Important Camp Information for Students Enrolled in the College Tennis Exposure Clinic at

1. Student Check-in – Student check-in will be held Saturday, July 27, from 7:30-8:00 a.m. at the Beren Tennis Center at Harvard University. The address is: 65 North Harvard Street, , MA 02163.

2. Closing Ceremony – The clinic concludes Sunday, July 28, at 4 p.m. Parents are welcome to come to the closing ceremony for students at 3:45 p.m. at the Beren Tennis Center.

3. Physical Exam and Immunization Records -- Every student must present a Physical Exam and Immunization Record (dated within 24 months prior to camp) from their doctor in order to participate in the clinic at Harvard University. In addition, the medical form must be filled out online or downloaded and turned in prior to the start of the clinic. Adequate health insurance is essential for all students attending the program. In the event of a medical emergency, all medical costs must be paid for by the student, parent or guardian.

4. Local Hotel Accommodations – For families requiring overnight accommodations, a discounted group rate has been arranged with the Courtyard Boston Cambridge Marriott. Click on the preferred link below for online reservations:

6. Directions to Harvard University’s Athletic Complex – located at: 65 North Harvard Street, Boston, MA 02163.

From the West Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east to Exit 18 (/Cambridge). After paying toll, bear left at fork towards Allston. Turn right at second set of lights onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately one mile. The following facilities will be on your left: , Bright Hockey Center, Blodgett Pool, Palmer Dixon Tennis Courts, Beren Tennis Center, Gordon Track, Cumnock Field, Jordan Field, O'Donnell Field, and the softball field.

From the North Take I-93 south to Storrow Drive exit. Take Storrow Drive west for approximately five miles. Exit at Harvard Square/North Harvard Street. At top of exit, turn left onto North Harvard Street . Approximately 1/4 mile on your right will be the entrance for Harvard Stadium, Bright Hockey Center, Blodgett Pool, Palmer Dixon Tennis Courts, Beren Tennis Center, Gordon Track, Cumnock Field, Jordan Field, O'Donnell Field, and softball field.

From the South Take I-95 north to I-93 north. Follow I-93 until Exit 20 (Massachusetts Turnpike). Take Mass. Pike west to Exit 20 (Allston/Cambridge). After paying toll, bear left at fork towards Allston. Turn right at second set of lights onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately one mile. The following facilities will be on your left: Harvard Stadium, Bright Hockey Center, Blodgett Pool, Palmer Dixon Tennis Courts, Beren Tennis Center, Gordon Track, Cumnock Field, Jordan Field, O'Donnell Field, and softball field.

7. Cancellation and Inclement Weather Policy -- A refund (less a $75 processing fee) will be provided to anyone who cancels more than 30 days prior to the start of the enrolled clinic. If you cancel, for any reason, within 30 days of the start of the clinic, you will receive a full credit toward a College Tennis Exposure Clinic (valid through December 2020). There will be no credit or refund for any student who must leave the clinic for illness, injury or any other reason, once the clinic has started. In the event of rain at any point during the clinic, we will use the indoor tennis facility at Harvard. Since our entire coaching staff will be working rain or shine, there will be no refund or credit in the event of inclement weather.
