Father Alexander Crow was ordained for the Archdiocese of Mobile on June 5, 2021. He was baptized Episcopalian, and later joined the Presbyterian church (PCA). He played soccer from 2nd grade until sophomore year of high school, and then kicked for the football team his junior and senior year. Father Crow’s childhood dream was to become a professional musician. He started booking gigs when he was 15 and played all around the Gulf Coast until he was 21, when his life was dramatically changed after going to Confession. Fr. Crow quit playing music and felt a call to become a Catholic priest. This led him to work at Saint Ignatius in youth ministry for a year, and then eventually get accepted into seminary. He holds a Baccalaureate of Liberal Arts & Philosophy from Abbey & Seminary College, a Master of Divinity from Saint Meinrad Seminary & School of Theology, and a Baccalaureate of Sacred Theology (STB) from the Pontifical Atheneum of San Anselmo, Rome. Corpus Christi Parish is his first assignment as a priest.
