Maharishi was in Sri Lanka in 1985 on an invitation from President JR Jayewardene and Keerthi also accompanied him to the president's house. According to reports, "upon the birth of Angela Merkel in 1954 , it was ‗agreed upon‘ by the Soviets, Americans and the Vatican, that she would be ‗placed‘ under the ‗control‘ of the Catholic Church through its ‗connections‘ with the GDR Lutheran Church." In fact the baby girl was handed over to a Lutheran pastor Horst Kasner (Now dead) and his wife Herlind for adoption. No woman's picture caught his immediate attention that brought love and imagination as did Eva, strongly indicating that she was his wife some time some where. No man can be attracted to a knowingly dead woman, unless she was his wife. Nobody goes for pictures of Eva Braun or read about unless he was husband, close relative or known person. Now, Keerthi for obvious reasons, shun the pictures of Eva. Story would not have told, had it not been for Maharisi who expected Keerthi to divulge and being disciple he felt it was his duty to carry out his wishes. However Keerthi waited 25 years but still did not disclose till the exact time came after another 3 years. Being unmarried, Keerthi can recapture previous family life through the pictures of Eva who never became pregnant, suggested to avail Greti as surrogate mother. Keerthi also remember postponing marriage to Eva for if another woman could produce him a child. He i could vividly recollect discussing of having no children with Karl Klauberg who was the founder of artificial insemination. Karl gave a packet of condoms for the collection of semen promising to produce a child. At least two condoms containing Hitler's semen were given back to Karl on two occasions. Keerthi's memory of Hitler's political life is presently vague and his attempts to revive them through the pictures of Goring, Geobbels and Donitz failed so far but during childhood he tried to talk about it to the mother who repeatedly said that she did not understand anything what he tried to say. In spite of being a Sri Lankan, Keerthi having had a chance of visiting Soviet Union (Moscow), in the latter part of 1980s, went about during free time searching for places of Jewish interests, their cultural centers, synagogues etc., and was able to find one cultural center run by a former senior Jewish army officer most possibly a colonel. He was Dr. Ebberhard Baumann medical doctor who in unmistakable terms proved himself to be a German army officer during war in the previous birth. Keerthi was not sure of his telling of him being in the army but he talked of then army matters with authority. In spite of being here in Sri Lanka to teach Transcendental Meditation (TM), he was thrilled of reading spy stories talking about army and gave Keerthi a book on Jewish exploits and was laughing and laughing after that. Among others, the book gave an interesting story of spy Eli Cohen passing messages from some Arabic country to Israel and was finally found out and executed. What Happened To Hitler's Frozen Sperm According to the Stasi GDR File, the daughter of Hitler is now holding the same office as her father - Chancellor of Germany. She is said to be the most powerful human being on Earth since she is also the President of the European Union (EU) and head of the powerful Western Economic Block known as the G-8. More concerning is that Hitler's dream of uniting Europe under German/Vatican control is now within his daughter's reach. In 1954, a child was born, a baby girl, whom the Stasi File identifies as Angela Merkel, today's Chancellor of Germany. Her official birthday is July 17, 1954. However, the Stasi file which is currently in the Soviet KGB archives, records her birth as April 20, 1954. If this secret police citizen‘s file in the Ministerium für Staatssicherheit (GDR) is correct, then Hitler‘s daughter, Angela Merkel, was born on Adolph Hitler‘s birthday - April 20 Hitler's frozen sperm Angela Merkel‘s birth, as detailed in the Stasi file, was based on the research of the German Doctor Karl Klauberg. Klauberg was classified as one of the worst Nazi ‗ Angel of Death ‘ doctors and was convicted by the Soviet Courts as a ‗war criminal‘. According to reports, Doctor Klauberg was released by the Soviets after serving only seven years of his sentence in return for turning over to the KGB his hidden files on his Nazi artificial insemination experiments and, more horrifically, the frozen sperm of the former Nazi Dictator, Adolf Hitler. Chapter: 1. Living 50 years extra with Ecstasy and Wisdom (22 A4 pages) All your sex acts are carried out by energy that pervades your body. In spite of sitting on it, your mind has very little contact with energy which enjoys sex act thousand times more. You are given only crumbs like motion and exhaustion plus excitement accompanied with some thrills in the mind. If your mind which is a different type of energy is merged with body energy at least when carrying out sex, you can imagine what a joy and satisfaction it can bring about. . . Your entire body is full of energy that is why all body particles are live and the moment a vital portion of this energy leaves the body, so-called death takes place and with more and more energy leaving rigor mortis first and thereafter disintegration starts. In addition to moving in and out, the said energy is not confined to your body alone instead it envelopes and pervades the entire universe which is nothing but omnipresent, omniscient almighty ecstasy consciousness which means God who does not allow you to experience his bliss, wisdom and other qualities in spite of your mind is surrounded and cocooned by the universal mind (energy) which handles you like a servant boy, getting you to do all the dirty work as well as good things. When time comes, universal energy pulls out energy in your body and kills you. . . . . You must adopt every possible tactic to merge your individual mind with the universal mind 18 in order to experience joy of your own actions, his bliss his wisdom and other qualities making you a God in turn which means enlightenment that Jesus, Buddha and Adi Shankara wanted you to attain. They never had separate religions, only their disciples with vested interests, made them.

According to Bible during Noah's time the deluge was brought in by Almighty God and destroyed every living being including animals and vegetation except Noah's family and those pairs of animals who came to the Noah's ark and the fish. This is confirmed in Koran. And Hinduism says during Manu Satavrata's time it happened and a fish came and saved those got into the boat.

Adi Shankarachariya was the person who propounded the theory of Advaita according to which, everybody including animals and so on share 19 universal energy (Almighty God) and therefore if anybody commit any mistake or killed somebody that was an act manipulated by God. Ramesh Balsekar theory is nothing but further explaining what Adi Shankarachariya said as does this author here. In fact this knowledge directly comes from no one other than Adi Shankarachariya. With the realization and conviction of this theory of Shankara, spiritual growth or rather growing into sagehood takes place and it is a state that cannot be disproved or pretended because such growth can be measured scientifically with physiological parameters. Each stage of spiritual growth is paralled with corresponding biological age. To attain ecstasy and heavenly wisdom, biological age must be reduced to 2 1/2 years as did Jesus, Adi Shankarachariya (Shankara) Buddha and a large number of sages throughout ages. Those three in fact reached zero biological age and went beyond that too. To begin with, we must focus on 29-year-biological-age enjoying worldly life inclusive of sex and 50 years of extra living which is easier to attain. Biological age and Chronological age are the generally accepted two ages which often go parallel. Physiological conditions determine biological age (BA). Metabolism drops by 5 per cent every ten years. Other factors include changes in the physical structure of the body as well as changes in the performance of motor skills and sensory awareness. Biological age is also measured by blood pressure and visual and auditory performance and wear and tear of the body. Various physiological parameters are also taken into consideration. This is also called the body age reflecting true physical condition of the body. Hence it is very much more important age and more perfect measurement of age than the so-called chronological age determined by the period one lived since birth. Biological age of those suffering from progeria increases 8 times faster than the normal and they die at the age of 14 but their biological age has reached 110 or more. Some fifteen years ago, papers continuously reported of a chronologically 14 year old girl child grew into becoming biologically 90 years or so passing menopause etc. and died associated with old age illnesses. A similar story was carried by "Ceylon Today" on August 28, 2013 quoting" Mirror News" on page 12, as follows: "Tragic Ali Hussain Khan looks like wizened old man - yet he is only 14." Coming back to biological age reduction, one must firstly be rid of stresses and strains in the body which Buddhism and Hinduism identifies as Karma, major part of it was bequeathed from previous birth producing a destiny which is the time table of one's life. Getting rid of ego produced by I-ness and my feeling is the next stage. These are nothing but bundles of thoughts developed since birth. First two and half years of life, there is no I-ness, my feeling or ego. If these three are totally rid of, you are in full possession of ecstasy and wisdom for which one has to experience Nirvikalpa Samadhi and before that Savikalpa Samadhi. These stages naturally comes to them. Fasting for 40 days and 40 nights as did Jesus to reach enlightenment reduces biological age drastically to 2 1/2 for which easy uncommon breathing exercises called Pranayam is available. Anybody whose biological age is 2 1/2 years has to have certain physiological qualities of a child of 2 1/2 years. His psychology must be free from worries and be minus 70 percent thinking process of a adult. All other parameters like Blood Pressure and Metabolic rate etc. must also be like a child. It goes without saying that body does not grow smaller with the biological age reduction and in most of other respects, the person concerned is similar to a normal adult . But he has no sex age and take very little food like a child of that age Jesus Christ stayed food free for forty days and forty nights in the jungles in order to attune his body to that of a child's food intake. He cannot do that unless he had eradicated his sex urge like that of 2 1/2 year child. Then with God's anointment, Jesus acquired heavenly ecstasy and yogic wisdom. Jesus said "Assuredly I say to you unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven". (Mathew 18: 2-4) He in other words told world to reduce biological age.

23 Forty day fasting is not confined to Christianity and Judaism alone and there are Yogis in some traditions, who do 40 day fasting. Adi Shakarachariya reached ecstasy and wisdom at the age of 12 years and his biological age was zero level and was free of sex like Jesus.

Jesus also said: "Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it and whoever loses his life will preserve it." (Luke 17:33) It means: Whoever tries to save his self (I-ness and ego) will lose and whoever loses the self (I-ness and ego) will be triumphant..This quote shows that Jesus Christ asks the people to give up the ego and I-ness and my-feeling to reach the highest possible human development. Before reaching bliss and wisdom, one must totally be rid of ego, I- ness and my feeling . Yogis are grappling with it for years and years. It is the most difficult barrier on the path of spiritual growth because it keeps returning after getting rid. Quotes from Christianity Buddhism and Hinduism emphasizing the importance of removing ego I-ness and my- feeling is found in Chapter 4. Ramesh Balsekar talks of partial removal which is quite practical for house holders, and become unque among peers.

Four stages of spiritual growth are identifiable as follows: 1. Cosmic Consciousness ( Biological Age 18-29 years) 24 2. God Consciousness ( Biological age 12- 13 years) 3. Bliss Consciousness (Biological age below 2 1/2 years) 4. Nirvikalpa Consciousness (Zero biological age) Cosmic Consciousness -CC- ( Biological age of 18- 29) Cosmic Consciousness is the first stage of spiritual development placing one exactly in the middle of spirituality and worldly life. Its corresponding biological age is found between 18 to 29 years. A spiritually developed person like Ramesh Balsekar who had a very large following in Bombay was in cosmic consciousness. Vyasa who was credited to have written most of the Hindu texts was married with a child and reached zero biological age and consequently in Nirvikalpa Consciousness and was the only person who had the stature comparable with Adi Shankarachariya. If a man of cosmic consciousness is insulted, the feeling of him being insulted coupled with some anger is present in his psychology like a line drawn on the sand which would be vanished in very short time. Person of Cosmic Consciousness has the capacity to spiritually guide people as did Ramesh Balsekar which if he does on a regular basis his ego keeps inflating once again. It is only at Bliss Consciousness, the ego is completely eradicated. During Cosmic Consciousness, ego is dormant. His physiological parameters keeps varying between 18 to 29 years. Such persons are subjected to sicknesses but not of serious kind. If the person who reached Cosmic Consciousness is single then his chances of reaching final perfection is very much more provided he gets proper guidance. Suffering is totally eliminated but bliss is not established. However sex life is under control. Food of such person amounts to one meal a day plus few light snacks and tea and is quite often satisfied with a vegetarian diet Unlike a person of CC described above, if a criminal who is at the other extreme end of normal persons, is hurt, feeling of him being hurt accompanied with anger, is in his psychology like line drawn on a rock, almost impossible to be erased. God Consciusness ( Biological age 12- 13) Person of God Consciousness is virtually on the path to enlightenment that is bliss and wisdom. Aspirant experiences bliss and wisdom often though they are not permanently established.

25 For a man of God Consciousness, any insult or even assault could produce an slight impact lasting only seconds vanishing like a line drawn on the water. In his book: "Siddartha Gautama Budda", Nanadeva Wijesekara says that Siddartha tried hard to find answers for "old age, sickness and death" He definitely found answers through his biological age reduction. In spite of high mental potential and sorrow-free psychology, the aspirant is not in a position to maintain growth to reach continuous bliss reaching bliss Consciousness which is the third stage. With the co-operation of the spouse, person in CC can control sex and reach God Consciousness and even Bliss Consciousness and there were persons who did so. Biological age of a person of God Consciousness is 13 years for males and 12 years for females like Bar/Bat mitzvah. Whether any person is in God Consciousness can be verified through scientific tests and his or her physiological parameters are equivalent to those of 13/12 years of chronological age but is spiritually grown with very high mental stature. At this stage one realizes that he is a part of omnipresent, omniscient almighty ecstasy consciousness (God) but does not practically realize that all others are also so and therefore he assumes he is greater than others and remains in God Consciouness. Therese Newman, Giribala, Prahlad Jani has never taken food or water for over 50 years and Buddha Boy (Ram Bahadur Bomjon)for some 9 months as described in Chapter 2. They are of God Consciousness. With self improvement techniques and God's blessing they reached zero biological age in respect of food intake but in other respects they are in the biological age of 12 or 13 category but have got to reduce the biological age to 2 1/2 years in order to reach Bliss Consciousness and be rid of ego, I-ness and my-feeling becoming fully fledged sages. As described in Chapter 2, Giri Bala was married at age

26 12 and that was Bat Mitzvah age. No body at that stage is interested in sex. Being married she may be compelled to engage in sex. The said three chronologically grew over fifty sixty years without experiencing sex urge due to very low biological age of 12 to 13 years. Therese reportedly abhorred sex and would have even grown into Bliss consciousness because of her strict celibate life, no food intake (Fasting) plus continuous concentration on spirituality. In Giribla's case after the death of her husband she turned celibate then with her no-food technique and meditation reached Bliss Consciousness. She reached breathless stage which means Nivikalpa Consciousness. The following quote from "Auto-biography of an Yogi proves that: "The saint sank into a deep meditative state. Her gaze was directed inward; the gentle depths of her eyes became expressionless. She gave a certain sigh, the prelude to the ecstatic breathless trance. For a time she had fled to the questionless realm, the heaven of inner joy." Prbhald Jani is still living, engaged full time on meditation plus other such techniques, he would have approached Nirvikalpa Consciousness and it means zero biological age. And Buddha Boy ( Ram Bahadur Bomjon) would also reach Nirvikalpa Consciousness and zero biological age in time.

Those who reached God consciousness would reach Bliss Consciousness accompanied by 2 1/2 year biological age. Some Christian women opt to become nuns when they are 12/13 years especially after reaching puberty. Sex becomes urgent only if one has begun to experience it. Ramana Maharishi left school to start meditations during this stage. Jesus was the perfect God-man who walked head and shoulders above the human plane of carnal desire. Bible (1Corinthian 7: 8-10) Now to the married and the widows, I say It is good for them to stay unmarried, as I am. But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry for it is better to marry than burn with passion. To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from husband. But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And husband must not divorce his wife.

27 Bible (1Corinthian 7: 5) Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time that you may give yourself to fasting and prayer and come together again. "An unmarried man is concerned about the Lord‘s affairs – how he can please the Lord. But a married man is concerned about the affairs of this world – how he can please his wife – and his interests are divided. An unmarried woman or virgin is concerned about the Lord‘s affairs. Her aim is to be devoted to the Lord in both body and spirit. But a married woman is concerned about the affairs of this world – how she can please her husband‖ Bible (1 Corinthians 7: 32-34) According to Martin Luther only one in thousand can be naturally celibate but now some place it one in hundred.

