COUPLE’S EXPERIENCE: PRIVATE SITE INSPECTION: Wedding couples receive a personal site inspection of the resort to help choose ceremony and reception location options.
ONE-ON-ONE: All questions are answered in a private meeting with the resort’s wedding coordinator to ensure the couple’s vision for the wedding day is realized.
RECEIVE CREDIT : After the site inspection, the couple receives a credit towards wedding extras for the wedding events, bachelorette/ bachelor party or the honeymoon if they book within 30 days of the return date.

Dreams Resorts & Spas 20 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
The following list of legal requirements are needed only for legal marriage:
Bride(s), Groom(s) & Witnesses must arrive at the hotel three business days prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays & Dominican Holidays do not count). Symbolic and non-legal ceremonies allow flexibility for arrival date. Please speak with the wedding coordinator to discuss requirements.
• The wedding couple is required to arrive to Los Cabos at least two weekdays before the wedding day.
• Witnesses are only required to be present on the day of the wedding. The wedding coordinator will send the legal forms which must include the names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupation, and relationship, copy of a tourist card and a valid identification of the four witnesses. The witnesses can be relatives, friends or anyone who has a valid passport.
• The wedding coordinator must receive the following scanned documents via e-mail to be able to begin the application for marriage in the civil registry office:
• Bride and groom’s birth certificates
• Bride(s) and groom(s) IDs (driver’s license or passport)
• Tourist card (this is given to you upon entry to Mexico)
• If bride(s) or groom(s)are divorced, the final divorce decree is needed
• Witnesses IDs
• $270 USD fee for blood test that must be taken in Mexico. To be considered valid, the test cannot be taken more than 14 days prior to the ceremony. The blood will be tested for HIV, sexually transmitted diseases and blood type. The results and certificate of the blood test will be ready in 24 hours.
• The fee will be paid directly to the doctor in cash the day the test is administered.
• The marriage certificate is only valid in Mexico. In order to make it legal internationally, we encourage our guests to have their marriage certificate translated through www.ultratranslate.com.
