REVERSION OF STATUS FROM FROM THE ORGANIZED HAMLET OF NUT MOUNTAIN TO AN AREA WITHIN THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF SASMAN NO. 336 1 Pursuant to section 52 and 53 of The Municipalities Act, the Rural Municipality of Sasman No. 336 has requested the Minister to order the reversion of the status of the Organized Hamlet of Nut Mountain to an area within the Rural Municipality of Sasman No. 336. 2 It is deemed advisable and in the public interest to revert the Organized Hamlet of Nut Mountain to an area within the Rural Municipality of Sasman No. 336. 3 It is hereby ordered that the area of the Organized Hamlet of Nut Mountain within the Rural Municipality of Sasman No. 336, being that area described in an Order dated April 1, 1982, shall be reverted to an area within the Rural Municipality of Sasman No. 336. 4 It is hereby ordered that cash assets of the Organized Hamlet of Nut Mountain remaining after the reversion, be set aside for provision of services and/or benefits within the former Organized Hamlet of Nut Mountain. 5 This Order shall take effect on December 31, 2013. The Law Society of Saskatchewan has reasonable grounds to believe that PAULINE DUNCAN BONNEAU may be guilty of conduct unbecoming a lawyer in that she: (a) in 2010, did misappropriate $19,800.00 from her trust account, by causing a firm trust cheque in that amount, that she created and signed, to be deposited into her personal bank account; (b) in 2008, did misappropriate $14, 879.00 from an Estate when she rendered an account and took payment for a Queen’s Bench Probate fee without ever having incurred that expense; (c) in 2011, did fabricate documents including a Transfer Authorization and Affidavit of Value and submitted those documents to the Information Services Corporation with the intent that they be relied upon as genuine; (d) in relation to two Estate matters did take payment for legal fees totalling in excess of $70,000 via “in kind” payments of estate property without remitting income tax, GST or PST. (e) in 2013, did attempt to mislead the Law Society of Saskatchewan by providing it with a trust ledger that she had altered along with additional altered supporting documents.
