PARK LODGE

NE visit to Jasper Park Lodge will convince you that this is O North America's foremost resort. You will see, first of all, its peerless alpine setting. Here is a community of cabins, set in a mountain valley and surrounded by some of the most impressive peaks in the . Such famed attractions as the , Maligne Lake and are only a few hours' drive away. Rivers and lakes, fed by mountain springs and snows, are everywhere. Here is a natural playground, scarcely touched by the hand of Man.

Man has, however, applied an expert hand in and around the Lodge itself. The cabins' thick cedar logs reflect the rugged characteristics of their mountain environment. Gardeners have captured Nature's colors in floral gardens and landscaped lawns.

Every convenience of urban living is in the Lodge — restful furniture, carpeted floors, delicious meals and matchless service. A barber shop, beauty parlor, newsstand, post office, bank, snack bar, ballroom and recreation room are in the Central Building, the heart of the Lodge.

Outdoor enthusiasts really enjoy Jasper. They may golf on a cham pionship, 18-hole course, swim in a heated outdoor pool, boat on a mountain lake, ride horseback over mountain trails, motor to scenic sites or play tennis on any of the Lodge's four courts.

This booklet will be a big help in planning your Jasper vacation. Your nearest Canadian National agent will be a big help too — in arranging your travel details and reservations at the Lodge.

Have a good time on your Jasper holiday!
