अतः, अब, केLीय सरकार, पयाϕवरण (संरϓण ) िनयम, 1986 के िनयम 5 के उपिनयम (3) के साथ पƗठत पयाϕवरण (संरϓण ) अिधिनयम, 1986 (1986 का 29) कƙ उपधारा (2) के खंड (v) और खंड (xiv) और उपधारा (1) धारा 3 कƙ उपधारा (3) ůारा Oदē शिŎयĪ का Oयोग करते ćए , कĞLीय सरकार इस Oकार महाराƎ राϤय मĞ यावल वयजीव अभयारय कƙ सीमा से 7.65 Ƙकलोमीटर के अतगϕत आने वाले ϓेJ को सूिचत करती है (िजसे इस अिधसूचना के उपाबंध III के Đप मĞ मानिचJ मĞ Ƙदखाया गया है) पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन (िजसे इसमĞ इसके प चा त् पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन कहा गया है) के Đप मĞ अिधसूिचत करती है, िजसका िववरण िनƄानुसार है, अथाϕत् :-- 1.1.1. पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन काकाका िवतार औरऔरऔर उसकƙ सीमाएं- (1) पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन यावल वयजीव अभयारय के संरिϓत ϓेJ कƙ सीमा से 0 से 7.65 Ƙकलोमीटर कƙ दूरी पर िथत है और मय Oदेश राϤय और पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन के साथ सीमा को छूने से 403.98 वगϕ Ƙकलोमीटर ϓेJ का ϓेJफल आता है और 21° 18 '40 "से 21 ° 20' 20" उēर अϓांश और 75 ° 28 '57 "से 75 ° 59' 37" पूवϕ देशांतर के बीच िथत है। (2) यावल वयजीव अभयारय का मानिचJ पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन के साथ उपाबंधउपाबंध----IIII मĞ है और वयजीव अभयारय और पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन के भू-िनदğशांकĪ कƙ सूची उपाबंधउपाबंध----IIII (क) मĞ है। (3) पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन कƙ सीमाĸ का िववरण उपाबंधउपाबंध----IIIIIIII के ďप मĞ उपाबŵ है । (4) भू िनदğशांकĪ सिहत पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोन के अतगϕत आने वाले 16 =ामĪ कƙ सूची उपाबंधउपाबंध----IIIIIIIIIIII के ďप मĞ उपाबŵ है । 222.2... पाƗरिथितक संवेदी जोनजोनजोन केकेके िलएिलएिलए आंचिलक महायोजना ––– (1) राϤय सरकार, पाƗरिथित क संवेदी जोन के िलए राजपJ मĞ अंितम अिधसूचना के Oकाशन कƙ तारीख से दो वषϕ कƙ अविध के भीतर, थानीय ƆिŎयĪ के परामशϕ से और इस अिधसूचना मĞ Ƙदए गए राϤय सरकार मĞ सϓम Oािधकारी के अनुमोदन के िलए इस अिधसूचना मĞ अनुबंधĪ का पालन करते ćए आंचिलक महायोजना तैयार करेगी । (2) राϤय सरकार ůारा पाƗरि थ ितक संवेदी जोन के िलए आचंिलक महायोजना इस अिधसूचना मĞ यथा िविनƠद ट ऐसी रीित मĞ तथा सुसंगत कĞLीय और राϤ य िविधयĪ के अनुďप और कĞLीय सरकार ůारा जारी मागϕिनदğशĪ, यƘद कोई हĪ, ůारा तैया र होगी । आंचिलक महायोजना, राϤय सरकार मĞ सϓम Oािधकारी ůारा अनुमोƘदत कƙ जाएगी। (3) आंचिलक महायोजना, पाƗरिथितक और पयाϕवरणीय संबंधी बातĪ को उŎ योजना मĞ समाकिलत करने के िलए राϤ य सरकार के िनƄिलिखत िवभागĪ के परामशϕ से तैयार होगी, अथाϕत्: -- (i) पयाϕवरण ; (ii) महाराƎ राϤय Oदूषण िनयंJण बोडϕ; (iii) वन और वयजीव; (iv) कृिष ; (v) राज व ; (vi) शहरी िवकास; (vii) पयϕटन ; (viii) =ामीण िवकास; (ix) ƚसचाई और बाढ़ िनयंJण ; (x) नगरपािलक; (xi) पंचायती राज; (xii) लोक िन माϕण िव भाग; (xiii) जनजातीय िवभाग। ¹Hkkx II µ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 (4) आंचिलक महायोजना अनुमोƘदत िवźमान भू-उपयोग , अवसंरचना और Ƙ;याकलापĪ पर कोई िनबİधन अिधरोिपत नहĕ करेगी जब तक Ƙक इस अिधसूचना मĞ िविनƠद ट न हो और आचंिलक महायोजना सभी अवसंरचना और Ƙ;याकलापĪ मĞ और अिधक दϓता और पाƗरिथितक अनुकूलता का संवधϕन करेगी । (5) आंचिलक महायोजना मĞ अनाϢछाƘदत ϓेJĪ के जीणīŵार , िवźमान जल िनकायĪ के संरϓण , आवाह ϓेJĪ के Oबंधन , जल- संभरĪ के Oबंधन , भूतल जल के Oबंधन , मृदा और नमी संरϓण , थानीय समुदायĪ कƙ आवयकताĸ तथा पाƗरिथितक और पयाϕवरण से संबंिधत ऐसे अय पहलूĸ , िजन पर यान देना आवयक है, के िलए उपबंध हĪगे । (6) आंचिलक महायोजना सभी िवźमान पूजा थलĪ, =ामĪ और नगरीय बंदोबतĪ , वनĪ के Oकार और Ƙक मĪ , कृिष ϓेJĪ , ऊपजाऊ भूिम, हƗरत ϓेJ जैसे पाकī और उसी Oकार के था न, उźान कृिष ϓेJ , फलोźानĪ, झीलĪ और अय जला शयĪ का अ यकं न करेगी। आंचिलक महायोजना के मानिचJ ůारा िवźमान और Oतािवत भूिम के उपयोग का िववरण Ƙकया जाएगा । (7) आंचिलक महायोजना थानीय समुदायĪ कƙ जीिवका सुरिϓत करने के िलए पाƗरि थितक अनुकूल िवकास को सुिनि च त करेगी । (8) आंचिलक महायोजना इस अिधसूचना मĞ Ƙदए गए उपबंधĪ के संबंध मĞ कायĬ को मॉनीटर करने के िलए मानीटरी सिमित के िलए एक संदभϕ दतावेज होगी । 3.

