Nakon provedenih istraZivanja, Uprava razumno ocekuje da Dru5tvo ima odgovaraju6a sredstva za nastavak poslovanja u doglednoj budu6nosti. lz navedenog razloga, Uprava i dalje prihva6a nacelo nastavka poslovanja pri izradi financijskih izvjeitaja. Pri izradi financijskih izvje5taja Uprava je odgovorna: . da se odaberu i potom dosljedno primjenjuju odgovarajuie radunovodstvene politike; da prosudbe i procjene budu razumne i oprezne; primjenjuju da se vaZe6i racunovodstveni standardi, a svako materijalno znadajno odstupanje obznani i objasni u financijskim izvje5tajima; te da se financijski izvjeStaji pripreme po nacelu nastavka poslovanja, osim ako je neprimjereno pretpostaviti da 6e DruStvo nastaviti svoje poslovne aktivnosti. Uprava je odgovorna za vodenje ispravnih racunovodstvenih evidencija, koje ie u bilo koje doba s prihvailjivom tocno5cu odraZavati financijski poloZaj Dru5tva, kao i njihovu uskladenost s hrvatskim Zakonom o radunovodstvu. Uprava je takoder odgovorna za cuvanje imovine Dru5tva, pa stoga i za poduzimanje razumnih mjera da bi se sprijedile i otkrile pronevjere i ostale nezakonitosti. ( "Dru5tvo"), koji se sastoje od izvje5taja o financijskom poloZaju na dan 31. prosinca 2010. godine, izvje5taja o sveobuhvatnoj dobiti, izvje5taja o promjenama u vlasnidkoj glavnici i izvje5taja o tijeku novca za godinu koja je tada zavr5ila, te saZetog prlkaza znadajnih radunovodstvenih politika i biljeZaka uz financijske izvjeStaje. O dgov o rn o st i U p rav e z a f i n a n c ij s ke i zvj e Staj e Sastavljanje te objektivan prikaz financijskih izvje5taja u skladu s Medunarodnim standardima financijskog izvjeStavanja potpadaju u djelokrug odgovornosti Uprave, a to obuhvaca: ustrojavanje, uspostavljanje i odrZavanje internih kontrola koje su relevantne za sastavljanje i objektivan prikaz financijskih izvje5taja bez materijalno znacajnih pogre5aka u prikazu, bilo kao posljedica prijevare ili pogre5ke, odabir i primjenu odgovaraju6ih radunovodstvenih politika te davanje radunovodstvenih procjena primjerenih danim okolnostima. Odgovornost revizora NaSa je odgovornost izraziti neovisno mi5ljenje o financijskim izvjeStajima na temelju na5e revizije. Reviziju smo obavili u skladu s Medunarodnim revizijskim standardima. Navedeni standardi nalaZu da postupamo u skladu s etidkim pravilima te da reviziju planiramo i obavimo kako bismo se u razumnoj mjeri uvjerili da financijski izvjeStaji ne sadrZe materijalno znadajne pogreSke u prikazu. Revizija ukljuduje primjenu postupaka kojima se prikupljaju revizijski dokazi o iznosima i drugim podacima objavljenim u financijskim izvje5tajima. Odabir postupaka zavisi od prosudbe revizora, ukljuduju6i i procjenu rizika materijalno zna6ajnog pogre5nog prikaza financijskih izvje5taja, bilo kao posljedica prijevare ili pogre5ke. U procjenjivanju rizika, revizor procjenjuje interne kontrole koje su relevantne za sastavljanje te objektivno prezentiranje financijskih izvje5taja kako bi odredio revizijske postupke primjerene danim okolnostima, a ne kako bi izrazio mi5ljenje o udinkovitosti internih kontrola u Dru5tvu. Revizija takoder ukljuduje i ocjenjivanje primjerenosti radunovodstvenih politika koje su primijenjene te znadajnih procjena Uprave, kao i prikaza financijskih izvje5taja u cjelini. Member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu lzvje5taj neovisnog revizora (nastavak) einjenice koje utjeiu na miStjenje Fe r v red n ov anje d ion ica Dru5tvo na dan 31. prosinca 2010. godine nije napravilo uskladenje vrijednosti