 GT, 6 GT, X1, X2, X3, X4, Z4  As of today also X5, X6, X7

In general the following contents cannot be realized:

 Changes to safety-relevant components (airbags, etc.)  Changes to brand-typical characteristics (BMW logo etc.)  Changes to components with legal requirements (OPF etc.)  Changes to the overall vehicle tuning (chassis, body, etc.)  Swap of a rim styling of any kind  Steering wheel modification because of the hands-on detection  BMW Individual Manufaktur contents as aftersales solution

The WLTP-Data for the individual configuration based on the order number will be sent to you after the order is confirmed.

ORDERING PROCESS

To order a BMW Individual Manufaktur content an order number with a booked quota is required. The order processing takes place in status 102.

Existing customer orders can only be equipped with BMW Individual Manufaktur contents until status 112.

As soon as all participants involved in the process confirmed, the vehicle is booked by BMW Individual on status 111.

Option changes to BMW Individual Manufaktur orders can only be executed by the BMW Individual team and generate a significant effort for all participants involved in the process. Therefore we ask you to only submit final configurations for checking and ordering special requests.

BMW INDIVIDUAL MANUFAKTUR VISUALIZER

The BMW Individual Manufaktur Visualizer contains a large selection of possible special paints as well as leathers and BMW Individual Manufaktur contents.

For new models, BMW Individual Manufaktur contents and special paintworks can be requested as soon as the new series is available, even if they are not yet displayed in the BMW Individual Manufaktur Visualizer. Production takes place with the start of the SABI-Individual Production.

Please keep in mind that not all of the features mentioned in this document can be displayed in the BMW Individual Manufaktur Visualizer.

BMW INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Take your time to review the BMW Individual Training documents. You can find them online as a web-based training. Many questions about feasibility, the ordering process and the BMW Individual Manufaktur contents are answered. In short videos we explain how our vehicles are refined and introduce you to the people behind the products.

LEAD TIMES

The lead time starts with placing your order with BMW Individual. In order to make all the preparations for the production of a special request vehicle, this lead time is necessary. It has no influence on the production time in the factory.

The general lead time for BMW Individual Manufaktur products is at least 6 weeks. Special paint should be planned with approx. 8-10 weeks.

For special upholstery you have to calculate with significantly longer lead times (min. 14 weeks). This lead time is necessary to develop the construction deviations for the plants and suppliers, to provide the process partner with the required material and to produce the upholstery according to the customer´s request.

Exception with special equipment 944:

The production of the contents takes place in the BMW Individual Manufaktur after the F2-date in the factory. The delivery week indicated in the system is extended by approx. 3-4 weeks. Please consider this in the customer consultation.

PAINTWORK SAMPLES

Paintwork samples for BMW Individual Manufaktur paintworks can be ordered via the email address individual- [email protected].

The paintwork sample is packaged in a high-quality Merino leather bag with the imprinted Manufaktur logo. The price per paint sample is 50€ BVP plus shipping costs.

It is also possible to order a selection of paint samples for consultation purposes for your dealership.

300€ After the completion in the factory, the finishing takes place in the BMW Individual Manufaktur. The delivery date indicated in the system is postponed by approx. 3 - 4 weeks.

Personalized door sill finishers (Not illuminated)

The feasibility depends on the desired lettering / logo in a vectorized file. 12 BVP: The logo rights have to be available. The position of the lettering / logo on the Weeks 6.200€ door sill finishers, the font and background colour as well as the font type have to be defined by the customer.

Embroidered front headrests