Bliss Consciousness (Biological age below 2 1/2 years) During Bliss Consciousness, one become established in continuous bliss plus wisdom. They have successfully eradicated ego, I-ness and my– feeling. For a person of Bliss Consciousness, any insult or even assault could produce no impact, unseen like a line drawn in the air but the air is displaced. Children below 2 1/2 years of age has no ego, I-ness or my- feeling. Anybody who managed to reach that age biologically in spite of him being chronologically older, would become free of ego, I-ness and so on and becomes a sage. Any adult who reached this age cannot get angry like a child of that age. Also you realize that you are a God as well as all others are. In God Consciousness you realize you are God but you do not realize others are also so. Hence you do not care them. But in Bliss consciousness you know that you are God and all others are also Gods and therefore you have a extremely high regard for others too. That is why sage Nam Dev went after dog to add ghee to the bread (Roti) that it stole from him. They realize and experience that everybody shares the same omnipresent, omniscient almighty ecstasy consciousness (God). Author may quote from Paul Brunton's "A Search in Secret India" describing of Yogi who never speaks and in Bliss Consciousness or definitely thereabouts thus: " The sage is occupied with his trance throughout the day but in the evening he partakes some fruit, sweetmeats and cupful of milk. There have been many evenings, however

28 the food has remained untouched." He was a disciple of famous Muslim Faqueer (Yogi) Marakayar Brunton also said: " I watched the sage steadily but can find no room for doubt that he is in a cataleptic trance. The minutes add up to hours but he remains motionless. "What impresses me most was throughout that time, he never blinks his eyes. I have never before met any human being who could sit down and look steadily ahead for two hours without a flicker of an eyelid. Little by little I am compelled to conclude that the recluse's eyes are still open and they are nevertheless quite unseeing. If his mind is awake it is not to this sublunary world. Occasionally a tear drop falls from his eyes….. "A lizard descends from the roof, creeps across the carpet, crawls over one of the sage's legs and then passes behind the marble dais. Yet had it crawled over a stone wall, it would not have found a steadier surface than that leg. From time to time flies settle upon his face and journey over his swarthy skin, but no muscular response can be observed. Had they alighted upon a face of a bronze statue, precisely the same effect might be observed." It means when he meditates his body is like in rigor mortis tightened like steal. However he is not in Nirvikalpa Samadhi ( NIrvikalpa Consciousness) because of the following breathing pattern of which Brunton speaks thus: " It is extremely gentle, almost imperceptible, quite inaudible but quite regular. It is the only sign he provides that life has not parted from his body. " At Nirvikalpa consciousness, there is no breathing. Some years back, a drunken ruffian came to his cottage and pulled his beard, belabored him with a stick and shouted disgusting epithets. Then a excited group of young men chanced upon the place, mishandled the ruffian and planned to lynch him for daring to attack a revered holy man. Then non-speaking sage wrote down the following message." If you beat this man it is the same as beating me. Let him go. I have forgiven him." 'His request was unwillingly obeyed and the miscreant set free.' Nirvikalpa Consciousness (Zero biological age)

Nirvikalpa consciousness is accompanied by zero biological age which has no comparable chronological age. In fact most of those belonging to this category have moved beyond zero biological age, it means they have gone biologically beyond the date of birth and are able to move into past and future at will as did Adi Shakarachariya. 29 Following quotes from Yogananda's "Autobiography of an Yogi" and Paul Brunton's book give an idea of what would be the biological state of an Yogi who reached Nirvikalpa consciousness: ―Only those who had fully mastered the breathless state is freed from cosmic imperatives. I shall not fail to let you know when you have attained final perfection,‖ master told his disciple Yogananda. "To the awe of all beholders, Yukteshwar‘s master Lahiri Mahasaya‘s habitual physiological state exhibited the superhuman features of breathlessness, sleeplessness, cessation of pulse and heartbeat, calm eyes unblinking for hours, and a profound aura of peace. No visitors departed without upliftment of spirit; all knew they had received the silent blessing of a true man of God." (Quoted from Autobiography of an Yogi Chapter 35). Instead of Yogananda describing his physiological state, true to his Yogic stature, describes someone else who reached the same state. Dr. Paul Brunton who was a disciple of Ramana Maharishi quotes conversation took place between him (aspirant) and a Yogi in chapter 12 of his "A Search in Secret India" thus: 'Once during sacred trance, I saw Jesus.' 'You mystify me' I exclaim. But he does not hasten to explain. Instead he suddenly rolled the whites of his eyes upwards in a most alarming manner. There is another minute of intense silence and only when he brings his eyes back to the normal appearance am I reassured. When he addresses me again, a faintly enigmatical smile hovers once more around his lips. 'Such is the greatness of the sacred trance that a death cannot catch a man while he is in it. There are some Yogis on the Tibetan side of the Himalayas who have practiced to perfection this path of Brahma Chinta. Because it pleases them to do so, they have secluded themselves in mountain caves, where they have entered the profoundest degree of the sacred trance. In that condition the pulse stops and heart no longer beats and the blood does not move through the unmoving body. Anyone finding them would think that they are dead. Do not imagine that they have gone into a kind of sleep because they are fully conscious as you or I. They have entered the inner world, where they live higher lives. Their minds have become released from the limits set by the body and they discover the whole universe within themselves. One day they will come out of their trance, but then they will be many hundred years of old.' Above

30 descriptions provides sufficient material to understand Nirvikalpa Consciouness of Zero biological age. Any insult or even assault on a man of Nirvikalpa Consciousness (Zero biological age) could produce no impact at all, and the insulter is likely get it back. When Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's master Swami Brahmananda Saraswathi of Nirvikalpa Consciousness, was living in jungles, some British lady came close to his Ashram and got a cow tied on to a tree in that area in order to capture a tiger alive. She decided on the site to have been the most suitable to embark on the project in spite of the presence of a sage there who might not like it. Thereafter the lady and the retinue had to go back to their jeep to bring back few forgotten things. Meanwhile sage hearing the noise of a cow came there and released the cow. Suddenly it so happened that she lost her voice. In short she turned dumb. Being frightened and shaken with fear, She realized that the best course of action would be to meet the sage and apologize which she did prostrating before him. Immediately recovery took place and she went back giving up the plan of capturing a tiger after thanking the sage. As did Bramananda Sarawathie, Adi Shakarachariya who went even beyond zero biological age, started his spiritual quest becoming Sanyas at age 8 and reached full illumination and final perfection of zero biological age (Nirvikalpa Consciousness) before reaching 13 years of chronological age. By then he had several disciples. Shankarachariya had converted the entire India back to Hinduism but he who is considered the greatest ever produced in India, could not complete little few things in the given life span of 16 years and therefore Almighty God has granted an extension of another 16 years. Legend had it that, his parents Sivaguru and Aryambal underwent penance asking for child and Almighty God gave two options: firstly few children living mediocre lives and in the alternative another who would be very great but lives only 16 years. Parents opted for the second and some says that they allow God himself to decide. Within next 16 years, Shankara had done lot of writings conversion of those in disagreement with him in Hinduism itself into accepting his 31 Advaita theory of no-religion and all alike sharing omnipresent omniscient Almighty ecstasy consciousness. In fact, few opponent Brahmins who emerged immediately after Adi Shankarachariya's disappearance, leveled allegations calling him a disguised Buddhist. Brunton also quotes Brhama in "A Search in Secret India" referring to his master thus: "I believe that he is over four hundred years old" Then Brunton stared at him in bewilderment. 'Many a time he has described what happened during the time of Mogul emperors', supplements the yogi ' and he has told me the stories of the days when your English India Company first came to Madras.' 'But any child who reads a history book, could tell you such things' I counter. 'Brahma ignores my remark. He goes on' ' My master remembers clearly the first battle of Panipat and he has not forgotten the days of the battle of Plassy. I recollect how he once referred to a brother disciple-one Beshudananda as a mere child of 80 years.!" Ramana Maharishi of Thiruwannamalai Tamil Nadu, India died in 1951 was a well known recent personality to have removed his Ego, I- ness and my-ness completely. He is often likened to Jesus Christ or Buddha or Adi Shankara Ramana being free from ego having no attachment to his body, used to refer to his body as " this thing" He was one of the few persons, able to undergo a big operation in the arm without anaesthetization Ramana Maharishi knew very well that deadly cancer in his arm spreading, daily cutting into him more and more but never experienced usual devastating pain that other persons underwent because there is no I (I-ness) living in his body to experience pain. His psychology is completely free of thoughts , stage achieved through meditations. One can see this example being slightly conflicted with Buddha's teaching that after final stage of spirituality there is no suffering which means absolutely no pain or sicknesses. When one reach the high stage of meditation body become hundred percent numb and extremely tightened like in rigor mortis which could transform the body to such level making it possible to undergo serious operations without anaesthetization. No modern medical researcher get a chance to study this kind of physiology.

Ramana Maharishi did not visit west to pass his wisdom as did Swami Vivekananda. But people in large numbers gathered to Tiruwannamalai including westerners to free them of varying complaints and to reach bliss and wisdom. One such person was Dr.Paul Brunton who was immensely benefitted by him, wrote several books on Yoga. Apart from reaching Ramana's superhuman stage, One can opt for reaching biological age of 29 years free from stresses, strains, anxieties, continuous nagging of the mind etc. etc. and lead quite happy life proportionate with that biological age age while being quiet good- looking. Accordingly he will able to live extra fifty years easily and have sex life too. And this was what Ramesh Balsekar preached and successfully trained his disciples. However Balsekar did not offer a technique to reduce biological age. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi who taught Transcendental Meditation to six million people in the world and one million in US was the first to talk 33 of reducing biological age. His biological age was below 2 1/2 years. Maharishi, His master, Shankarachariya and Jesus Christ have never experienced sex throughout their life time. Maharishi had continuous public discourses, on reduction of biological age with world level scientists inclusive of some who won Nobel prizes and Keerthi, author of this book was also a disciple of him who personally authorized Keerthi in 1975 to teach Transcendental meditation. Keerthhi went with him to President's House in Sri Lanka in 1985 to meet President JR Jayewardene. Maharishi being a sage famous throughout world, visited countries after 1980 only if head of state invited. Among others invited him were Canada's Pierre Trudeau and Ferdinand Marcos of Philippines. Also he had a recorded discussion with Pope on the subject of God. Maharishi was a person like Ramana who removed ego, I-ness and my-ness completely but his Transcendental Meditation technique though leads to leading happier stress free life, never had the potentiality to remove ego I-ness and my-ness and therefore TM practitioners are subjected to normal vicissitudes of life to a lesser degree. However TM reduced biological age to a great extent. But there could have been extremely a few disciples who with Maharishi's special attention, managed to remove ego I-ness and my-ness to a reasonable degree and reached biological age of 29 years or even very much less. However it was never, never a common phenomenon among the TM teachers and TM practitioners. Ramesh Balsekar of Bombay, married in 1940, was General Manager of Bank of India having studied at London School Economics. was a disciple of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj. He retired from bank in 1977 and concentrated on spiritual growth. Having reached Cosmic Consciousness - CC-, from 1982 onwards, he began giving spiritual discourses which attracted very large crowds till his death in 2009. With experience, Keerthi can vouch that Balsekar's teachings definitely can help remove ego, I-ness and my-ness to a very reasonable degree but that teachings are minus of reducing biological age to 2 1/2 years, reason being the married life of Balsekar who could not bring down his biological age below 29 years. Even Balsekar's disciples never claim that it could be done. Ragi Kadirgamer one such disciple, goes about spreading his message in India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, says ego can be eradicated partially and sex urge would continue. In fact when Keerthi happened to meet him last, he was planning to get married as did his 34 teacher. One can be lured to get married even at the final stages of God Consciousness as happened to sage Viswamitra who opted to marry Menka who produced him with a daughter names Sakuntala. Balsekar's technique that removes ego, I-ness, and my-ness is far more effective than what was bequeathed to the progeny by Ramana Maharishi, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and a large number of others whom Keerthi came across during his almost 8-year-stay in India from July 15, 2000 to June 29, 2008 and several other occasions of short stay. Though Balsekar technique produced some results but it must be coupled with biological age reduction techniques to reach 29 years in BA, in order to capture popularity in the fast moving age. Those who want to postpone death like those who are thirty years of age, must reduce his biological age to 29 years of age. When scientific means prove reduction of biological age, aspirant is convinced. Psychology can also be independently adjusted to stop thinking of death and oncoming death.

35 Survival of human race depends upon three factors namely: breathing drinking and eating. However, oxygen overdose can result in oxygen toxicity plus death and water overdose produces water poisoning (hyponatremia), overhydration and death. Overeating can result in organ damage, diabetes, obesity, heart attack, cancer and is a risk factor for stroke. Generalizations made on the foregoing: 1. Increased intake of oxygen, water or food is highly dangerous. 2. Breathing, drinking and eating to a moderate extent cause survival of more or less to 85 years. 3. Reduced breathing reduced drinking reduced eating can produce very much longer life than usual. "An elephant breathes much more slowly than a monkey, yet it lives longer. Some of the large serpents breathe far more slowly than a dog. Yet they live far longer. Thus creatures exist showing slowness of breathing to have prolonged their age. Tortoise breathes four times a minute and it easily lives some 150 years and turtle supposedly live lives some four hundred years out of captivity and in captivity 200 years in spite it staying inside water daily for some 10 hours at a stretch. When one is angry and excited, breathing is more. If you address a crowd or answer a question paper you find excited with increased breathing and hence one could not utilize his maximum capability for given project "Slow, deep and quiet breathing economizes this allowance for living and so lengthens life. Every breath which is saved goes to build up a great reserve and out of this reserve a man can draw extra years for living. Through Pranayam (breathing exercises) breath can be controlled temporarily and under that spell, aspirant can be guided to reduce his biological age and attune the body for less food intake or almost no food intake. When he tells, it is like Almighty God ordering them which priests simply carried out. Religious practices, church services, way of giving benediction, performed thousands of years were in his presence 37 overhauled, innovated and halved. In short ,there was no "no" with him. Let them be kings, judges or emperors top most religious personalities whomsoever irrespective of standing had to agree with him. Enlightened Buddhist monks were converted into accepting his doctrine in a matter of hours if not minutes. When he talked,it was literally none other than Almighty God who does the talking. No body can even think of taking him before a monarch or privy council on false charge of upsetting the religious status quo or supposed insulting Almighty God by telling that everybody is God which was his Advaita philosophy. He moved through entire length and breadth of India and imposed his message on the entire population, not by force but by love. He was very humble who do not want any credit for whatever he has done. Before his advent on earth, there was no Bagavad Gita - bible of Hindus. Shankara supposedly culled it from vast mass of Maha Bharata literature, wrote a commentary on it and gave it to people for spiritual guidance. In fact there is no Gita in Maha Bharata to cull, if so another man would also have tried it. Shankara poured his divine wisdom into Bhagavad Gita. Shankara-originated legend has it that Krishna advised on matters of life and religion to Arjuna while being on the chariot in the battlefield of Kurukshetra and krishna's prescription to Arjuna amounted to Bagavad gita which is composed of some 700 odd Sanskrit verses contained within 18 chapters. Can somebody advise with 700 odd verses running into hours and hours on the battlefield which if so happened, enemy would have chopped off Arjuna's head coming from behind. There was no stenographer who took down what Krshna said. Then how was that found in black and white. This legend cannot be accepted. A large number of intellectuals including one time Oxford Professor of Eastern Philosophy and India's President Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrahnan rubbished the so-called Krishna's presence in India at any given time in history. Shankara authored the greatest wisdom of Hindus calling it Bhagavad Gita and said that it was given by Krshna to Arjuna in the battlefield of Kurukshetra. There was no Bhagavad Gita before the arrival of Shankara. To repeat: Giving 700 hundred verses verbally on the Battlefield and no steno to take it down cannot happen. Arjuna cannot memorize 700 hundred odd verses in the battlefield immediately before the commencement of war. If Arjuna got it on the battlefield, he should have given it in book form for the benefit of the posterity. 38 Krshna may have lived or may not have lived but he was a character in Maha Bharatha. it was Shankara who asked people to worship Krishna as Almighty God and composed songs about him like Bajagovindan. Well over half the people in India would not worship Almighty God unless he is produced in flesh and blood and that was the super-colossal obstacle Shankara faced in his mission of proselytization and 'evangelization' of entire India. Half the people in India are not prepared to worship Almighty God because he was not in flesh and blood. In order to fill that vacuum, Shankara elevated existing Maha Bharatha character of Krishna as Almighty God and said Krishna was none other than Almighty God who came to earth to save people. "Worship Krishna ,worship Krishna idol, feed the idol, dress the idol, take the idol in procession, offer flowers to the idol" said Shankara. Still the Indians were not to be swayed. Then Shankara attributed his own Bhagavd Gita as Krshna's creation. Shankara knew if Krishna was made the originator of divine wisdom of Bhagavad Gita, that was enough for Indians to accept Krshna as Almighty God. However after Shankara's end, it took another three four hundred years for Indians tobe indoctrinated that playboy Krihna was none other than Almight God. With that untruth became truth and for his so-called authorship of Bhagavad Gita, Krishna became greater personality than Shankarachariya in addition to becoming incarnation of Almighty God. However Maharishi Mahesh Yogi was insistent that Adi Shankarachariya was the greatest ever to have walked on the face of earth. In fact Krishna if ever existed, was intellectually and spiritually not capable of doing hundredth of what Shankara has accomplished . In the in 20th century, International Society of Krishna Consciousness Founder Srila Prbhupad catering basically to legend swallowing humanity, further upheld Krishna as Almighty God because there was no other person of that stature who happened to be in flesh and blood for devotional practices like worshiping, adoring, bathing feeding and so on. For that too credit goes to Adi Shankarachriya. Shankara offered mythical figure of Krshana as Almighty God for Indian people to engage in devotional practices which was an easy technique to achieve enlightenment or be in devotion. All most all religions today based their survival with devotional practices.

