These two projects, while separate, have been documented in the same report, as the technical work and consultation were completed simultaneously. Work on this project began in 2006 as part of the Hamilton West Harbour Waterfront Recreation Master Plan (WHRMP), a follow-up to the Setting Sail planning process. The Hamilton West Harbour Waterfront Recreation Master Plan concluded in April 2010 with a Harbour West Concept to
