referenced case (hereinafter “the pending case”);

the pending case with Mr. Oginsky or provide him with access to any documents
or other materials relating to the pending case;
4. The files concerning the pending case have been marked with special coding to
designate them so that Mr. Oginsky does not inadvertently view the contents of
the file;
5. Mr. Oginsky will not be paid from any portion of the fees paid to Dykema Gossett
on the tile; and
6. The firm and Mr. Oginsky have agreed to abide by the above restrictions.
