At Home Workout Plan

Family involvement in the lives of young children is important. Parents, grandparents, caretakers, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles and cousins should have every opportunity to be involved in Young Athletes. Through Young Athletes in the home, families can play together in a fun and caring environment. Below, you will find recommended schedules/structures for this week (using the At Home Quick Tips Card). Activities for this week (as explained in the Activity Guide) include:

While this was all developed as recommendations, Young Athletes does not need to strictly follow the order listed in any of the resources. It may be best to focus on one or more sessions, or do basic activities from multiple skills, based on the unique needs of the young athlete.
