Text Response

no Is this computer room open to students in Public Health? Keep the Mac OS X updated. It is free! please make users that their info is saved on the computer they are on and that they should try to continue to use that same computer when possible. I noticed the systems slow down as the semester progresses and I think cutting down on the amount of people using the computer would help. either that or please "clear" the computer more often. it would also be helpful to have the systems updated more often so that students don't run into problems when trying to access files that may have been made on new systems. Need SPSS I don't really use the Skaggs 214 Computer Lab for any purpose. Improve Wi-Fi speed and connectivity throughout the Skaggs Building. please make microsoft office programs function in a manner in which each time you open a document, you dont have to click "enable editing" and then click multiple things about security setting every single time you download/open a document. update software, Microsoft programs, etc. Are the current computers going to be sold? The computers run VERY slow, and this should definitely be addressed. I am not a techie, so I don't know how this directly should be done, but it is the slowest computer lab I have ever been in by terms of logging in to printing time. Please set defaults on the computers for preferred browsers ( or Chrome) and home pages. It seems like every time I use one, I have to click multiple boxes about default browsers and the navigation page before emails. It would be really nice to save time on this! Thank you for having Chrome installed on all of the computers! This was the most annoying problem with using the computer lab was needing to install it on a computer when ever you use it! I like the software/ programs that are on the computers now. Not really, other than more than $5 in printing would be greatly appreciated, or an easier way to purchase more printing credits. (Cash? Really?) none Why not Windows 10? I use Windows 10 at home and do not like UI crossovers, even if subtle. Thank you for initiating this! . Please make so microsoft office is not asking to constantly register the program at the beginning, so if firefox didnt have abunch of tabs popping up with a bu.ch of pop ups as well thatd be awesome. A simple homepage woyld be worthwhile. Also an option to let us save paper by printing in office multiple slides the round about way...by leaving the office settings at full page and being able to change #of slides in printer properties. I can do this on my home computer and it reverts everytime I close the program im in for that setting change so it's possible. Oyher compyters on campys have this setup as well ive used them.
