OCD employees were provided with basic orientation on ISO, trainings and workshops on QMS requirements and documentation, process streamlining, ISO guidelines on auditing management systems, and root cause analysis and corrective action, process mapping and risk-based quality planning, QMS documentation, auditing quality management system as well as technical guidance on the enhancement of operational controls and procedures and QMS implementation.