Chapter: 2 Recent Sages who Reversed Aging(16 A4 pages)

Jesus Christ Adi Shankarachariya and Buddha definitely fall into zero biological age category. However their only interest being the upliftment of the mankind, they had to move with them talk with them and have food with them but not interested at all of living longer lives Buddha rightly reduced his biological age with no- food technique by resorting to extremely serious fasting whereby he reduced his biological age below 2 1/2 years during the 6 year period of food deprivation. Buddhist disciples drew emaciated Buddha picture (skeleton) to show what happened to him due to his extremely austere life. There are people who never eat food for over fifty years and nothing happened to their bodies. Details of four of them are given in this chapter. However he ordered his disciple monks not to have dinner which can slightly bring down biological age. Even Jesus Christ does not want any of his followers to be without food forty days and nights as he did before anointment. But Jesus asked people to fast short periods and for that God would give them plus points including some reduction in biological age. Even Hinduism enjoined fasting. Paul Brunton, Ramana Maharishi disciple reported in his :" Secret Search in India " (Chapter 5 page 69) 40 that one of the sages whom he called Brahma fasted forty days nights. It means fasting forty days and forty nights is a method of serious spiritual growth, not only confined to Christianity. There were a large number of sages throughout ages who never took food for decades and the persons concerned are more intelligent, attractive handsomer than the normal. Keerthi saw Maharishi's body shining reminding him of Mose's face when he came down from Mount Sinai after fasting for forty days and forty nights. Therese Neumann of Konnersreuth, Germany, Giri Bala and Prahlad Jani of India were the known three saints who never ate for some fifty years. Ram Bahadur Bomjon, also known as ―Buddha Boy‖ decided one day to go to a tree in Nepal and begin meditating for what he initially said would be 6 years. His actions quickly became a huge news story as he received attention from thousands of visitors. The media also had a field day with his story as he attracted journalists and film makers from all over the world. One of the most notable pieces of attention came when a Discovery Channel film crew traveled to Nepal to determine if it was possible for a human to abstain from all forms of sustenance. The general understanding was that a human could live for several weeks without food simply by living off of fat and protein stores within the body. The troubling thing when it came to studying Buddha Boy was that the average human can only last about 3 or 4 days without water; he was being observed for longer than 4 days and was showing no signs of dehydration. To determine whether or not it was an elaborate hoax, the film crew set up cameras for 96 straight hours where they observed his every move -or lack there of.

Their observations determined there were no hidden water pipes or food sources. What they were witnessing through their extensive filming was what some would call a scientific impossibility. ―After 96 hours of filming, Ram has defied modern science by continuing his meditation and remaining alive.‖ Said Discovery Channel film crew member As previously mentioned, the film footage revealed that Ram showed no signs of dehydration or physical deterioration during his meditation. Even though he sat in the same position for all of this time, his organs and body appeared to be functioning normally. Of course not every detail could be determined as Ram chose to stay in a meditative state the entire time. This meant no one could go and medically study his well being. Ram‘s meditation lasted 10 months before he suddenly disappeared. While some had believed he was kidnapped, it was later determined he decided to leave the hype behind and go deeper into the Nepal jungle to continue meditation. He felt there was ―no peace‖ while remaining in an area that had become a tourist attraction in Nepal 42

Each time, he disappears once again to continue his meditation. Although many believe that Ram is the reincarnation of Buddha, he had denied the fact and simply claims to be enlightened like Buddha through his meditation.

Wikipedia says the following He drew thousands of visitors and media attention by spending months in meditation. Nicknamed the Buddha Boy, he began his meditation on May 16, 2005. He reportedly disappeared from the hollow tree where he had been meditating for months on March 16, 2006, but was found by some followers a week later. He told them he had left his meditation place, where large crowds had been watching him, "because there is no peace". He then went his own way and reappeared elsewhere in Nepal on December 26, 2006, but left again on March 8, 2007. On March 26, 2007, inspectors from the Area Police Post Nijgadh in Ratanapuri found Bomjon meditating inside an underground chamber of about seven square feet. 43 On 10 November 2008, Bomjon reappeared in Ratanapuri and spoke to a group of devotees in the remote jungle. He said that he will need six more years of meditation before he can become a Buddha On 10 November 2008, Bomjon reappeared and gave blessings to approximately 400,000 pilgrims over a 12-day period in the remote jungle of Ratanpuri, 150 km (93 mi) southeast of Kathmandu, near Nijgadh. His hair was shoulder-length and his body was wrapped in a white cloth. He made two speeches in which he urged people to recognize the compassion in their hearts, and their connection to one another through the all- encompassing soul.

Therese Neumann Therese Neumann of Konnersreuth, Bavaria, Germany, great Catholic mystic, born in 1898, was injured in an accident at the age of twenty; she became blind and paralyzed and that was around 1917 but was miraculously regained her sight in 1923 through prayers to St. Teresa, ―The Little Flower.‖ Later Therese Neumann‘s limbs were instantaneously healed. From 1923 onward, Therese had abstained completely from food and drink, except for the daily swallowing of one small consecrated wafer. But Therese's ailments-ordeal was the beginning of a plethora of unbelievable miracles, which stayed with her till her death in 1962.

44 She had the deep seated belief that sex, as well as war, made beasts of men. From this time on, her affection turned completely to Jesus. It all began when one day somebody just told Therese, as she was lying in bed, about a young student of priesthood, who had to leave the seminary because of a throat ailment. This upset Therese's heart. "Why oh Jesus, one who wanted to serve You had to leave Your service? You should do something about him……… But why should He alone take on Himself the sufferings of all of us, the mortals? Why should I not serve Him by taking up on myself at least a small part of the agonies of others? As it is I am an invalid; a little more pain won‘t make any different. Let me serve You, my Jesus, that way …… Let the pain of that young; may be given away to me……." And Lord Jesus granted her prayers! Therese's throat began to be afflicted and the young priest's, improved! After a time, he was fully cured and returned to his church school. The whole disease was transferred to Therese. Her voice was almost gone. One more illness was added to the already formidable list. But it was not to be just one more. Lord Jesus went on granting her prayer whenever she wanted to take over on herself the pains of others! She "took over" her father's rheumatism; the stomach ailment of a farm woman; a hospital patient's fever; a soldier‘s wounds; even a mother‘s delivery pains! The blind 'transferred' their blindness to her. The lame came on crutches to her and walked out of Neumann home without them. ‗ill?' "Give it to Therese" - became almost a jest In 1935, Parmahansa Yogananda visited Therese Newmann with few of his western disciples. From his ―Autobiography of a Yogi‖ the following is quoted: Therese greeted me with a very gentle handshaking. We both beamed in silent communion, each knowing the other to be a lover of God. Dr. Wurz kindly offered to serve as interpreter. As we seated ourselves, I noticed that Therese was glancing at me with naive curiosity; evidently Hindus had been rare in Bavaria. ―Don‘t you eat anything?‖ I wanted to hear the answer from her own lips. ―No, except a consecrated rice-flour wafer, once every morning at six o‘clock.‖ ―How large is the wafer?‖ ―It is paper-thin, the size of a small coin.‖ She added,―I take it for sacramental reasons; if it is unconsecrated, I am unable to swallow it.‖ ―Certainly you could not have lived on that, for twelve whole years?‖ ―I live by God‘s light.‖ How simple her reply, how 45 Einsteinian! ―I see you realize that energy flows to your body from the ether, sun, and air.‖ A swift smile broke over her face. ―I am so happy to know you understand how I live.‖―Your sacred life is a daily demonstration of the truth uttered by Christ: ‗Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.‘‖ Again she showed joy at my explanation. ―It is indeed so. One of the reasons I am here on earth today is to prove that man can live by God‘s invisible light, and not by food only.‖ ―Can you teach others how to live without food?‖ She appeared a trifle shocked. ―I cannot do that; God does not wish it.‖ Professor Wurz related some of his experiences with the saint. ―Several of us, including Therese, often travel for days on sight-seeing trips throughout Germany,‖ he told me. ―It is a striking contrast—while we have three meals a day, Therese eats nothing. She remains as fresh as a rose, untouched by the fatigue which the trips cause us As we grow hungry and hunt for wayside inns, she laughs merrily.‖ The professor added some interesting physiological details:―Because Therese takes no food, her stomach has shrunk. She has no excretions, but her perspiration glands function; her skin is always soft and firm.‖

Giri Bala With Yoganandaji 46 Autobiography of a Yogi tells of Yogananda meeting another non-eating woman saint ―‗I know Giri Bala well,‘ Sthiti Babu told me. ‗She employs a certain yoga technique which enables her to live without eating. I was her close neighbor in Nawabganj near Ichapur. I made it a point to watch her closely; never did I find evidence that she was taking either food or drink. My interest finally mounted so high that I approached the Maharaja of Burdwan and asked him to conduct an investigation. Astounded at the story, he invited her to his palace. She agreed to a test and lived for two months locked up in a small section of his home. Later she returned for a palace visit of twenty days; and then for a third test of fifteen days. The Maharaja himself told me that these three rigorous scrutinies had convinced him beyond doubt of her non- eating state.‘ ―Mother,‖ I said in Bengali, ―for over twenty-five years I have thought eagerly of this very pilgrimage! I heard about your sacred life from Sthiti Lal Nundy Babu.‖ ―I am the humble servant of all.‖ She added quaintly, ―I love to cook and feed people.‖ A strange pastime, I thought, for a non-eating saint! ―Tell me, Mother, from your own lips—do you live without food?‖ ―That is true.‖ She was silent for a few moments; her next remark showed that she had been struggling with mental arithmetic. ―From the age of twelve years four months down to my present age of sixty-eight-a period of over fifty-six years—I have not eaten food or taken liquids.‖ ―Are you never tempted to eat?‖ ―If I felt a craving for food, I would have to eat.‖ Simply yet regally she stated this axiomatic truth, one known too well by a world revolving around three meals a day! ―But you do eat something!‖ My tone held a note of remonstrance. ―Of course!‖ She smiled in swift understanding. ―Your nourishment derives from the finer energies of the air and sunlight, and from the cosmic power which recharges your body through the medulla oblongata.‖ ―Baba knows.‖ Again she acquiesced, her manner soothing and unemphatic. ―The calamity she had foreseen came to pass. I was only twelve when I joined my husband‘s people in Nawabganj. My mother-in-law shamed me morning, noon, and night about my gluttonous habits. Her

47 scoldings were a blessing in disguise, however; they roused my dormant spiritual tendencies. One morning her ridicule was merciless. ―‗I shall soon prove to you,‘ I said, stung to the quick, ‗that I shall never touch food again as long as I live.‘ ―My mother-in-law laughed in derision. ‗So!‘ she said, ‗how can you live without eating, when you cannot live without overeating?‘ ―This remark was unanswerable! Yet an iron resolution scaffolded my spirit. In a secluded spot I sought my Heavenly Father. ―‗Lord,‘ I prayed incessantly, ‗please send me a guru, one who can teach me to live by Thy light and not by food.‘ ―A divine ecstasy fell over me. Led by a beatific spell, I set out for the Nawabganj ghat on the Ganges. On the way I encountered the priest of my husband‘s family. ―‗Venerable sir,‘ I said trustingly, ‗kindly tell me how to live without eating.‘ ―He stared at me without reply. Finally he spoke in a consoling manner. ‗Child,‘ he said, ‗come to the temple this evening; I will conduct a special Vedic ceremony for you.‘ ―This vague answer was not the one I was seeking; I continued toward the ghat. The morning sun pierced the waters; I purified myself in the Ganges, as though for a sacred initiation. As I left the river bank, my wet cloth around me, in the broad glare of day my master materialized himself before me! ―‗Dear little one,‘ he said in a voice of loving compassion, ‗I am the guru sent here by God to fulfill your urgent prayer. He was deeply touched by its very unusual nature! From today you shall live by the astral light, your bodily atoms fed from the infinite current.‘‖ Giri Bala fell into silence. I took Mr. Wright‘s pencil and pad and translated into English a few items for his information. The saint resumed the tale, her gentle voice barely audible. ―The ghat was deserted, but my guru cast round us an aura of guarding light, that no stray bathers later disturb us. He initiated me into a kria technique which frees the body from dependence on the gross food of mortals. The technique includes the use of a certain mantra and a breathing exercise more difficult than the average person could perform. No medicine or magic is involved; nothing beyond the kria.‖ In the manner of the American newspaper reporter, who had unknowingly taught me his procedure, I questioned Giri Bala on many matters which I thought would be of interest to the world. She gave me, bit by bit, the following information: 48 ―I have never had any children; many years ago I became a widow. I sleep very little, as sleep and waking are the same to me. I meditate at night, attending to my domestic duties in the daytime. I slightly feel the change in climate from season to season. I have never been sick or experienced any disease. I feel only slight pain when accidentally injured. I have no bodily excretions. I can control my heart and breathing. I often see my guru as well as other great souls, in vision.

Prahlad Jani Story of 83-year-old holy man Prahlad Jani who claims to have spent seven decades surviving without food or water is also relevant background evidence for postponing death. http://Dawn.com (Story received publicity through manifold mass media organizations throughout world inclusive of Dawn.com) Thursday, 29 Apr, 2010 Ahmedabad: A team of military doctors backed by India's national defense research centre is studying an 83-year-old holy man who claims to have spent seven decades surviving without food or water. The long-haired and bearded yogi, Prahlad Jani, has been sealed in a hospital in the western city of Ahmedabad where he is under 24-hour observation by 30 medical personnel and will be subjected to a series of medical tests. ―The observation from this study may throw light on human survival without food and water,‖ Doctor G. Ilavazhagan, director of India's Defense Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS), told AFP. 49 The DIPAS is part of the Defense Research and Development Organization, India's state defense and military research institute also behind a grenade packed with chili powder that recently hit headlines. ―This may help in working out strategies for survival during natural calamities, extreme stressful conditions and extra-terrestrial explorations like future missions to the Moon and Mars by the human race,‖ Ilavazahagan said. The tests on Jani include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, measuring brain and heart activity with electrodes and other neuro- physiological studies, in addition to blood tests. The experiment started on April 22 and will take 15-20 days. Since the beginning, Jani has neither eaten nor drunk and has not been to the toilet, Ilavazahagan said. ―The exercise of taking this yogi under the medical scanner is to understand what energy supports his existence,‖ he added, explaining that soldiers could benefit from his apparent ability to survive. Jani says he meditates to get energy. Our soldiers will not be able to meditate, but we would still like to find out more about the man and his body,‖ he said. Neurologist Sudhir Shah, who studied Jani in 2003 who is part of the team that carried out the new experiment, said that the extremely skinny but apparently active man faced round-the-clock observation. ―Two stationary 24-hour video cameras have been set up in his room, while a mobile video camera follows him whenever he needs to step outside,‖ he said. Jani, who dresses in red and wears a nose ring, grew up in Charod village in the Mehsana district in Gujarat and claims to have been blessed by a goddess when aged eight, which has enabled him to survive without sustenance. Shah said that Jani told him the key to his survival was a mystical and unexplained process by which he receives drops of water through a hole in his palate. Analysis of data, to determine his secret or expose his fraudulence, will take at least two months, the doctors said. Prahlad Jani has been held in a hospital in Ahmedabad, in the westernmost state of Gujarat, since April 22. He is being observed day and night by the scientists from the Defense Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS). Doctors confirm that the ascetic has not eaten or drunk in the last eight days. He has not lost weight and seems to be healthy as he gets up from his bed, walks and communicates with other people. "The most surprising fact is that his kidneys produce urine in small amounts, but he does not pass urine, it simply disappears," Professor Anil Gupta said. The research will last for a week and the scientists will need several months to prepare a report. Therese Neumann of Germany Giri Bala and Prahlad Jani of India were the known three saints who never ate for some fifty years and the three basically belonged to 20th century. The latter is still living. One thing is clear for this to happen Godly intervention is necessary. God would more readily grant life extension than allowing to live without food. Therese Newmann and Prahlad Jani were celibates and Therese even abhorred sex. So for those two to reduce biological age is no problem. As far as Giri Bala was concerned, she was a married at age 12 and requested and received a boon from God to be free from eating at the same age 12. She would have definitely been a celibate after the death of her husband. Till then she was like Ramesh Balsekar whose biological age is 29 years leading a married life. After the death of her husband she would have easily reduced the biological age to 2 1/2 years and that was why Paramahansa Yogananda who interviewed her said the following at the end. "The saint sank into a deep meditative state. Her gaze was directed inward; the gentle depths of her eyes became expressionless. She gave a certain sigh, the prelude to the ecstatic breathless trance. For a time she had fled to the questionless realm, the heaven of inner joy." Before reaching bliss and wisdom, one must totally be rid of ego, I-ness and my feeling . Yogis are grappling with it for years and years . There would be no hope of ever getting rid of ego-centered position if we did not know the following three things. First the ego is only an accumulation memories and series of cravings i.e. a bindle of thoughts; it 51 is a fictitious entity. Second thinking activity come to an end in stillness. Third, Grace, the radiation of the power beyond man is ever shining and ever present. If we let the mind become deeply still and deeply observant of the ego's self-preserving instinct, we open the door to grace which then lovingily swallows us. Reaching breathless state is final and then one can reach Nirvikalpa Samadhi. Postponement of Death should not only be our aim. We must have lofty ideals like enlightenment. Yogi Chinmayananda says for enlightenment one must overcome hunger and thirst, may not be like Prahlad Jani , Therese Newmann or Giri Bala did, who never ate or drank for at least some fifty years. Yoganada‘s master Shri Yukteshvar told him: ― Only those who had fully mastered the breathless state is freed from cosmic imperatives. I shall not fail to let you know when you have attained final perfection.‖ (Autobiography of an Yogi‖ To the awe of all beholders, Yukteshwar‘s master Lahiri Mahasaya‘s habitual physiological state exhibited the superhuman features of breathlessness, sleeplessness, cessation of pulse and heartbeat, calm eyes unblinking for hours, and a profound aura of peace. No visitors departed without upliftment of spirit; all knew they had received the silent blessing of a true man of God. (Quoted from Autobiography of an Yogi Chapter 35). Instead of Yogananda describing his physiological state he attributed that to Lahiri Mahaseya who was also of the same stature.

