While there is just one optimum way of running a chapter – and that is the tried and tested BNI way – every UK and Irish chapters has its individual character, based not least on the style of its chapter director and how he or she imposes their per- sonality on the weekly agendas. Here, directors offer their ideas on best practice and their solutions to occasional problems that can arise.
