Sandy Davison brought over 25 years of coaching experience to Nike Friendlies. Brian BUSCH Coordinator of Operations First Year

Brian Busch was named the coordinator of operations for the Washington State University women’s soccer team in July 2015. Prior to arriving at Washington State, Busch acted as an as- sistant coach at the distinguished Torrey Pines High School, guiding the program to nine-consecutive division champi- onships. In Busch’s 12 years with the team, Torrey Pines lost just six matches. Busch spent time with the prestigious Sereno Soccer Club in Phoenix, acting as the assistant college director while coaching several youth girls’ teams. Busch also worked un- der the director of operations with the Sereno Soccer Club, developing travel schedules and team itineraries. In 2009 and 2010, Busch participated as a staff member at the U.S. Soccer U-14 and U-15 National Camp alongside current WSU assistant coach Sandy Davidson. Busch also has experience coaching and playing in the Olympic Devel- opment Program. Busch graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a bach- elor’s degree in human development and an emphasis in counseling and coaching. He played three years of col- legiate soccer at the NAIA level at Alliant International University and the University of Saint Mary (Kan.). A native of San Diego, Busch will be responsible for team travel, camps, and gameday operations.