Buddha's biological age reduction After renouncing his family ties at the age of 29 Siddhartha (Buddha) was engaged in seeking truth for enlightenment and firstly met, according to official biography Ascetic Alara Kalame and then another one Uddakarama Putta who placed him on a higher spiritual plane during his stays with them as an understudy. After leaving Uddakarama Putta he started severe penance on his own. Chapter 4 Quest for Truth of " Siddhartha Gautama Buddha" Nandadeva Wijesekara said the following. "The Buddha, fully enlightened one, spent seven weeks in Senani village at Uruwela enjoying perfect bliss of emancipation gained after six years of severe penance. Physical pains suffered so far and mental conflicts undergone needed soothing by peaceful rest."

52 For years Siddartha practiced severe penance by fasting until the body was reduced to a mere skeleton says Wijesekara There were even rumors that Ascetic Gautama died, he said. http://www.souledout.org/wesak/storybuddha.html The above given site also said that after five or six years of self- mortification, Siddhartha felt he had failed to achieve true insight and rejected such practices as dangerous and useless and took to middle path. Wijesekara says "he ate little and slept" less." Added that "in India recluses believe that austerities alone help gain enlightenment." For that reason five monks who attended to him namely: Kondanne, Vappa, Baddiya, Mahanama Assaji left him losing hope of his ever making serious progress in spritualty. According Wijesekara's book Siddartha was trying to find answers for "old age sickness and death" After listening to Purohita Brahman sent by his father Suddodana, Siddartha told him; " I am fully aware of the feelings of the father and dearest relatives but I am afraid of "disease old age and death" he said. Purohita realized that he could not shake from his resolve. At the age of 35 he attained enlightenment. These answers show Buddha knew crux of the matter for which he had to reduce biological age. If biological age is reduced there are no diseases and no infirmities of old age and there cannot be any death when it is reduced to 2 1/2 years unless one opt for it. There According to biography he left the family at age 29 and at age 35 achieved enlightenment and six years he underwent severe penance. By the time he opted for middle path, he has reached the biological age of 2 1/2 years. Because he was evolving into that level. Of the four people given in Chapter 2 Therese, Giri Bala Prahlad Jani never ate over 50 years because their bodies need no food or water.They have evolved into the no-food stage. Even Buddha Boy of Nepal is on the path to spiritual development needs no food and there is no suffering as they are concerned. Siddartha's body turning into a skeleton and picture being drawn of Budddha's skeleton like body is hype done for propagation and scoring points. One has to reduce the biological age below 29 years at least and postpone the death by fifty years Siddhartha sought answers for old age, disease and 53 death and this was found out after having left his family life at age 29 and striving till 35 years of age when he achieved enlightenment after reducing his biological age to 2 1/2 years.. Oldage disease and death are not compatible with 2 1/2 year biological age or rather zero biological age.

It moves somewhere else. Scientifically death is a mere transition. However, human or animal bodies etc. made up of matter would disintegrate after rigor mortis that follows death. Consciousness and vital energy (CAVE)) could never be destroyed or disintegrated. It will move out to form another body. Or it would merge with total energy found outside matter. This scientific knowledge can also help to get rid of the fear of death. Individual mind or Individual Consciousness is also a kind of energy sits on the Universal Mind or Universal Consciousness or universal energy which pervades the whole body and entire cosmos. Once individual mind merges with universal mind its body ceases to be that of individual instead cosmos becomes its body. This is called enlightenment. Jesus Buddha and Adi Shankarachariya and so on have reached this level. 55 Enlightenment means individual Athman ( Core of your being) breaking through mental, intellect, memory and bliss sheaths that cocoon one over other and thereafter one is able to be one with energy or consciousness that pervades entire body as well as the entire cosmos. After enlightenment (Stage of bliss and wisdom) one has the I and that I is for the entire cosmos not only for your body because you are one with energy that envelops the entire cosmos pervading all physical structures there. Your Individual I or your Individual consciousness and your energy ( Your mind) is then found merged with the cosmic energy or cosmic consciousness producing Cosmic I. This energy is nothing but all pervading consciousness or Almighty God who has the capacity to control every matter in creation because consciousness is the substratum of everything in the cosmos. Also there is oneness in all energy and the Almighty part of that oneness of energy or body of energy can manipulate or handle energies of humans, animals, plant and mineral life etc. Every article of food that one eats, plate on which one eats them, the tableware plus the table itself and the house that one lives are in the final analysis is nothing but a collection of protons electrons. Protons, electrons and neutrons are the ABC with which the Cosmic Energy (Prana) has constructed (created) the physical portion of the cosmos. Remember there is oneness of cosmic energy underlies everybody and everything. Molecules consists of atoms which are said to be little invisible particles of matter revolving continuously with the speed of lightening, on exactly the same principle that the earth revolves round the sun. All this is accommodated in the Unified Field Theory of Albert Einstein. These little particles of matter that is electrons, neutrons and protons revolves in one continuous circuit in the atoms . Field of energy is the discovery of the modern science and is nothing but consciousness or God. That level is the source of all changes from birth to death which means disintegration to elementary particles of matter. Without field of energy there is no life. It is the ground state of everything. In the case of human being it is experienceable beyond the source of thought, the deepest depth where vital energy and also part of consciousness has its residence. Once this field or substratum leaves the body, body dies.

58 All what we see through naked eye or through instruments are destined to be destroyed and the science confirms it. But the energy, consciousness, substratum, self and so on remain unchanged and is the basis of every thing and source of all changes. Hinduism and Buddhism talks of space air fire earth and water to have been the matter with which every living organism was formed. But the science going deeper proves except the space other four are made up of electrons, neutrons, protons, atoms and molecules. Space is filled up with energy. For some body to die, energy inside should leave the body and after some time, when some more energy leaves, the body reaches Rigor mortis which means tightening the body. To some extent electricity can replace the energy of the body.―The Law of Success‖ in page 15 says:― When we passed an electrical current through the nerves of a dead man, we were shocked and amazed to see him sit up and move. The electrified nerves produced contraction of the muscles very much as in life.‖ Now Adrenaline, Electric Shocks and CPR ( Cardio Pulmonary resuscitation) are given in hospitals to keep the body artificially alive after death. When consciousness and vital energy (CAVE) leaves the certain parts of the body that part become paralyzed and when vital energy leaves the entire body the body dies and reaches after some time the stage of rigor mortis. But still there is energy inside the body which leaves it after full disintegration. But bodily life extinguish only when good portion of energy or Prana ( Vital Energy)that occupies the entire body abandons producing so- called normal death. After normal death it takes three, four hours or even more to reach the stage of rigor mortis which means tightening of the body which cannot be bended thereafter. When a fowl is cut up from neck, the first death is complete but body and the head shudders till energy or Prana leaves both parts. If the consciousness and vital energy (CAVE) leaves, death takes place irrespective of age. Even if sick or not sick, CAVE can leave the body producing death. Body dies irrespective of its strength or age or very good health when CAVE leaves. Even in the gem, when this field makes an exit, it dies. Almighty consciousness is the puppeteer and we are puppets. Sun-God provides you rays (radiation) that produce heat . If he stops giving heat, temperature in the world would 59 decrease hundreds below zero destroying entire animal kingdom and plant life instantly. Sun gives you light without which everybody turns blind . Sun vaporizes water and distributes it in the form of rain throughout the world. Without water everybody dies. Sun provides oxygen, energy and nourishment to the entire animal kingdom and plant life. These are only a part of what Sun-God does. Sage Yajnavulkaya supposedly got angry with his teacher and vomited out all the knowledge that he gave him and propitiated before Sun-God and said I shall never worship any human guru any more, please grant me the full knowledge to become enlightened or rather to reach bliss wisdom and immortality. Sun-God granted him the full knowledge as he granted boon to Therese Neumann of Germany, Giri Bala and Prahlad Jani and Buddha boy of India to remain without food and water. Former three remained without water and food for over fifty years as described in chapter 2. Sage Agasti met Shri Rama when poised to battle with Ravana and taught him 31 stanzas with which to worship Sun God whose grace made him win the war and became the most revered emperor in India.

Chapter: 4 Brainwash and unlearn to shake hands with God(12 A4 pages) (Only way to reach God) You must keep brainwashing and unlearning to convince that all your acts and thoughts, involvements in crime and sex and those done by rest of the mankind are nothing but the work of omnipresent , omniscient , Almighty, ecstasy consciousness or universal energy which means Almighty God who kills you and others by pulling his energy portion 60 out of your body and other bodies immediately after your time on earth and those of others are expired. In other words, He kills everybody including animals and things. Every body is nothing but a puppet and your mind which is also energy sitting on universal energy or universal consciousness which allows your individual mind to merge with it, after your reaching conviction that you are manipulated, handled by the Almighty Universal Mind. This merge amounts to thousand times more than shaking hands with God. Confirming the above theory Maharishi Mahesh Yogi who taught Transcendental Meditation to one million in US and six million throughout the world, said Adolf Hitler who killed six million Jews and several other millions, was only an instrument in the hands of God.‖ In other words, Maharishi corroborated that Hitler‘s killing millions was not his doing but was a direct job of Almighty God who did not allow anybody to punish Adolf Hitler and protected him till his final end.

"Experience of happiness is a direct means of replenishing life energy and revitalizing mind" Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Stalin murdered four times more people than Adolf Hitler was accused of. Still Almighty God saw to it that there was no condemnation of Stalin by the western powers or by the Soviet Union during his life time. Hitler's personal involvement in killings would not have been more than 10 million.

61 None of the other Soviet mass murderers who committed genocide against humanity were brought to justice either. There were 12.13 million deaths that cannot be attributed to Stalin direct according to I.G. Dyadkin in his “Unnatural Deaths in the U.S.S.R." Lazar Kaganovitch born in 1893 during Russian Empire was a ruthless murderer directly responsible for a portion of 12 to 13 million soviet deaths that cannot be attributed to Stalin. He died peacefully in Moscow in 1991after communism was overthrown, still wearing his Order of the Soviet Union, and enjoying a generous state pension. He became vice premier of the Soviet Union in 1952 and retired in 1957 when he was 64.

During the first half of 1957, Malenkov, Molotov, and Kaganovich worked quietly to build support to dismiss Khrushchev. It failed and thereafter Kaganovich was demoted and made a director, Ural Potassium factory and in 1961and was completely expelled from the party and made to live in retirement till 1991 when his death occurred at 98. There was no punishment for his crimes and no charges framed against him during his life time. On January 13, 2010, Kiev Appellate Court posthumously found Lazer Kaganovich, Pavel Postyshev and some other Soviet Communist Party functionaries guilty of genocide against Ukrainians during the catastrophic Holocaust ( famine.) orchestrated by Stalin. Stalin cannot be punished because he was undisputed Soviet dictator till his death in 1953 and right hand man of Almighty God. But Kaganovitch was nobody and only a pensioner for 30 years since 1961 to 1991 but no charges leveled against him till his death. That was how God operated because Kaganovitch too was an instrument in the hands of God as was Stalin and Hitler. Four times 62 US President Franklin Roosevelt, called ruthless unsurpassable world's No. 1 killer Joseph Stalin "Uncle Joe," as almighty God wanted. In Bagavat Gita , holy bible of Hindu's , Almighty God advised Arjuna to kill all his fist cousins, close relatives and others arrayed against him in the battle field and assured him that he would be born in heaven for the job well done. However Maharishi did not produce a theory out of it. Theory was submitted by Ramesh Balsekar of Bombay formerly a general Manager of Bank of India who received the knowledge from his master Shri Nisargadatta Maharaj who got it from his master and so on beginning from Adi Shankaeacharya. Adi Shankarachariya was the person whoi propounded the theory of Advaita according to which, everybody including animals and so on are part of Almighty God and therefore if anybody commit any mistake or killed sombebody that was an act done by God. Ramesh Balsekar's theory is nothing but explaining what Adi Shankarachariya said. In fact this knowledge directly comes from no one other than Adi Shankarachariya, Every day except special days about 61,000 people congregate to pay homage to Thiruppathi Balaji temple. By any chance one day if 90,000 come, there would be no accommodation, no water to drink no food to eat in Thiuppathi easily to about 25,000. But it never happens, God which means total energy in the cosmos (Consciousness) controls arrivals . All minds are sitting on universal mind which as universal energy (god) pervades every body and every thing. Hindus should not think it was they who decided to go there then there would be at least one day in a year when150,000 pilgrims visiting Thiruppathi but it never happened. It was the Almighty Consciousness made that decision. The story is same for those going to Rome, Mecca and other places of worship whatever the religion it may be. Each day almost the same number of persons visit the pilgrim city.(During seasons, arrivals vary in Rome) Bible (Numbers 14: 18) says: "The Lord is slow to anger, abounding in love and forgiving sin and rebellion. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished: he punishes the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation." One thing we must remember that God has no plans and he has no plans in respect of his subjects either. Even those who are in Nirvikalpa consciousness has no plans. God's law is that the strong feeds upon the weak. Animals and Fish do the same. But they do not eat up their own species. Human beings eat 63 up animals and plants and financially eat up their own species. Central African Republic's self-crowned Emperor Bokasa practice cannibalism – ate his own species - so do a good number of humans even now. Remember all this is done by Almighty God. With this proven theory you can clear your conscience hundred percent. Try and get this conviction, and methods are given in this book and then you are a sage who do not see any wrong in your enemies but love them hundred percent as you do to yourself. Your body is puppet , handled by the universal mind which manipulates and directs your mind. That is why some become presidents and some become beggars. Presidents, beggars, and all others know that unforeseen hand had done a good part for them to reach the present level of theirs. When they are quite old they rightfully attribute it to destiny. Plans of majority go astray and some succeeds because of godly intervention. Moment you are convinced of it, Almighty God destroys hundred percent of your mind and merge with you. In the process of his personal growth, Keerthi used to get angry often when thinking of wrong doings, others have done and became shy later for having got such moods and this happened even after his destroying 70 percent of his thinking with meditations and other self improvement techniques. Immediately on such occasions Keerthi corrected himself with a new thought that Keerthi was not responsible for such moods, only Almighty God did that. Say for a wrongdoing or killing , keep thinking converting conditioning that you are not responsible and only God is responsible it was omnipresent consciousness who brought that about. Even serial killer can get out of his guilty consciousness if he continue to convince himself that it was job of Almighty God or Almighty Consciousness . Do not think with this knowledge the society is going to be dreadful and abominable and killers are promoted . No No . Once the killer is convinced that he is not the killer but the Almighty God is, he has already grown to become aspirant on the way to be a sage and will soon pardon others' sins because they too have done by God. This psychological adjustment contribute to reduce his biological age. God will likely see that so-called killer is punished by a court of law because God wanted to punish him. Do not tell me how wrong is for the God Almighty to do that then you would as well ask why God kills all those whom he has sustained with his energy . That is how God rules and runs this world . God is responsible for birth, sustenance and death of everybody and everything . Everybody who is born in this world is killed 64 by Almighty God when his time is up or even otherwise. Almighty Consciouness has no qualms , he just pull out vital energies and the body immediately turns into carcass which start disintegrating into molecules, atoms, protons and electrons which were its original building blocks. God produced and run this cosmos the way he wants not the way we want. Hinduism and Buddhism talks of space air fire earth and water to have been the building blocks with which every living organism was formed. But the science going deeper proves that those building blocks are also made up of molecules, atoms electrons, protons and so on. However for revival period of death should not pass beyond rigor mortis. After first clinical death Lev Landau's body turned to a corpse and after revival it became alive. That means all our bodies are similar or rather literal corpses revived by omnipresent universal mind or consciousness. After defecation, one can wipe out or wash what is outside the rectum not what is inside nor the passage nor the bowels on which the stool sat and this keeps happening from the time of birth. This does not matter because body is carcass revived by the consciousness or energy and stool inside the body is like revived matter inside a revived carcass. Animals and trees would also turn into carcasses started to perish when supreme energy is pulled out of them Jesus said "Assuredly I say to you unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven". (Mathew 18: 2-4) He in other words told world to reduce biological age. Children has very little ego and below 2 ½ years of age there is no I-ness and ego at all. Little children do not have sex urge also and it was the state in which Buddha Jesus, Adi Shankara and lot of other sages were. "Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it and whoever loses his life will preserve it." (Luke 17:33) It means: Whoever tries to save his self (I- ness and ego) will lose and whoever loses the self (I-ness and ego) will be triumphant.This quote shows that Jesus Christ asks the people to give up the ego and I-ness and my-feeling to reach the highest possible human development. Quotes from Dhammapada ( Sayings of BuddhaQuotes Buddha) "Self is the Lord of the self, who else could be the lord, with self well subdued, man can find lord few can find' (Athatha Vaggo 160 Max Muller, Dammapada) Here Max Muller refers to Self with upper case S and soul and self with lower case refers to I-ness, my-ness and ego. Here the self well subdued means subduing I-ness, my-ness and ego. And find lord means find God)

66 ―Energy in man and all over is the Consciousness which is in state of deathlessness. Negligence is the state of death. The conscious one does not die. Those who are negligent are as if dead‖ Appamada Vaggo 21 (Dammapada) . Here Buddha advised the aspirant to contact consciousness which is immortal and omnipresent.