svojih dionica na fer vrijednost za svoju imovinu raspoloZivu za prodaju. Sukladno radunovodstvenim politikama Dru5tva te u skladu sa Medunarodnim radunovodstvenim standardom 39, ,,Financijski instrumenti - priznavanje i mjerenje" fer vrijednost imovine je trebala biti utvrdena na osnovu vrijednosti koje kotiraju na relevantnim trZiStima kapitala jer to predstavlja najrelevantniju osnovu za utvrdivanje fer vrijednosti. Zbog ne vrednovanja svoje imovine raspoloZive za prodaju Dru5tvo je precijenilo svoju imovinu raspoloZivu za prodaju 2a3.417 tisu6a kuna (2009.: 16.782 tisuca kuna),leza isti iznos podcijenilo svoje revalorizacijske rezerve. Vrednovanje zaliha Dru5tvo je u 2008. godini promijenilo metodu vrednovanja zaliha gotove robe sa vrednovanja sukladno planskim cijenama na vrednovanje sukladno prosjednim cijenama. DruStvo raduna jedinstvenu stvarnu cijenu za sve proizvode na nadin da ukupnu prodaju dijeli s prodanim kolidinama. Dru5tvo je sukladno promijeni utvrdilo negativno odstupanje od 1.859 tisu6a kuna (2009.: pozitivno odstupanje od 1.499 tisu6a kuna) Sto je provedeno kroz radun dobiti i gubitka. Nismo bili u mogucnosti utvrditi da li su za ovaj iznos materijalno pogre5no iskazane zalihe i tro5kovi za godinu koja je zavr5ila 31. prosinca 20'10. godine. TroSkov i odobren ih popusta Dru5tvo u 2010. godini nije ukalkuliralo popuste ibonuse odobrene svojim kupcima u visini od 601 tisu6a kuna. Odobreni popusti i bonusi se odnose na 2010. godinu zbog dega je DruStvo precijenilo svoje prihode za 489 tisuce kuna, te potraZivanja prema kupcima za 601 tisucu kuna i obvezu za PDV u iznosu od 112 tisuia kuna. MARKOWITZ PORTFOLIO THEORY ON THE CROATIAN POSSIBILITIES OF APPLYING Abstract In order to achieve the maximum possible profit by taking the lowest possible risk, investors build a stock portfolio consisting of a specific number of stocks which, according to the principle of diversification, significantly reduce the risk of loss. To build a portfolio, in developed capital markets investors have used the Markowitz portfolio optimization model for many years that enables us to find an optimal risk-return trade-off by selecting certain stock combinations. Despite the development of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, i.e., the central trading venue in the Republic of Croatia, the Croatian capital market is still under- developed. It is characterized by numerous shortcomings such as low liquidity, lack of transparency, high stock price volatility and insufficient traffic.     Raiffeisen Weekly Report Number 38 October 16th, 2017 Leaning on exports, the economy is growing Number of overnights stays On Tuesday the national statistical office delivered tourism figures for August (Jan – Aug) which showed expected growth of tourist arrivals and overnight stays (6.1%yoy 80 and 5.4%yoy respectively). The share of foreign tourists in the overnight stays 70 amounted 94.4%. Cumulatively, during the first eight months, the number of over- night stays was 72.5 million (+11.8% more than in the same period last year). 60 For the whole 2016 total number of overnight stays stood at 77.8mn. It is very mn 50 certain that, with data for September, this year will officially be a new record 40 tourist season. Although the strength of tourism helped Croatia remain on the 30 path of 3%yoy real growth, it also increased the sensitivity to potential downturns in tourism. As long as Croatia is perceived as a safe destination, it will retain its 20 attractive destination status.
