On 5 November 1812 William Chatfield came before Thomas Calverley and informed him that the said sum of money had not been paid, and prayed to be admitted tenant of the Lord of the Manor. John Griffin deemed to have surrendered. William Chatfield admitted. Permission was given to William Chatfield and John Griffin was called to surrender the property. Value: £150.0s.0d. plus interest for the same of £5.0s.0d. for £100.0s.0d. for a year upon 20 June by 1810.