Buddha picture Buddhism clearly teaches to eradicates ego I-ness and My-ness and going by it, Buddhist monks advise devotees to do so. However Buddhist techniques, now available produced no tangible results. Ven. Balangoda Ananda Maitriya tried with them during his entire life time but failed to produce expected results. The fundamental credo of Islam,‖ There is no truth but Truth‖ or ―There is no mind but Absolute Mind‖ What is this absolute mind. It is nothing but Universal Mind or Universal Consciousness Till such time individual mind is merged with cosmic mind, action of such person is akin to a normal person not a sage. If he move toward merging . his action proportionately becomes virtuous. God's promptings to engage in virtuous and noble deeds are more. God will definitely not 67 engage him in crime. Aspirant will be able to destroy the thinking process by half at least and then he is comparatively a free man You can find loop holes, pros and cons in this doctrine but God like aspirant following the doctrine without asking questions. Because given knowledge if followed aspirant becomes a sage. He cannot think bad of anybody knowing that he too was prompted by Almighty God and your guilty consciousness for your wrongdoings are also purged. God would provide full knowledge after full merging. Then you are in communication terms with Almighty God. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi said then you can shake hands with Almighty God. We should not jump the gun. Lion or shark eating part of one‘s body or tsunami killing a close relative and even ones own serious crimes are immediately pardoned and forgotten for they were in fact the work of God for he had to run this world in accordance with all the laws of nature that he prescribed. But if a human commits the same, the victim insists on a punishment unknowing of who did it. All crimes or rather so-called crimes, are acts of God. All the natural calamities are rightly termed as acts of God and they too are necessary to run the cosmos . Metals, plants and animals are also under a common law of God. They all exhibited essentially the same phenomena of fatigue and depression with possibilities of recovery and of exaltation, as well as the permanent irresponsiveness associated with death. Vegetarians have got to kill plant life for living. There is no killing if one takes only milk and fruits plus vegetables that are plucked. There are fruitarians who are often sages. Feeling of this-is-my-body is the cause for the ego to be born after first two and half years of life. Once individual mind or Individual energy merges with cosmic mind or cosmic energy, such person cannot be proud of cosmic energy because it pervades everybody and everything in creation. Energies are not stagnant in the body and they are continuously replaced with new energies coming from outside. Take the world population. One half are males and others are females. How come this state of affairs continue from the beginning of human civilization. If the birth is an accident without any involvement of the Almighty, why were there no stage when the world is preponderantly female or male. It is so with the animal species. There are not only laws of nature governing but also enforcement of vital facts. Blood circulation, food digestion, urine production, flicking eyelids are all biological functions happening throughout the day without 68 any involvement of the so-called owner of the body. Even sleep, he has to patiently await till it overtakes. Thoughts roll one after another. No one can say what thought would be the next. One has to admit that destiny has done most of the jobs and very often individual plans of your mind are destined go astray. God runs the cosmos enforcing action and reaction, cause and effect, Karma and rebirth. DNA, genes, conditioning and programming go into the conception. They too has a roll to play in individual doings. According to Christianity, Thy will be done and Muslims attribute that to ―if Almighty God wills‖ - Insha Allah. The doctors pronounced the case of mental suicide.‖ He would have died quicker If he said: ―My God, I must die, Please pull out your energies from this body‖ Language used was less effective. It is basically a half a second job for the consciousness and vital energy (CAVE) to take and effect a major decision of natural death. Joseph Grant young banker got his mind to keep suggesting for three days to convince the CAVE to pull out of the body and cause death. All in creation are nothing but carcasses, revived, controlled and handled by omnipresent, omniscient, almighty ecstasy consciousness who also operates through each of these carcasses in different ways Omnipresent omniscient almighty ecstasy consciousness revives, controls handles this carcass, speaks, acts through this carcass and fulfills the various aspirations of this revived carcass and loves the entire creation through this carcass too. This anonymous carcass has no ego. This carcass has no individuality, This carcass has no personality This carcass has no pride This carcass has no anger. This carcass has no hunger. This carcass has no greed. This carcass has no pain. This carcass has no sicknesses. This carcass has no unhappiness, This carcass has no fear under whatever circumstances. Carcass is in reality neutral and sutra is written taking that into consideration. But you can use the term "this thing" of Ramana Maharishi after some time. Try to correct you thinking calling it "carcass" or "this thing" but you need not use that in conversations. When Vital Energy leaves the body, the death takes place but 70 some energy is there even after Rigor mortis which means tightening the body to such extent that it is unbendable. To some extent electricity can replace the energy of the body .―The Law of Success‖ in page 15 says:― When we passed an electrical current through the nerves of a dead man, we were shocked and amazed to see him sit up and move. The electrified nerves produced contraction of the muscles very much as in life.‖ In hospitals, at times dead bodies kept alive by a combination of adrenaline, electric shocks and CPR. In the same fashion, if CAVE (Consciousness and Vital Energy) returns to the body, it revives but it is a natural revival and one can go on till it vacates the body. After CAVE leaves the body and even after rigor mortis is over there is some energy in the body which leaves only after full disintegration.

Chapter I (15 pages) Karuna identified corpse of double as Prabha (Pic by pic probe) According to reliable reports, so-called Prabhakaran body was still warm when found indicating that he had just been killed. He had not shaved that morning and faint stubble was visible on his face. His corpse was borne aloft on the shoulders of 4th Vijayaba soldiers and brought for the senior officers to inspect. Brigadiers Jagath Dias, Shavendra Silva, Chagi Gallage and Kamal Gunaratne were there to inspect the corpse of the person who had led the world‘s most powerful separatist movement. Hundreds of delirious soldiers had been clambering on top of one another to catch a glimpse of the corpse. Later in the day of May 19, 2014 onetime LTTE No.2 Vinayagamoorthy Muralidaran alias Karuna Amman and former LTTE spokesman V.Dayanidhi (Daya Master) were flown from Colombo to Pudumatalan to identify the body.

One of the best pix of Prabha There was no evidence to prove that Prabhakaran had been fatally shot and died of injuries caused to the forehead. He could have committed suicide and later shot on the head to prove that he was shot dead. There were good reasons for LTTE cadres to shoot 79 him (double) dead. No post mortem was held or autopsy done by a qualified doctor in order to prevent surfacing matters contradictory to the official position of his death. What was revealed in the last sentence of the first paragraph of "Gota's War" was that Prabhakaran‘s body ―was found‖ by a SIOT team leader. Book entitled: "Gota‘s War" written by C.A. Chandraprema can be taken as representing the ‗official‘ version of the Sri Lankan army on Prabhakaran‘s death. In it no mention is made about any DNA test done to confirm identification carried out by Karuna Amman. Chandraprema's book mentioned that Daya Master and Karuna ―identified the body‖. It should not be forgotten that these two were LTTE defectors who in order to keep their positions safe, rubber-stamped what is wanted by the Sri Lanka army. There are only four modes of human death namely: natural death, accidental death, homicide and suicide. The first two modes (natural or accidental) can be eliminated as the cause for so-called Prabhakaran death. Of the other two modes, the Sri Lankan army presented a case of homicide Author Keerthi as said in the fourth chapter: "Friendship with Prabha" and the following one cited enough points to prove his 1 1/2 year friendship with him having seen his naked body above naval at least ten twelve times, being friends till the middle of November 2006 from about the second quarter of 2005 visiting him and staying with him during nights at least two three days a week when he is on bed Keerthi on the floor and vice versa. Firstly he worked with him in some Christian organization as said in the same chapter. In spite of some 7 years being passed, Keerthi, can very well identify him. Mr. Ranjan Wijeratna, defense minister from 1989 to 1991, declared at a press conference that Prabhakaran died due to military operations and the man who functions as Prabhakaran was only his double or rather body-double Minister Wijeratna rightly found out through some senior IPKF source that man who functioned as Prabhakaran in Sri Lanka was not the real one. Canard of Prabhakaran death was only his assumption and false addition to demoralize and undermine the LTTE, and also to keep up the morale of the Sri Lankan forces. 80 Velupillai Prabhakaran would never have made arrangements for his so-called double to take over LTTE after his death, disregarding those who offered blood, toils, tears and sweat. Arivazhagan who is now in somewhat lead position of the movement after so-called Prabhakaran death is real Prabhakaran. Over a period of time, the double acquired necessary charisma and personality plus training to fake Prabhakaran during emergencies when Prabhakran could not present himself. However the senior cadres knew very well the real identity and received orders from real man stationed more often in India while doing every thing possible inclusive of giving security and statements to uphold the position of the double. German Chancellor during Second World War was Adolf Hitler who also had a double called Gustav Weber or Weler attending functions on behalf of Hitler when he couldn't do so. In Sri Lanka there was a King called Yasalalakatissa who had a double called Subha handling security in the palace. They used to exchange positions for the joke and joy of it and one fine day when Subha was on the throne, he ordered Yasa to be executed and continued as king till his death. To quote Wikipedia encyclopedia: Gustav Weler was a political decoy ( Body-double) of Adolf Hitler. At the end of the Second World War, he was executed by a gunshot to the forehead in an attempt to confuse the Allied troops when Berlin was taken. He was also used "as a decoy for security reasons". When his corpse was discovered in the Reichs Chancellery garden by Soviet troops, it was mistakenly believed to be that of Hitler because of his identical moustache, haircut and features. The corpse was also photographed and filmed by the Soviets. One servant from the bunker declared that the dead man was one of Hitler's cooks. He also believed this man "had been assassinated because of his startling likeness to Hitler. Weler's body was brought to Moscow for investigations and buried in the yard at Lefortovo prison.

The man called Gustav Weber or Gustav Weler was executed with a gunshot to the forehead to fake Hitler death My reader can see the plight of the Hitler's double which cannot be different from Prabhakaran double. Most of doubles of the topmost leaders are fated to be such. The IPKF revealed of Prabhakaran double to then Defence Minister Ranjan Wijeratne who talked about at a press conference when Author Keerthi also took part in it. It can be safely assumed that it was Prabhakaran's body-double who was killed on May 19, 2009 due to military operations. Or it is even more possible that LTTE killed the double to fake Pbhakaran death in order to facilitate the escape of Prabhakran, his family and 47 others. This group led by Soosai managed to penetrate Nandikadal military defenses and reach Pudumathalan area. Details are found in the following chapter. Even messages of escape were sent to KP who was highly elated over the success. Government fed the majority with news that they like most being armed with corpse of the double for marketing. I do not blame the president for doing it because any president in his shoes would have done the same and earned a political mileage. When there is a ready-made double, already dead why not call him Prabhakaran? Alright, can the government explain what happened to the double Ranjan Wijeratne and the IPKF spoke of.

82 Karuna Amman (Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan) would have seen Prabhakaran last on March 2004 because that was the time he defected from LTTE and joined with the government. He and Daya Master (V Dayanidhi) were brought on the 19th noon to identify the body. Immediately on seeing the body, Karuna Amman's reaction was, saying in Tamil: "Again these fools have made a mistake." Tigers refer to Sinhalese as fools in Tamil. The two have rubberstamped what is officially required of them. In short they said he was no one other than Tiger Supremo Velupillai Prabhakaran. Seen here are Karuna Amman and possibly Daya Master observing the so-called body of Prabhakaran. However Keerthi can definitely vouch that the particular body does not belonged to Prabhakaran. Keerthi's credentials of being close friend of Prabha is proven later in two chapters Friendhip with Prabha and the following chapter (Prabha escapes after huge bribing (USD & gold) . Chapter titles in this book are arranged on the basis of newsworthiness.

Pic 2 1954-born Prabhakaran is a person who can take difficult exercises and the pic 2 man cannot even imagine of doing one such exercise but the pic is highly touted as that of Prabhakaran. It definitely belonged to somebody else for which Keerthi can vouch. Possibly Prabha's head was fixed on to some else's body through computer manipulation. This being not a dead body, Prbhakaran would never allow himself to be photographed almost fully naked and picture itself is highly damaging for Prabha's public image. As there is no usefulness in this pic for body identification of Prbhakaran, relevancy for further comments ceases. The following pictures (Pic.3.4,5,6) are also circulated as Prabhakaran's.

Pic. 6 Clothes so-called Prbhakaran wearing in pic 6 are so ill-fitting and small that part of his naked abdomen is visible. Prbha who owned ships and air craft never wore clothes of others. Keerthi can be sure that these bodies does not belong to Prabhakaran but to some one else, possibly that of the double. Anybody would agree that person found in the corpse pix 1.2.3,4,5,6 and pix 7,8,9 and 13 are totally different from Prabhakaran. In fact all those pix of so-called Prbhakaran corpse are pix of a dead body of a different person. As there are pictures of corpse with jungle fatigues and without fatigues, it is very clear that at some stage or other, the fatigues were removed or put on. Normally held view is that after Karuna Amman and them left finishing identification, the unsuitable, unfit jungle fatigues of someone else were put on the so-called body of Prbhakaran for taking pictures salable as that of Prabhakaran corpse. Had it not been for the jungle fatigue everybody would dismiss it to be of different corpse. Fatigues have produced some credibility.

. . Pic 8 The ill-fitting jungle fatigue in pic 8 was so small that it does not fit the so-called Prabhakaran. Prbha never wore other's clothes. LTTE supporters believe that so-called Prabhakaran committed suicide by taking a cyanide capsule and forces after finding the body, shot it at point blank range to prove that he died of gunfire by an unidentified sniper. Lot of unanswered questions are there like what happened to Prbhakaran's clothes after death? Because when Karuna Amman inspected the body, body was almost free of clothes. 87 I still cannot even imagine that bodies found in these pictures belonged to Velupillai Prabhakaran and hold that LTTE shot the double in order to prevent government forces madly moving about looking for Prabhakaran. In fact forces were fed with a fine dead rope for Prabhakaran to escape giving him enough breathing space to practically plan out his strategy of escape. However, I can positively identify the body of Balachandran Prabhakaran, Velupillai Prabhakaran's son and have absolutely no doubt about it. In other words, pic 9, pic 10 are identified by Keerthi as that of Balachandran who is Prabhakaran's youngest son. I cannot say the same for so-called Prabhakaran body because it was not Prbhakaran. During my association with this sweet boy, I never thought of him being ending up like this and feel extremely sad. Pic 11 is Prabhakaran's son seated cogitating.

The Veerakesari reported somewhere around October 18, 2009 that Prapbhakaran ‗s wife Madivadini and his daughter Dwaraga migrated to Canada. They would have joined Arivazhaghan (Prabhakaran) there. Hence, according to Daily Mirror of November 25,2009 Tamil Diaspora expected Pottu Amman or Prabhakaran‘s daughter Dweraka to make a speech on the Great Heroes Day but LTTE top men who handle such affairs including Arivazhaghan thought better of it.

Pic 14 is what touted as Prabha's daughter Dwaraga's corpse but this is a different girl not Dwaraka. Veerakesari said somewhere around October 18, 2009 that mother and daughter migrated to Canada. General Sarath Fonseka also told Ananda Vigadan in 2012 that Prabhakaran's wife and Dwaraga escaped. To save his skin, Fonseka added that his younger son Balachandran also escaped. But the pictures of his undeniable corpse belies Sarath Fonseka story. Balachandran who had nothing to do with Eelam war, was killed because of him being Prabhakaran's son. I am "thousand per cent "certain those pix are of Blachandran's. The above is the one and only pic collected from war pix which the collector would have planned to sell as that of Dwaraga and by that time it was too late to get two three extra pictures of the same corpse. Why couldn't they find her mother Madhivadini's corpse to photograph and sell in case if she was killed. Unfortunately or unfortunately , there was no such pictures to back a different claim that entire family being wiped out. One thing, corpse of Prabhakaran double does not prove Prabhakaran death.

