Officio Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal, Department of Panchayat & Rural Development has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 10,91,40,750.00 (Rupees ten crare ninety one lakh forty thousand seven hundred fifty) only vide G.O.No. 387(Sanction)-RD/IAY/17F-06/2012 dt. 26th March, 2014 for implementation of construction of dwelling units under the scheme "ADHIKAR"under Special BRGFwhich is kept in the Adhikar Paschim Medinipur Zilla Parishad Savings Bank account of UBI, Sepoybazar branch, Midnapore. Out of the said fund, an amount of Rs. 9.00 lakh (Rupees nine lakh) only is hereby released as advance and as 1st installment @ Rs. 37,500/- in favour of the beneficiaries containing account number of Jhargram & [arnboni Panchayat Samitis as per enclosed list submitted by the respective Panchayat Samiti, for implementation of construction of dwelling units under the scheme Adhikar under Special BRGF.The Executive Officer is requested to collect the cheque from the cash section of Zilla Parishad for distribution directly to the beneficiaries and submit the utilization certificate to the undersigned.
