RE: Annual Report Regarding Obsolete, Unnecessary, or Duplicative Rules as required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 14.05, Subdivision 5
Dear Governor Walz, Senators, Representatives, Revisor Inman, and Director Weber:
Minnesota Statutes, section 14.05, subdivision 5, directs a state agency to report to you by December 1 of each year whether any of its rules are obsolete, unnecessary, or duplicative of other state or federal statutes or rules.
The Minnesota Department of Commerce is in the process of repealing Minnesota Rules 7601.8000 Biodiesel Blend Quantification Method “MN Biodiesel 2005” Incorporated by Reference.
The Department of Commerce has reviewed its rules and at this time has no other to report that have become obsolete, unnecessary, or duplicative.
