1/2½pound cubed Velveeta-type cheese

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

1 3/4¾c. real mayo (not fat free, light is fine)

Preheat oven to 325˚. In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until starting to brown. Stir half way through baking time.