They are a home to hundreds and thousands of various flora and fauna. A wide variety of species thrive in such Wildlife Sanctuaries. With the ever growing cement – jungle, it is of utmost importance to protect and conserve wildlife and give them their own, natural space to survive Wildlife Sanctuaries are established by IUCN category II protected areas. A wildlife sanctuary is a place of refuge where abused, injured, endangered animals live in peace and dignity. Senchal Game Sanctuary. Established in 1915 is the oldest of such sanctuaries in India. Chal Batohi, in Gujarat is the largest Wildlife Sanctuary in India. The conservative measures taken by the Indian Government for the conservation of Tigers was awarded by a 30% rise in the number of tigers in 2015. According to the Red Data Book of International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), there are 47 critically endangered species in India. DO YOU KNOW? Wildlife sanctuaries in India are established by IUCN category II protected areas. India has 537 wildlife sanctuaries referred to as wildlife sanctuaries category IV protected areas. Among these, the 50 tiger reserves are governed by Project Tiger, and are of special significance in the conservation of the tiger. Some wildlife sanctuaries in India are specifically named bird sanctuary, e.g., Keoladeo National Park before attaining National Park status. Many of them being referred as as a particular animal such as Jawai leopard sanctuary in Rajasthan.

It began in 1979, with a youth campaign to save Delhi's Ridge Forest area from encroachments and destruction. Starting with these roots in local action, Kalpavriksh has moved on to work on a number of local, national and global issues. Kalpavriksh is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1980 (No. S-17439) and is based in Delhi and Pune. Philosophy Kalpavriksh believes that a country can develop meaningfully only when ecological sustainability and social equity are guaranteed, and a sense of respect for, and oneness with nature and fellow humans is achieved. Governance Kalpavriksh is a non-hierarchical organization. One of the working principles that emanated from the philosophy of the group, was a democratic decision making process.     LIFEFORCE REPORT 2011 INTRODUCTION As may be expected in the current economic situation, funds have been very difficult to find. Global economic problems are set to continue for years, and it is important to remember that the forces producing the dangerous economic climate are exactly the same as those producing the dangerous environmental climate, and numerous other environmental problems (please see the last subsection 'The Larger LifeForce). The only way that LifeForce can currently maintain active conservation work in the field is by giving modest financial support to our partner, the Satpuda Foundation – and their achievements make for some heartening reading. CONSERVATION WORK COMPLETED Village Re-Locations Six villages have been moved out of Melghat Tiger Reserve (MTR). Satpuda Foundation (SF) has helped the State government of Maharashtra successfully relocate six villages during the period from October 2010 to March 2012. For the 350 families of 3 villages - Amona, Nagartas and Bharukheda - the move has brought Rs 10 lakh (1 million rupees) per adult, free land for a house, and better access to markets, education, health facilities, the court, the police and tahsil (village) headquarters. They can now regularly use buses that previously reached them only rarely. Mahadeo Tote said “I suffered a sloth bear attack a few months ago. It took me six hours to reach the hospital; now, anyone can reach a hospital in less than 30 minutes.” Three other villages - Churni, Vairat and Dhargad - have also been relocated from the sanctuary area of Melghat Tiger Reserve. from to (chital under tree) After the final relocation of Dhargad village from MTR in April 2012, chital have been regularly seen in fields previously used for agriculture (chital sightings are rare in Melghat).
