Horses declared after 5:00 will be post entries and will automatically be placed first in the order of go and charged a late entry fee of $25. Any Special Class that does not fill without a minimum number of 6 entries, will become a class with all entry money S becoming the purse & winner taking all monies (Add Back Jackpot), unless otherwise stated. Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Preliminary Level or above and Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance Rides.
