Eurovision Song Contest ユーロビジョンソングコンテスト Eurovision Song Contest ユーロビジョンソングコンテスト DEEP ACID 2018/06/17 ユーロビジョンソングコンテストって何？ 1956年から始まった、欧州放送連合（Europian Broadcasting Union, EBU)が主催するソングコンテ スト。欧州放送連合は基本的に公共放送の連合。 歴代の優勝者で有名になっアーティストは、アバ、 セリーヌ・ディオンなどがいる。 ちなみに、アジア地域でもアジア・パシフィック・ ソング・コンテストが計画されたが、立ち消えた模 様である。 コンテストの形式 欧州放送連合参加国からの予選を通過した参 加国代表が競う形式。初回のみ1国2曲がコン テストにエントリーできたが、それ以降は1国1曲 のみのエントリー。 これまでの参加国リスト • アイスランド • エストニア • オーストラリア • アイルランド • オーストリア • アゼルバイジャン • オランダ • アルバニア • キプロス • アルメニア • ギリシャ • アンドラ • クロアチア • サンマリノ • イギリス • スイス • イスラエル • スウェーデン • イタリア • スペイン • ウクライナ • スロバキア • スロベニア これまでの参加国リスト • セルビア • ベラルーシ • セルビア・モンテネグロ • ベルギー • チェコ • ボスニア・ヘルツェ • デンマーク ゴビナ • トルコ • ポーランド • ドイツ • ポルトガル • ノルウェー • マケドニア共和国 • ハンガリー • マルタ • フィンランド • モナコ モルドバ • フランス • モロッコ • ブルガリア • • モンテネグロ これまでの参加国リスト • ユーゴスラビア • ラトビア • リトアニア • ルーマニア • ルクセンブルク • ロシア 参加国はヨーロッパに限らない 参加の出入りが激しいので一定しないが、 2018年は43ヶ国。ヨーロッパに限らず、トルコや イスラエルなどアラブ圏も参加。また、ソ連崩壊 後、西アジア、中央アジアからも参加国が増加。 オセアニア圏も参加している。欧州放送連合は あくまでも放送連合であり、EUやNATOなどの政 治的な結びつきとは異なるものである。 レコード大賞やグラミー賞との違い レコード大賞やグラミー賞はその国国内の音 楽市場に基づくが、ユーロビジョンコンテストは 国際的なイベントのため、特定の国の音楽市場 に左右されず、純粋に参加各国の投票で決め られる（自国アーティストには投票できないルー ル）。 また、全てのアーティストが大会会場でパ フォーマンスを披露する（口パク不可）。 音楽のオリンピック？ クラシック系の演奏コンクールを除けば、最も 参加国の多い音楽コンテスト。 • オリンピック同様、大会会場が参加国の持ち 回り制となっている。第1回の1956年はスイス のルガーノ、最近の2018年はポルトガルのリ スボン。 • 国内での予選を勝ち抜き、各国の代表として 本選に臨む、と言う形式も音楽オリンピックの 側面が強い。 「歌」のコンテスト 歌のコンテストと言う性格上、ポップスが強く、 ロックは不利(バンドも、6人まで、と言う制限が ある)。そんな中、2006年の優勝曲が唯一のヘ ヴィメタロック、しかもフィンランド唯一の優勝曲。 その意味では、音楽賞と言うよりもプロ歌手に よる“のど自慢”のイメージ（もちろんプロなので コピーではなくオリジナル曲で争う）。なので、出 場アーティストの歌唱力はお墨付き。バラード 好きには名曲が並ぶ。 ビジュアル重視 テレビ放送局の番組として行われるコンテスト ゆえ、ビジュアルが大事になる。その意味では ヨーロッパの紅白と言っても良い。以前、ヒゲの 美人歌手が話題になった（2014年・コンチータ・ ヴルストfrom Austria）が、小林幸子の豪華絢爛 衣装のようなもの｡ 実は「昭和」は欧州ポップスで できている 昔の優勝曲を聞くと、日本では知られていな い楽曲が多いにも関わらず、昭和の雰囲気を 感じる。実際、昭和30年代の江利チエミ、ザ・ ピーナッツや越路吹雪などの洋楽ポップスブー ムの色合いにも似ていて、昭和がヨーロッパと つながっていることが分かる。 言語について ・コンテスト開始当初は参加国も少なく、オランダ語やフ ランス語の楽曲が優勝していた。 ・当初は言語の規定がなく、1966年に参加国それぞれ の“公用語”での参加が義務付けられていた。 ・1973年に規定を解除、1977年にふたたび公用語の規 定が復活。 ・1999年に再度解除、現在に至る。 ・その結果、国際化してきて英語曲が増えているのは否 めない。逆に言えば、非英語圏の国が英語で歌うことで、 優勝のチャンスが増えたとも言える。 個人的なコンテストに対する思い 20世紀の個人的なコンテストに対する思い 若い頃は一時、英米以外の音楽に触れる(特にフラン ス)機会としてコミットしたこともあるが、 • 日本で音源が売られていない。 • 当時のNHK-FMはシャンソンやカンツォーネをターゲット とした音楽番組があり、非英米の音楽にアプローチす るにはそちらの方が便利。 • 当時のパンクやテクノポップと言った流行から全く縁遠 い楽曲が多く、興味をそそられなかった。 21世紀の個人的なコンテストに対する思い • 一方、現代になると、ヨーロッパ以外に西アジ アや中央アジアの音楽シーンに触れることの できる貴重なチャンスとしてとらえるように なった。 • 流行に左右されていないことで、今聴いても 色褪せない良質なポップスが輩出されている。 過去の優勝曲リスト https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUH8VMBmXyk 年 国 楽曲 アーティスト 1956スイス リフレイン リス・アシア "Refrain" Lys Assia 1957オランダ "Net als toen" コリー・ブロッケン Just like then Corry Brokken 1958フランス お眠り、恋人よ アンドレ・クラヴォー "Dors mon amour" André Claveau 1959オランダ "Een beetje" テディ・ショルテン Teddy Scholten 1960フランス トム・ピリビ ジャクリーヌ・ボワイエ "Tom Pillibi" Jacqueline Boyer ルクセンブルク -     BENJAMIN INGROSSO Benjamin is the artist and songwriter from Stockholm, who most recently represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with his first single this year - ’Dance You Off’. The song quickly became #1 both on Spotify and the Swedish top-chart and entered several top 10 lists all over the world. The single went platinum a short time after its release and in total Benjamin has over 67 million streams on Spotify. Benjamin is now on the last leg of finishing his album and he has been traveling back and forth to LA, working with renowned hitmakers such as Fernando Garibay (Lady Gaga, Sia), OMEGA (Jason Derulo, Daya) Jake Torrey (Chainsmokers, Galantis) och Andrew Dawson (Kanye West, Borns). Strawson’s “Freedom and 16 Resentment.” But the feature most people reject is Strawson’s response- 17 dependent view of moral responsibility.1 By leaning on our interpersonal 18 responsibility responses (reactive attitudes such as resentment, indig- 19 nation, and guilt) and what tends to suspend them in order to account 20 for “all we mean, when, speaking the language of morals, we speak of 21 desert, responsibility, guilt, condemnation, and justice” (Strawson 2003, 22 91; emphasis in original), Strawson maintains that being responsible is a 23 24 25 I presented earlier versions of this essay at a Gothenburg Responsibility Project workshop 26 and at the University of Arizona’s Freedom Center.
