Appointments

DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS are available every morning and afternoon (except Thursdays; please see opposite for what to do on a Thursday afternoon). Also appointments are available earlier in the morning and later in the evening on Mondays. Please telephone for an appointment.

NURSE APPOINTMENTS are by appointment only, and follow the same pattern as for doctors’ appointments.

CONTACTING THE DOCTOR/NURSE BY TELEPHONE: please call the surgery to request a telephone consultation. Opening times Monday to Friday: 08.00 to 18.30 HOME VISITS are available if you are unable to attend the surgery Saturday: 09.00 to 10.00 because of your ill health or you are housebound and unable to get out. EMERGENCIES
