In the event of any discrepancy between an Information Document and any Authoritative Document(s)1 in effect, the Authoritative Document(s) governs. 1 Purpose This Information Document relates to the following Authoritative Document: Section 302.1 of the ISO rules, Real Time Transmission Constraint Management (“Section 302.1”). The purpose of this Information Document is to provide additional information regarding the unique operating characteristics and resulting constraint conditions and limits on the Keephills Ellerslie Genesee cutplane of the Alberta interconnected electric system. Section 302.1 sets out the general transmission constraint management protocol steps the AESO uses to manage transmission constraints in real time on the Alberta interconnected electric system. These steps are referenced in Table 1 of this Information Document as they are applied to the Keephills Ellerslie Genesee area. 2 General The Keephills Ellerslie Genesee cutplane is defined as the flows across the Keephills 240/138 kV transformer and all transmission lines connecting the Keephills and Genesee substations to the Alberta interconnected electric system. To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Alberta interconnected electric system, the AESO has established operating limits for the Keephills Ellerslie Genesee cutplane, and has developed policies and procedures to manage Keephills Ellerslie Genesee cutplane transmission constraints. The AESO has provided a geographical map of the Keephills Ellerslie Genesee area indicating bulk transmission lines in Appendix 2 of this Information Document. -

Residents at the lake expressed concerns about deteriorating water quality, blue‐green algal (cyanobacteria1) blooms, proliferation of aquatic vegetation, and low lake levels. In 2016, the Antler Lake Stewardship Committee approached the North Saskatchewan Watershed Alliance (NSWA) to prepare a State of the Watershed report. -

APPLICATION FOR A WELL LICENCE Decision 2007-102 PEMBINA FIELD Application No. 1481229 1 DECISION Having completed a review of the application, the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB/Board) has accepted the applicant’s request to withdraw the application and will not reschedule a public hearing to consider the application. 2 INTRODUCTION 2.1 Application Canetic Resources Inc (Canetic) applied to the EUB, in accordance with Section 2.020 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, for a licence to drill a level-3 critical sour well from a surface location in Legal Subdivision (LSD) 15 of Section 10, Township 50, Range 8, West of the 5th Meridian, to a projected bottomhole location in LSD 1-15-50-8W5M. The maximum hydrogen sulphide (H2S) concentration expected to be encountered during the drilling and completion/servicing of the well was about 234.6 moles per kilomole (23.46 per cent), and the cumulative drilling H2S release rate was 5.0 cubic metres per second, with a corresponding emergency planning zone of 6.87 kilometres (km). The purpose of the well was to obtain crude oil production from the Nisku Formation. -

The plan was prepared within the context of existing legislation and regulations. It outlines the type and extent of outdoor recreation and tourism opportunities, facilities and services including the delivery of visitor services programs that assist Albertans and visitors to understand and appreciate our natural heritage while ensuring its ongoing conservation. The Management Plan was prepared with extensive public input and will be reviewed and revised periodically to reflect the current thinking of Albertans about how our natural heritage will be protected for present and future generations. The Minister responsible for Parks and Protected Areas has authorized the implementation of the Management Plan and retains the authority to amend or interpret its provisions. Analysis of these two periods has indicated that streamflow in the month of April has remained constant while mean flows in the other months have significantly decreased in the more recent period.