Pic 15 The photo, in which we see Velupillai Prabhakaran (Above) watching the news of his own so- called death on television. Prabhakaran cannot be watching TV in jungle fatigue in some other country unless it was done surreptitiously for taking the picture. Fact remains that Prabhakaran definitely wants to promote both views of him being dead and not dead. This fact is well gone into in the following chapters.

Chapter 2 ( 15 pages) Prabha's escape and final days of Prabhakaran double DBS Jeyearj, senior junalist, who was quoted extensively in the first part of this chapter, is under instructions of Prabhakaran to give publicity, to the theory that Prbaha and his entire family being wiped out during war. In the meantime, LTTE's high profile Indian politicians like Vaiko and Nedumaran are also under Prabhakaran instructions go ahead with their original position of Prabhakaran being alive and kicking. With these two positions security of Prabhakaran and those of his family who were not killed are insured in addition to LTTE's money collection arm and building up the LTTE once again, remain somewhat strengthened. 94 Also Keerthi plans to compare notes of DBS Jeyaraj on May 21,2009 on so-called Prabhakaran death with Army Commander Sarath Fonseka's statement to "Ananda Vigadan." Jeyaraj says, a very large number of black tigers died in the assault as explosive-strapped boys and girls jumped on army positions and blew themselves up . This created the ―gaps‖ for other tigers to penetrate the military cordon. A group of some fifty led by Soosai including Prabhakaran and his family managed to escape through gaps. Though tigers breached the 53 division defenses, the soldiers began an intensive artillery barrage in which many Tigers died. Also the army had set up layers of defense with more personnel at the back. With the assault resulting in failure and many Tigers being encircled, several LTTE cadres began consuming cyanide. Similarly the tiger ―defenders‖ led by Charles Anthony were also routed and several survivors swallowed cyanide to avoid capture. Charles Anthony was found dead with bullet injuries. The photograph being given wide publicity as that of being Charles Anthony is not his says Jeyaraj and the same is true for the picture of Dwaraga corpse. The group led by Soosai was initially successful in breaking out. Prabhakaran, wife Madhivadhani Erambu , daughter Duvaraga (23) and younger son Balachandran (11) were also part of the contingent led by Soosai who remained faithful to his leader until the last. Here according to Jeyaraj, Dvaraga is 12 years older that youngest son. It must be very much less than even five years, I can assure.

Above given picture of Prabhakaran and the family belies DBS Jeyaraj's assertion that daughter is 12 years older than the son. During later years, girl would have grown taller

95 Jeyaraj also says Duvaraga, an exceptionally beautiful girl and Accomplished dancer had for a short time been a student abroad. She had returned after a while to be with her family and people . In fact she was following some course in New Delhi. After my estrangement with Prabhakaran, described well in a different chapter, he fled in November 2006,to some unknown destination. Then both son and daughter were compelled to give up their studies and returned to the Island. If he returned to the Island, he cannot sleep at the same place second night. Dvaraga had been a member of the Malathy women‘s brigade and had fought in the recent battle, said Jeyaraj continuing that Prabhakaran's family of four and forty-seven others managed to penetrate Nandhikkadal defence ring and move north to the Puthumaatalan area. (Prabhakaran's family of four means, Prabha, wife daughter and youngest son) A message sent on behalf of Prabhakaran to the remaining cadres in Mullivaaikkal stated ―udaithukondu poyitram‖ (we‘ve broken through and gone). However son Balachandran was caught, confined and killed. The message of group breaking through was in turn conveyed to KP in Europe who was naturally elated. It was expected that the 51 person group would take cover in shrub jungle during day and then move through the night to safety in the jungles. Once this message was sent Prabhakaran and the rest went silent. This was to be expected. Unfortunately this message gave false hopes to KP about the leader being safe, says Jeyaraj. Contradicting the above position, DBS Jeyaraj also said: "Though Prabhakaran had at one time hundreds of cadres as bodyguards only 18 elite fighters accompanied him on the flight from Mullivaaikkaal. It has also been said that one bodyguard had a can of gasoline with him to burn the tiger leader‘s body if ever he was killed or committed suicide. This was to prevent the enemy seizing his body said jeyaraj. Even if the bodyguard carrying petrol can died before so-called Prabhakaran death, another could have set fire to Pbhakaran body and that was unbelievably not done. It means Prabhakaran did not die only the double met with his death. Petrol can carrying in public is to give false signal to the military that Prabhakaran is around. Prabhakaran and family would have escaped as said in the message of course minus two sons. This statement of DBS Jeyaraj is self contradictory. If they

96 escaped to Pudumatalan why Prabhakaran returned Mullaiwaikkal to continue in a pointless losing batte. This was the retreating stage of the battle as far as LTTE was concerned. What happened was Prabhakaran and family definitely escaped but his double took part in the fight who did not have Prabhakaran's most sophisticated gun and his bullet-proof vest which was very well described in a different chapter. Then the LTTE shot double dead in order to prevent military gunning for Prbhakaran. Petrol can carrier did not set fire to the body because LTTE want body to be discovered by the military and declare that it belonged to Prabhakaran. That is why Karuna Amman said as quoted earlier: ": "Again these fools have made a mistake." As LTTE planned, so-called Prabhakaran‘s body was discovered before dawn on Tuesday May 19th lying on the Nanthikkadal bank by the soldiers of the 4th Vijayabahu infantry regiment led by Lt.Col Rohitha Aluvihare. Jeyaraj said: "Prabhakaran had been shot at point blank range. Four of his bodyguards were lying dead in the vicinity. Later on it was claimed that the bodies of Madhivadhany, Duvaaraga and Balachandran were found in a bushy patch about 600 metres away from where Prabhakaran‘s body was found. Charles Anthony‘s body was found elsewhere earlier. The entire family had been wiped out" opined Jeyaraj on the instructions of Prabhakaran. Assuming that Prabhakaran came back from Pudumatalan to Mullaiwaikkal, what was the reason for his wife and daughter to return there. Would Prabhakaran allow such foolish act. I cannot understand how DBS Jeyaraj turned into a fiction writer. Balachandran's body was not found on the field and in fact he was kept confined and picture of him being confined is carried in first chapter itself. Jeyaraj wrote this document quoted here on May 21, 2009 and had never imagined such pictures would be unearthed later contradicting him. After news of Prabhakaran‘s family being killed got media publicity, an issue was raised in human rights circles about a ―war crime‖ being committed. The killing of Madhivathiny and 11 year old Balachandran could not be justified in any way. So some sections of the defense establishment are trying to hide the truth behind the death of the family said DBS Jeyaraj Also the bodies of many senior leaders and commanders too were discovered in stages. More than 350 bodies were found. The LTTE 97 was virtually demolished. The army announced that the bodies of people like Soosai, Bhanu, Lawrence, Pappa, Laxmanan, etc were found. God only knows who identified them. There is some doubt as to whether the body of Pottu Amman or those of his family were discovered. Pottu amman definitely escaped and he was expected to address Hero's day in November 26, 2009. If Pottu Amman escaped then Prabhakaran also would have escaped. Pottu Amman runs two Facebook sites and keeps tiger emblem as his profile photo and other his photo. Anybody who has Facebook presence, can send him a message without problem But President Rajapakse who returned on Sunday (May 17th) addressed the nation on Tuesday (May 19th) and as expected. Wednesday (May 20th) was declared a national holiday. Interestingly President Rajapakse delivered his address without mentioning of Prabhakaran death. There was no hurry, he could have awaited the so- called death. If Prbhakaran death really occurred, the president could have addressed the nation once again. However on the previous day that was Monday, May 18, there was news about three persons trying to get away in an ambulance. The vehicle was destroyed by the army and the charred body of one person was supposedly identified as that of Prabhakaran‘s. Sections of the media went to town with the news that Prabhakaran‘s body had been found. With that media announced the war ended. But that was supposedly wrong and it was only the next morning that the the correct body was supposedly discovered. But news had been published already that it had been found on May 18. The subsequent discovery of his body on Tuesday does not take away the fact that the earlier news was wrong. Anyway neither body belonged to Prbhakaran. On Tuesday former Eastern Province LTTE leader ―Col‖ Karuna and ex-tiger spokesperson Daya master identified the body. Some journalists and army officers also confirmed it. But according to Jeyaraj, KP created confusion by claiming that Prabhakaran was safe and alive. Presumably KP was relying on his earlier information that the tiger leader had broken through. This fuelled much controversy about the death says Jeyaraj. In fact Prabhakaran himself would have contacted KP for his transportation to the final destination. Army commander Sarath Fonseka announced the death officially at 12.15 pm on May 19. 98

Later President Rajapakse himself informed visiting Indian national security adviser MK Narayanan and Foreign secretary Shivshankar Menon that Prabhakaran was dead. India was told a death certificate would be provided. If Prabhakaran is really alive as some allege and he turns up in the future the President and Army commander‘s credibility will be severely eroded. President Rajapakse and Gen. Fonseka cannot be unaware of this and therefore must have been very certain indeed that Prabhakaran was dead, says Jeyaraj. This cannot be accepted. Many occasions government said that Prhakaran is dead. That apart, how can they make certain if Prabhakaran has escaped. Fact remain that Sarath Fonseka announced Prhakaran death at 12.15 pm on May 19. Jeyaraj also said it is pathetic that pro-tiger Tamil Diaspora is not only denying their departed leader tribute and homage but also depriving all the other senior tiger leaders due recognition after death. The LTTE that made a fetish out of commemorating their dead (great heroes) is being denied any form of recognition let alone glorification after such mass death, says Jeyaraj who attributes even Vaiko and Nedumaran to have been of that category.To repeat, on Great Hero's Day too, LTTE has not announced the death of Prabhakaran and in short to date LTTE has not announced the so-called Prabhakran death. What illustrates the poignant irony of this situation was the sight of his former deputy ―Col‖ Karuna now a cabinet minister standing with army officers and looking down upon his former leader lying semi-naked in the sand says Jeyaraj. That picture given in the previous chapter is definitely not of Prabhakaran's. Government celebrate the victory day on May 18 in spite of so- called Prabhakaran being killed on May 19 and his dead body was shown over TV and printed media. Why does the government do it? It is because only Prbhakaran double was killed on May 19. It is not right to hoodwink over 20 million Sri Lankans, over one billion Indians and over 7 billion men women throughout the world. Ananda Vikatan, a popular current affairs and lifestyle magazine in Tamil Nadu with a circulation of over five hundred thousand copies, featured a hard hitting and extensive interview with the former Army Chief, Sarath Fonseka, as a special feature in its issue of June 20, 2012.

The magazine is also popular among the Sri Lankan Tamils, with around five thousand copies sold here. However, in the June 20, issue of Ananda Vikatan sold in Sri Lanka, the pages featuring Sarath Fonseka‘s interview had been removed.

Here we feature translated excerpts of Fonseka‘s interview, where the former Army Commander has answered some tough questions about the last days of the war, the deaths of Prabhakaran and his wish to see a Tamil becoming a President in Sri Lanka, similar to how Barack Obama became President in the USA.

Q: As former Army Commander you remained the confidante of President Mahinda Rajapaksa. How come you became his arch rival later?

A: Becoming a hero among the people of Sri Lanka is the main reason for the rivalry. Sri Lankans considered the victory over terrorism as another form of liberation for them. People understand the price the Security Forces have paid to gain this victory. We carried out the war to liberate the people of our country from terrorism. So the people praised me. While I didn‘t have any intention of thinking beyond the victory we gained, the President had plenty of hidden intentions. Using the war victory for his political gains was one of them. So he was not happy with the way people felicitated me soon after the war ended. Therefore, he was worried whether his calculations in the political arena would go wrong, and it was he who turned me into his foe.

Q: Was your political aspirations one of the reasons for his animosity towards you?

A: Never. Since the war came to an end, several people approached me and insisted that the corrupt family regime of Mahinda Rajapaksa

100 should be brought to an end. But I was patient. At one stage it was Rajapaksa who pushed me towards politics.

Q: Let us go to the war period. What is the reason for the fall of the LTTE? What was its strength and what was its weakness?

A: The weak state of the Sri Lankan Army remained the only strength of the LTTE. Before I became the Commander of the Lankan Army it was backward in many ways. Particularly the technologies were weak and the Navy was also in a state of instability. ( Having found out defects, Government would have made enough monetary allocations for changes needed in the army. However the army commander could he correct faults of the Navy which does not under his purview)

The political atmosphere also remained conducive to the LTTE. These were the main factors attributed as the strength of the LTTE. When I took over the army, I changed everything. On the other hand the LTTE hardly realized the international atmosphere following the twin tower attack in the USA. The outfit also remained weak in modern warfare techniques.

Q: Speak the truth. What really happened to Prabhakaran?

A: There is only one truth. Prabhakaran is no more. He died in the war.

Q: Did he die in action? Could you confirm that he did not surrender and was not tortured to death?

A: Definitely. I can never forget that night. We surrounded Prabhakaran in a small area. The Tigers had created three zones with three of their units. There would have been four hundred of them at the maximum. The first unit consisted of hundred cadres led by Pulithevan and Nadesan. We destroyed the unit. The next unit comprised hundred cadres headed by Prabhakaran‘s eldest son, Charles Anthony. We destroyed it as well. Prabhakaran led the third unit, with another hundred cadres and the final battle had taken place at midnight. The unit led by Prabhakaran was also annihilated and the LTTE Chief was killed in the clash.

101 Q: If you say that you had killed the real Prabhakaran, what problem did you face in taking the media to the scene and showing the body?

A: First of all, I want to correct your question. We did not kill Prabhakaran. It is correct to say that he died in action. In a battlefront, you cannot guess what will happen. We cannot take the media personnel and go to war. The atmosphere there is different. When we found Prabhakaran‘s body, we had to determine whether it was his body. Therefore, before announcing his death, we had to determine beyond any doubt that the body was of Prabhakaran. So the death of Prabhakaran was announced after the DNA test was carried out on his body. We didn‘t have any doubt. Certainly it was Prabhakaran‘s body.

Q: Have you spoken to Prabhakaran at any occasion?

A: Never.

Q: What was the reason for the LTTE to take the decision to surrender?

A: They didn‘t take that decision. They were pushed towards surrender. We surrounded them from all corners. The territory they held had started shrinking. They silenced their weapons, when they realized there was no place for them to retreat to.

Q: Did the LTTE speak to the army about their surrender?

A: No. The army didn‘t engage in any negotiation with the LTTE over this issue.

Q: In that case, who had made contacts over the surrender? Which Tamil Nadu leaders were in contact? What was the stance of the Army at that stage?

A: There were talks with the government. I don‘t know who the Tamil Nadu leaders who were in contact. We know the Non-Governmental Organizations negotiated the issue. When we were contacted, we said we would welcome whoever came forward to surrender. We said that according to international regulations, we would treat the people who

102 surrender with dignity. So the people, who surrendered, including the Tigers, were treated with dignity.

I had delivered very clear orders to my soldiers over the people who wished to surrender. It is because of that you could see the Tigers currently being released. Therefore, no one came with a white flag to surrender and we didn‘t violate the ethics of war. (Then why the three LTTE leaders franatically wanted to know how to surrender)

Q: A large number of children have been killed in the war, particularly the youngest son of Prabhakaran. The wounds found on his body indicate he was shot at point blank range. What do you say about it?

A: You are asking speculative questions. As you say I don‘t believe Prabhakaran‘s youngest son was killed. We had found the bodies of some women and four or five children on the last day of the war. Most of them were found to have taken cyanide. We have brought Karuna Amman and some others, who had been closer to Prabhakaran to identify the bodies. They said none of the bodies belonged to Prabhakaran‘s wife or youngest son or daughter. What we know is that Prabhakaran and his eldest son were the only members of the family that had been killed. We don‘t have any information on the other members.

Q: What was your mindset as a person who spearheaded the war, which had led to the deaths of thousands?

A: When the war was launched, I told my men that the lives of the innocent civilians should be protected. So my soldiers respected what I had told them. Nothing happened the way you think.

Q: What was the role of the US and China in the war? And why were those countries particular that the LTTE should be destroyed?

A: Whether it is the US or Europe, all countries agree that terrorism should be destroyed. As far as the LTTE was concerned, these countries realized the outfit didn‘t have any alternative path for a settlement. Thereafter, they decided to support our stance. As far as China is concerned, it is a friend of the country and our main arms supplier. 103

Q: Is there any possibility of the LTTE emerging again?

A: The situation in Sri Lanka is now deteriorating. The economy is in a bad shape. The cost of living is killing the people. Apart from swindling, the government has no plans. Now there is no independence, no democracy, and no security for anyone. How would you feel if you are always followed by someone and your telephone is tapped? So we are in a situation like that. The media has been suppressed. Whatever the State media says is news. Rajapaksa is prepared to do anything to remain in power. His family is robbing the country. The youth are agitated. If the` jungle rule‘ of the Rajapaksas continue, not only the LTTE, but thousands of others will also emerge.

