MCSO apprehends fugitive MOUNT IDA – A visit to a Mount Ida courtroom proved to be an Oklahoma man’s undoing, when he was recognized by Montgomery County Sheriff David White. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Ofice received infor- mation regarding an individual who was wanted in Oklahoma on a $50,000 bond for eluding. White recognized Chelton Blevins, the person in question, as someone he had recently seen in court. Blevins was not there on charges, but had accompa- nied someone else to court. White made contact with the individual and identiied him as Blevins, who was then taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Sher- iff’s Ofice.