Q: You once said that the Tamils should be subservient to the Sinhalese. You have also said the Tamils should wait for their rights. What is the reason for your attitude towards the Tamils?

A: I think my speeches had been distorted. I never spoke like that. I don‘t have anything against the Tamils. Sri Lanka is now one country. I believe that all should live in peace with equal rights.

I wish for a Tamil to become President of Sri Lanka like how Barack Obama became President in the US.

Q: Even after the war, the areas where the Tamils live have been heavily militarized. What is the reason for the heavy presence of military in those regions?

A: First of all, you should understand I am no more an Army Commander. However, I told the government then that all rehabilitation activities should be completed before 2010 and the army should be withdrawn from those areas. But the government has not yet completed the rehabilitation works. The Security Forces cannot be completely withdrawn without the completion of rehabilitation.

Q: Which country is closer to Sri Lanka? India or China?

104 A: India is located closer to us. Geographically, historically and culturally, the relations between the two countries are significant. We cannot go against India at any stage. China is a very important friend. So, for Sri Lanka, both countries are indispensable.

Q: What is your next step in politics?

A: Making democracy bloom again in Sri Lanka, creating the space for freedom of expression, and ensuring the right to live in peace…. Working towards annihilating corruption.

Q: Suppose you win in a Presidential Election, how will you settle the Tamil question?

A: I am not the politician to lie for votes. The solution to the Tamil question doesn‘t emerge from words or documents. It should come from the hearts of the people. Instead of talking, I will show that in action.

Q: The International Court has sentenced Charles Taylor (former Liberian President) to 50 years imprisonment for war crimes. What do you think about it?

A: I welcome it. I believe whoever commits war crime should be punished.

Q: In time to come you may be placed on par with Hitler or Mussolini, what do you think about that?

A: It is because they handled the military. I will not be classified with them in the future. They were dictators, whereas I strive for democracy. Courtesy: Ceylon Today

1.Q shows even by 2012 Vikatan has doubts about Prhakaran death. For the 2.Q: as to why media was not taken to the scene after the war, he talks about difficulty of taking the media to the scene during war. He did not tell where the DNA test was done comparing with whose blood samples it was done. They wrongly identified Charles Anthony, so taking Charles Anthony was out and there were no reports of blood samples being taken from Prabhakaran's mother and father. Only Karuna Amman and V Dayanidhi (Daya Master) identified the body. Body was found on May 19 morning and by 12.15 pm that day, Sarath Fonseka announced the death of Prabhakaran and where is the time to do the DNA test. Giving the government viewpoint CA Chandraprema in his book:"Gota's War" never talks of DNA test. Chandraprma cannot afford to miss it if it was really done. In fact he was giving government viewpoint. However President Mahinda Rajapaksa never spoke about the death. More than all no death certificate was issued in respect of Prabha death for two three years. Indian courts found way of annulling case against Prabha, Pottu Amman and Akila because they found it being dragged on unnecessarily and prosecution also wanted to close the case. Not issuing death certificate means, the government is not sure of Prabhakaran death. But KP at first claimed that Prabhakaran was safe and alive. Later changed that toeing line with DBS Jeyaraj. Even Vaiko and Nedumaran says Prabhakaran is alive. Presumably KP was relying on his earlier

106 information that the tiger leader had broken through military defense. In fact Prabhakaran himself would have contacted KP for his transportation to his final destination. However, KP retracted and said Prabhakaran died.

The Veerakesari reported somewhere around October 18, 2009 that Prapbhakaran ‗s wife and his daughter migrated to Canada most possibly to join so-called Arivazhaghan there. At the beginning of October, 2009 the Tamil Net carried a news item that Arivazhaghan is now in Canada. What does that mean. Nobody except those extremely close to Prabhakaran knew who Arivazhalaghan was. For them it is nothing but a news item informing that "Prabhakaran is alive and is in Canada" Enitire family after escaping the war scene and hibernating at some place, reached Canada possibly in October or even before by a LTTE ship or whatever. Prabhakaran's mother denied the so-called death of her son who talked to her from Canada and there is chapter with that title "Mother denied Prabha Death" in this book. This she divulged to Thrumavazhavan MP. When Thirumaavazhavan MP in an Indian parliamentary delegation , asked sometime back from Minister Basil Rajapaksa MP whether Velupillais could be allowed to join their daughter in Canada, Basil who knew Prabha is in Canada reportedly answered that they could not be allowed to go to a western country but would consider sending them to India if an application was made. What is wrong in her sending to a western country unless the government does not want mother to join Prabhakaran . They would have preferred to keep her at a manipulatable distance.

"Sunami killed Prabhakaran" was a LTTE given dead rope by buying extremely expensive coffin during that time and taking it to the North. These are done for security reasons for misleading India and Sri Lanka governments to stop gunning for Prabha. In the same way Prabhakaran wanted to give security to himself and the escaped family members namely: wife and daughter and therefore got DBS jeyaraj to sell the story of entire family being wiped out. Meanwhile another faction including Nedumaran and Vaiko being instructed by Prabhakaran tells 107 that Prabha is not dead in order to collect money and build up the movement once again.

Chapter 4 (16 pages) Friendship with Prabha

Quoting Asian Tribune, Wikipedia Encyclopedia wrote a short biography of Velupillai Prabhakaran which included the following: "Prabhakaran married to Mathivathini Erambu on October 1, 1984. and she, along with their mother, their daughter (Duvaraga) and two sons, Charles Anthony and Balachandran were not in Sri Lanka." At least from 2004 onwards none of them were in the Island. Charles Anthony was engaged in studies in UK to become a pilot. Balachandran was studying at a famous Christian college near Nagpur, India. Dwaraka was doing some course in New Delhi in addition to doing some cooking for Prabhakaran off and on. Madhiwadini dutifully attended to the needs of his parents and hers in Trichi, Tamil Nadu, South India. In Trilokapuri New Delhi at least from 2004 onwards, Prabharkaran persaonally looked after his two younger children Dwaraka and Balachandran who joined them during school holidays.

In this family picture of Tiger supremo Prabhakaran and his wife, author Keerthi can very well identify his two children - youngest son Balachandran and daughter Dwaraka - who used to call him uncle and of course Prabhakaran who was his sweet friend.The picture was taken before their schooling began in India in 2004. When Keerthi met the children in 2005, they were exactly the same. Soft-spoken Velupillai Prabhakaran was then known to me as Kadiragamathamby Arivazhaghan and also as Pastor Joseph who was looking exactly the same as Velupillai Prabhakaran at that time. Firstly, Prabahakran and I worked together in a Christian Institution headed by Sunil Sadar, address being A6, South Extension Part 2, New Delhi. Thereafter, he went on to work at Salvation army office in New Delhi. I used to see him there quite often. He told me that he did not want to be called Arivazhaghan everywhere, every time because it is too important a name and therefore advised me to call him Pastor Joseph or Joseph as usual. For at least three-four-year-period preceding 2009 Prabhakaran would have given orders to his top lieutenants in the name of Arivazhaghan. At least that was what one of DBS Jeyaraj articles made me discern when reading between lines. LTTE top leaders were ready to obey and observe Arivazhaghan instructions

109 knowing him to be none other than Prabhakaran. In fact it was his nom de guerre known to a few. I first met Pastor Joseph alias Kadirgamathambi Arivazhaghan alias Velupillai Prabhakaran in the middle of the year 2005 who used to work at the at said Christian Institution headed by Sunil Sadar, a Dalith who married to a US women who used to spend money somewhat lavishly. They had several children. Joseph worked there in honorary capacity for he requires only a cover to do his main job of running war in Sri Lanka to carve out a separate state (Eelam). During second war of the JVP to establish their brand of communism, its leader Rohan Wijeweera lived with a cover as estate superintendent by the name of Attanayaka. Arivazhaghan liked me for upholding minority rights and Human Rights when in Sri Lanka and there was a chapter titling: ―Inhuman harassment of Tamils‖ in my book ―Good-bye Chandrika.‖ There, I quoted only the judgment of Justice Tissa Dias Bandaranayake to prove my point. In other words Justice Tissa Dias Bandaranayake admitted that some Tamils were subject to Inhuman harassment Well-known Tamil politician P. Nedumaran bought eight copies of my book ―Good-bye Chandrika‖ one of which would have been passed on to Arivazhalagan who most unbelievably and shockingly denied having even heard of Nedumaran who was one time Tamil Nadu Congress chief, MP and ardent backer of Indira Gandhi who willingly took a gunshot on his arm to save her. However, later he shifted allegiance to Prabhakaran and became his No 1 plus the accredited LTTE representative in Tamil Nadu or rather entire India. In his house, there were pictures of Prabha and Nedumarn, the latter surreptitiously crossed the borders through Palk straight to meet Prabha on an clandestine mission. He is a very good man and his own private weekly paper had a big circulation in Tamil Nadu. Arivazhaghan Posing off as an Indian Tamil interested in Tamil politics, denying any knowledge of Nedumaran was nothing but over- cautiousness, betraying him none other than Prabhakaran. In fact Arivalaghan passed all my tests and got established in my mind as real Prabhakaran

Bin Laden basically operating from Middle-East and Velupillai Prabahakran at Indo-Lanka scene, kept very large number of people, number of governments on toes, being born on March10,1957, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and November 26, 1954 at Valvettithurai, Sri Lanka respectively. Prabha owned ships, air planes, profit-making enterprises throughout west and had large number of men and women ready to do anything at his bidding inclusive of commiting suicide and also top level professionals to advise him.

I used to visit Arivazhaghan in Trilokapuri – a Tamil majority locality in New Delhi proper - and stay in his room located in third floor of a big rented building, for two days or so a week when he continues without going outstation or abroad by air. Through staircase, one enters to a room where there were lines for hanging clothes and the kitchen. To the left of this room was the parlor in which posh chairs were kept to meet people and watch TV. Beyond that there was bed room in which a double bed was kept. When he sleeps on the bed, I sleep on the floor and vice versa. On the right side of the kitchen, is the bath room and way to the balcony which opens up to the street. He has two such floors. His daughter occupies the other with his lady guests and suicide bombers off and on. The roofless top floor is also his. When it is hot, we sleep up 111 there on mats with cool light breeze caressing our bodies. Ground floor and the top floor was sub-let to be in a position to eject those temporary occupants any time and at the same time earning money. It was strategically suitable for there are ways of getting into the next building without difficulty in an emergency and move out of it through a back door unobserved.

Like all other parents Prabhakaran and Madhivadini also wanted their son to be higly educated.

Prabhakaran and Madhivadini with two younger children ------Latterly, he worked for another Christian organization namely: Salvation Army. His salary there was supposedly paid by the Norwegian government at least that was what he told me in his proud moments and therefore that employer too had little or no control over him. For a very short time, there stayed two women in his other floor. Joseph told me that they are kept for charity purpose. However, I decided them to be suicide bombers who are supposed to stay one or two days with their hero before taking their one-way-journey. Once when I entered the room in their floor, one women winked the other to inform of my arrival plus some other things. Biographer M..R. Narayan Swamy said ―LTTE videos show with chilling effect young suicide bombers leaving the coast in motor boats, beaming and waving to their colleagues on the shore‖ adding ―legend talks of suicide bombers having the last supper with their chief Prabhakaran before embarking on their one-way missions.‖ These motor boats would have ferried them across Palk strait to meet so-called Arivazhaghan or Prabhakaran in New Delhi. They go by plane from south India to north for internal flights no passports being needed. 113 Once seeing me coming in, being recent as 2006, Arivazhagan immediately stopped physical exercises. Only then, that I realized him to be a very strong man in spite of having somewhat bulky body, a fact he did not want me to know. That is why he stopped exercises. Narayan Swamy said that he remained fighting fit, did physical workouts every morning and evening. In fact he did not lose the habit of looking over the shoulder even when in Delhi. Narayan Swamy said that sex, liquor, smoking and playing cards were taboo for Prabha which I agree but he was addicted to watch more Malayali films than Tamil on the TV. His daughter and the youngest son were also had the same inclination towards Malayali films and Malayali in general probably due to ancestral blood. Even I was annoyed for the rate of their watching Malayali programs because I like to watch Tamil movies to improve my Tamil. He must also be wanting give an impression that he was a Malayali, even to Trilokapuri Tamils, for security purposes. I talked with the owner and rector of a Christian seminary in Hariyana who happened to be a Malayali. Prabhakaran underwent training there and became fully fledged pastor. Having passed on to him, Arivalaghan‘s best wishes after attending a mass at his church in New Delhi. I had a chance of talking with him about Prabhakaran. Seminary boss was unusually fond of Prabha, may be for his Kerala roots plus Prabhakaran's liberal spending on charity and the genuine love for the poor. DBS Jeyaraj on his January 9 article of the Daily Mirror wrote: ― A Tamil weekly in India quoted a woman from Kerala state claiming that Prbhkaran‘s father Velupillai was born in Kollam district of the Kerala state and has gone to Sri Lanka at the age of 22. Thereafter vicious campaign was on to describe Prabhakaran as a Malayali with Kerala roots due to allegation that Velupillai was from Kollam‖ Prabhakaran‘s Malyalam would have improved a lot with his increased watching of Malayali movies interspersed with those of Tamil but never had local Tamils visiting his Delhi apartment being aloof from Tamils in Trilokapuri where he lives in spite of his passing friendships with Tamils there. In the locality of Trilokapuri majority are Tamils. He had strict behavior patterns and norms of conduct, dos and don'ts decided upon possibly with the advice of Tamil high-ups in various fields. For no reason, he would go to a Indian police station

114 or talk to a policeman even to help anybody, avoiding them like plague. He rides motor bike very carefully for being pillion rider often, I knew it. He never fights, argues or gets into scuffles and intentionally sticks to the letter of law. He abides by these principles and guide lines at whatever cost. That was why Delhi police had no chance of capturing him in spite of his possessing Prabhakaran's face, body, mind including genitals. Prabha had no apparent contacts with Tamils attending Christian service in a house at Trilokapuri except with the Malayali pastor there and his family people in the congregation. Tamils who visited him would have been the cream of LTTE and connected supporters in the Diaspora.Over 90 per cent of such meeting took place at different hotels or different places. In the same way, JVP insurgent chief Wijeweera had also very few JVP leaders visiting him, even that too rarely. When come to think of it now, the very little congregation attended on Sundays at Malayali paster's house would have been all Malayalis instead of Tamils. He shuns moving with Tamils with his Arivazhagan identity to prevent them realizing that he speaks nothing but Sri Lankan Tamil with Sri Lankan Tamil accent. Narayan Swamy said that Prabha ordered his men not to visit any Tamil house in Tamil Nadu but allowed vice versa. He called Saukaran for soap like Sri Lankan Tamils but Indian Tamils call it soap. They seemed to be not knowing the word Saukaran I do not see any difference in him being a half Malayali. Even Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MG Ramachandran was also a Malayali while Vaiko powerful Tamil Nadu politician with All India stature fighting for Tamil rights was originally from Andra Pradesh. Ethnic purity or any kind of purity for that matter, is nothing but bullshit. MG Ramachandran and Prabhakaran got on better may be for both being malayalis. Nice little girl with no pride whatsoever, his daughter Dwaraka used to cook for him and did some studies too following a course. I had permission to visit his place only after giving a call first. He never said "no" to me. One day, after coming to Trilokapuri and visited him in about three minutes after giving the call. He was aghast. Then he recovered to tell : ―You gave the call from Trilokapuri aren‘t you?‖ This also shows Prabha's constant security consciousness.

115 He never grew a beard as did Castro, Lenin, Bin Laden, Wijeweera, all of whom shaved them off whenever they went underground, and changed the hair style. But Prabhakaran never did that except shaving the mustache. He may have shaven his head when he went underground. In India, one can see enough shaven headed men and few such women. He was reticent about his wife or father and mother and I too never asked. I knew his daughter and second son well but not his wife nor his parents nor Charles Lucas Anthony, his first son. His parents were living in Sri Lanka or in Trichy as quoted earlier from Wikipeidia along with his wife Madhivadhini and her parents. Till 2004 schooling began in India Balachandran and daughter Dwaraka stayed with them. Queen Elizabeth sent her son to fight in their Folk Land war with Argentina but none of our leaders ever thought of sending their children to the war theatre as did Prabhakaran. Even gallant Gotabhaya Rajapaksa prematurely retired from being an army major or Lt. Colonel and migrated to US and worked as a computer personality and then took a quantum jump to become the Defense Secretary who supposedly ordered to kill the LTTE men surrendering with white flags. Gota never had time in the army to be decorated but showed his mettle as defense secretary. I feel sorry for government stopping the pension of Prabhakaran‘s father who even opposed his son‘s ways. Mother and father disliked Prabha so much that they never even attended the wedding of Prabha and Madhivadhini. I agree that Prabhakaran was very good friend who helped me very much more than what I did in return and feel remorseful for having had to cross our ways. Prabhakaran can easily be in New Delhi because none of the Delhiites are familiar with Prabhakaran looks except few Tamils who have access to Tamil papers resulting in being familiar with his features. Even At Thrilokapuri where Arivazhaghan stayed, almost entire population is Tamil but no Tamil papers available there. None of those Tamils would have taken a second look at him. Trilokapooryans would never think Prabhakaran would ever stay there and regularly go for some work as a cover and attend to his main job from there. Arivazhalaghan worked at Salvation Army Headquaretrs. in New Delhi as an AIDS coordinator with facilities to move about in North India doing social service work. He did not like my moving with some

116 Brahmins in the Vishva Hindu Parshad and told me that they are not trustworthy and advised me to cut them off. Though I met Vaiko he did not have time to talk with me but his Private Secretary Arunagiri and I were Quite friendly and through him I sent a copy of Good-bye Chandrika to Vaiko when he was an inmate of the Vellore prison for political offence. Also I knew Prabhakaran friend Janardhanan who was an atheist only interested in Tamil politics. I was introduced to him by Kumari Ananadan who used to visit Sri Lanka to address plantation workers. When I told Kumari Anandan that he was supposed to be a very good Tamil speaker, he became visibly happy and it was a fact. He had his own party and had very big office in Chennai which I happened to visit several times. I was able to meet them because of my chapter on Inhuman Harassment of Tamils in my Good-bye Chandrika and my continuous backing and fighting for human rights of Tamils.

Tiger Supremo Velupillai Prabhakaran One day, Arivazhaghan was seen giving Rs.30,000/- to some one. Looking at that person and from his talk, I thought he may not be the type who would return that money. I personally felt my friend is getting played out. 117 So I told Arivazhaghan who too admitted the same. These are definitely not business investments. Nor were they given to known man or friend suddenly found in distress. . He would have paid that money for some important job done or such job to be done in connection with LTTE. Though he worked free he was able to spend or help with money to people most of the time during my absence. He eats meat and fish, respects my vegetarianism and buys food for me separate. Tamils suffered a lot, underwent trauma, thousand times more than did Sinhalese who wanted to dominate Tamils without giving their due share for 60 years since independence. Majority race is still talking of giving them a reasonable package Killings which Prabha has done in Sri Lanka is nothing compared to what world leaders have done to achieve their own objectives. In order to establish communism, according to historians, Josef Stalin killed as many as 40 million people within the borders of the Soviet Union. However, former National Security Advisor to US President Jimmy Carter, Zbigniew Brzezinski, says Stalin murdered an estimated 20 million. Hitler was responsible for deaths of maximum 12 million, out of which six million were Jews and was definitely second to Stalin in respect of crimes committed. But Adolf Hitler, within 06 years of his administration from 1933 to 1939, developed Germany from being in shambles to become the greatest power on earth and fought with the "entire world" for another six years. Arivazhaghan or Pirabhakaran is one of the greatest men the Tamil community has ever produced. He is quite capable of lot and extremely talented, went about killing those whom he thought to be an hindrance to achieving Tamil Eelam. When Prabhakaran kills fifty innocent Sinhalese it is responded by killing at least hundred innocent Tamils in the northeast but are not known to the majority for such news being controlled within Sri Lanka. During end of July 2006, Arivazhaghan became very much panicky. He told me that he is very much needed in Bangladesh which I knew to be Sri Lanka. I felt that he may meet with death once he went to Bangladesh or rather Sri Lanka and was scheduled to leave on September 10 as my record showed. Another time he told me that he would be in outstation for one or two months.

118 Then I thought He must be going to Sri Lanka. He also wanted me to meet his second son Balachandran at well known Christian college close to Nagpur to give some delicacy that his son would prefer or on that pretext pass some message. His mind was not at peace during this time, apparently agitated over his inability to see his son any more and/or due to some happenings in Sri Lanka "Ultimately someone else more suitable than you, was found for the job," he said but the real reason being the cancellation of his trip to Sri Lanka by boat scheduled to be on September 10. He stayed on till mid October or so and fled India for good before his Arivazhaghan/ Pastor Joseph cover was shattered. He had to leave Delhi and go to Canada or Eritrea and from there, orchestrated the war. Had he fled to Sri Lanka, he had to find different place to spend second night because there were lot of enemies who wanted to take revenge with his life. Unlike when in Delhi, Tiger leaders from Sri Lanka war theatre to meet him were impossible. He had three four powerful cell phones and could contact anybody and give instructions and receive feedback when in Delhi, more than all personally contact them. Extremely vital information is not pass through telephones. In 1983 July (July riots) over thousand innocent Tamils were killed in the Sinhalaese areas led by the ruling government leaders. JR Government never condemned that unrivalled pogrom. First time in 1984 when the arms were shipped in successfully from Lebanon to India and then to Sri Lanka, an immensely relieved Prabhakaran tonsured his head as a mark of thanksgiving to Hindu gods. He quietly traveled to the Tamil Nadu pilgrim town of Palani to pray and for thanks giving at the temple of Murugan, Kadiragamathamby Arivaszhalagan‘s favourite deity. Until the hair was grown again, he sported a cap on his head. By the time when I associated him from 2005 to 2006, he was more a Christian. Prabhakaran tied the knot with Madhivadini, a Jaffna university student of agriculture faculty on October 1, 1984. Fasting for some demands. She was one of the students from Punkuduthivu which became Penkuduthivu which means the island which gave the girl. Prabhakaran‘s stay in India since 1983 transformed him from

119 being a shy tentative rebel into a focused, vindictive, politically shrewd and militarily accomplished leader. On January 4, 1987, Prabhakaran sailed from Tamil Nadu in fear of being killed by RAW, guarded by heavily armed LTTE commandos. Two consecutive days immediately prior to that Nedumaran visited him in his Tamil Nadu house. In the middle of the same year the Indo-Sri Lanka accord was signed by Rajiv Gandhi and JR Jayewardene. Immediately after, the IPKF (Indian Peace Keeping Force) arrived in Sri Lanka. Therefore Prabhakaran had to wait for two and half years mainly in Sri Lanka till the IPKF was chased out in a guerilla warfare led by him and Mahattaya with Premadasa weapons. In 1991 Rajiv Gandhi was killed and in 1992 India outlawed LTTE. In 1994 December Mahattaya was executed. Mrs. Adele Balasingam describing Prabhakaran bunker in Mullaithivu to M.R. Narayan Swamy who wrote Prabhakaran biography, gave impression that Prabhakaran stayed there for years in order to mislead the entire world in general Sri Lanka and India in particular, into believing that Prabhakaran is in the Mullaithivu bunker. But his double definitely stayed there. If on Narayan swamy information, said bunker was attacked, only double would have died not Prbhakaran. Tight security was given to the double, to make all and sundry believe that the reticent double staying in the bunker was Velupillai Prabhakaran. That was the best of security, LTTE could provide their leader. During the time of IPKF, Prabhakaran kept shifting places in the north and east, never stayed more than one or two nights at the Mullaithivu bunker as Adele Balasingham and Narayan Swamy trying to tell. Before and after IPKF presence LTTE leader Praphakaran continued to visit Sri Lanka by sea whenever necessary for short stays and it is very well known during such times he would not stay at the same place second night because of fear due to large scale killings he had committed within the Tamil community itself inclusive of hard-core LTTE men on suspicion. Hence permanent stay for Prabhakaran in Sri Lanka, was impossible apart from living at different places second night. He cannot keep his psychology intact in order to orchestrate a full scale war or run the day to day affairs of the LTTE. Delhi was his best headquarters

120 His residence in Tamil Nadu came to an end after killing Rajiv Gandhi in 1991 and thereafter shifted to North India with his identity of Arivazhaghan doing various kind of jobs for cover also getting trained as a pastor at a seminary in North India. He stayed in Tamil majority Trilokapuri in New Delhi leading a simple life moving about in a scooter Prabhakaran fled India by about October in 2006 most possibly to Canada or Eritrea and started operations from there. Circumstances that led to flee India would be detailed later. When I associated with Prabhakaran since 2005, he was a quite humble man leading a fitting life for a disguised rebel, not at all showy. Prabha was surprised to know that there were lot of Sinhalese in Delhi and asked me about the Sinhala student population in India. I can remember his second son complaining that father always go by planes but he never had a chance of traveling by plane. An obliging father once took the son to his college near Nagpur, by plane. One day, I brought a film: ―Ten Commandments‖ but the interest that he showed at beginning was lost, almost within first five ten minutes because he could not understand the accent but never admitted, instead copied it and kept. Only I viewed it there to the full. He writes reports of his social service activities to his nominal employers which I use to whet on his laptop. Once I told him that he looked Prabhakaran of Sri Lanka. He smiled with me at that. It is definitely within the knowledge of Prabhakaran that charismatic JVP leader Rohana Wijeweera carried out nearly two successful insurrections operating with a cover and last one was as a estate owner calling himself Attanayake. Prabhakaran could and did send good number of men and women through his fleet of ships mainly to western countries using motor boats to land at clandestine destination points. Prabhakaran visited Sri Lanka once in the middle of 2006 by air, stayed at Holiday Inn hotel and went to Galle probably with Arivazhaghan identity but never told me the reason for the travel. As I told he meet with vital contacts in hotel or other places not in his pace of residence. Definitely people like Dr. Anton Balasingham would not meet him at his residence in Trilokapuri. While Prabhakaran lived in Chennai, Velupillais lived in Trichy where there was a substantial concentration of V VT people. Father and son continued to be estranged were not on speaking terms. From 1983 onwards, parents especially the father never liked his ways and when 121 Prabhakaran got married in 1984, his parents were conspicuous absentees. But after the son Charles Lucas Anthony and daughter Dwaraka were born a slow process of reconciliation occurred. The grand parents would visit to see and play with the grand children. But father and son kept at a distance and rarely spoke to each other. In 1987 August Velupillais returned to Jaffna by an Indian air craft accompanying their son after his meeting Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. But soon war broke out and Velupiaalis returned to Trichy. Velupillais and Madhivadhin‘s parents stayed together in a house at Mallavi possibly from the last quarter of 2002 or 2003. Until then, Prabhakaran‘s daughter Dwaraka and the youngest son Balachandran stayed with their mother Madhivadhini in Sri Lanka. From 2004 January onwards son was admitted to a famous Christian college in Nagpur and Daughter Dwaraka went on to stay with Prabha in Trilokapuri, New Delhi. During holidays, son used be with the father in their Delhi residence. Dwaraka registered and followed some course in Delhi.

In it, Prabhakaran was found in his jungle fatigue standing along with his wife and the daughter while the youngest son being seated in 122 front. Almost two years after, I came to know all of them except Madhivadhini and the eldest son Charles Anthony and can recognize them in the picture as Arivazhaghan and his children. Prabha asked me to continue talking with his son and the daughter in English because they are shy to do so with him. Son is more reticent than the daughter as did his father. The two children were used to fight with each other often and father was somewhat worried on that score too. Madhivadhini reportedly lavished great care and affection on her parents as well as her father-in-Law and mother in-Law. Prabhakaran used to visit them off an on while staying in India before he fled most possibly to Canada or Eritrea in the last quarter of 2006. Arivazhagan would have had several passports, Indian European and American as well, none of which, ever came under my view because they were always kept under lock and key immediately after any foreign trip and was able to move about anywhere in the world meeting people, running affairs of the movement and buying weapons to a lesser extent than did KP. He liked operating the war from India because any body in the world can meet him, could talk to the press if need be and escape into any direction by flight, or motor vehicle or train. Prabhakaran was very much freer man to move about in the world unlike Wijeweera. His Arivazhaghan identiy with valid Indian passport was simply impreganable, got with the help of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MG Ramachandran destroying the death certificate of original Arivazhlagan. Half his life was lived in India as Arivazhaghan and there are over 25 to give evidence that he was not Prabhakaran but Arivazhaghan.

Prabha escapes after huge bribing (USD & Gold)

Prabhakaran‘s interest in Keerthi began when he started an unbiased weekly website called ―News News News.‖ On April 21, 1997 one week before ―The Island‖ going to Internet, I hosted website getting Tamil news from all Tamil papers printed in Colombo as well as those available in Jaffna papers and others from rest of the newspapers and produced an up-to-date Internet newspaper avidly read by the Tamil Diaspora. One Shivalingam translated Tamil News into English for me to edit and carry in the ―News News News‖ and it was uploaded by 12.00 noon on every Monday incorporating Sunday and Monday news. By that time Majority Tamil and Sinhala readers in the west and Americas, have not read any news of Sri Lanka because of time differences. Accordingly, I managed to receive some 24, 000 hits while the Daily News had some 26,000. After that I started a daily paper also. But its hit rate was many less because it could not match news of the News News News which incorporated lot of Sunday news. In fact, I used to aim at the market of Tamil Diaspora of 450,000 Lankan Tamils while other papers gave news available in their own papers adding nothing extra targeting no special people. Overwhelming majority visited my site were Tamils living abroad who were satisfied with the coverage. No other paper carrying Sri Lanka news on the Internet had more Tamil news than mine and that time

124 Veerakesari or for that matter even Thinkaran was not available on the Internet.

Velupillai Prabhakaran

My name was known to a large number of Tamils abroad in addition to Prabhakaran plus those who monitored them here in that period of one and half years. All newspapers inclusive of Daily News and Sunday Observer had to upload in the same site of some software company in Sri Lanka paying large sums of money. At that time extremely a few in Sri Lanka knew the technology of webservers. But I being a private individual, the particular webserver uploaded mine free of charge. Even Nestle used to advertise in my paper in which lot of unbiased news was given inclusive of Prabakaran who by that time annihilated all other militant leaders like Sri Sabharatnam, Padmanabha, Balakumar and so on. After my publishing ―Good-bye Chandrika‖, Some obvious "Tamil people" approached me to tell that they were prepared to blast whoever dared to touch me and gave me a telephone number to call them in an emergency. Later the paper was sabotaged by then Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadiragamar exercising pressure on the company (webserver) that uploaded the newspapers then. I never went searching Prabhakaran in India but it was Prabhakaran who identified me. But he never told me of my website or ‗Good-bye Chandrika‘ which carried a chapter titling of ―Inhuman Harassment of Tamils‖ quoting a part of the judgment of Justice Tissa Dias Bandarananaya. In fact he was going as Arivazhalagan Prabhakaran or so-called Arivazhaghan befriended me without informing who he really was. At the time, being unconcerned with 125 media and news, I did not want to be friendly with a person like Prabhakaran knowing very well of the dangers. For slightest doubt Prabhakaran was prepared to eliminate anybody inclusive of colleagues as he did with Mahattaya who played a major part in fighting with Indian forces. On hearing Mahattaya was to be executed, good number people took part in a protest rally at Velvettithurai for only a few Tamils believed when Prabhakaran said that Mahattaya was conniving with RAW to kill him and ten other LTTE leaders. There was a short period when Prabhakaran broke away from LTTE, the movement he had founded, turned against him. He contacted two men from his home town of VVT. They were Thangadorai and Kuttimani who were tough characters and their group was known as Tamil Eelam Liberation organization (TELO). He told elderly Tanga: ―you must accept me or I will choose death.‖ Sensing Prabhakaran‘s desperation, Thangadorai decreed that Prabhakaran would be in charge of TELO military program in Tamil Nadu in spite of some opposition for he had the final say. Prabhakaran accepted and went about the task methodically which LTTE later described as a working alliance between the two groups. On a different occasion in 1981 when police kept up the heat on him, Prabhakaran was for two months continuously on the run. A weary Prabhakaran felt he needed to lie low for some time. He sent a trusted colleague to MK Shivagi Lingam, again a TELO activist in VVT to look for a safe house. Lingam arranged a one without delay, near an army camp. He insisted that the house would not draw suspicion because it being spacious, containing bathroom inside. On the night of June 5, a heavily armed Prabhakaran and 10 other men moved into the safe house with a G-3 rifle, one AK 47 rifle, one sub machine gun and a shot gun. A few others had revolvers. Shivaji Lingam bought two copies of my original book:' Prabha Reportedly Died" minus of even extra chapters found in this one, for two thousand rupees and treated me well whom I consider to be a good friend Prabhakaran did not want to stay on in VVT where somebody could recognize him. He asked Lingam if he could find a reliable boatman who could ferry him and his friends to Tamil Nadu. MK Shivaji Lingam again agreed to help.

In spite of all this, in 1986 TELO was completely crushed. Its then leader Sabharatnasm was shot dead with 28 bullet wounds in the body. Kittu did the the job while Sabha was pleading for mercy, definitely on the orders of Prabhakaran who carried out that seven day blitzkrieg being in Tamil Nadu and on 21/6/86 he held press conferences to announce Sabha‘s elimination. By the end of that year, some 200 EPRLF members were decimated. Gradually all the rival groups were eliminated. In March 1992, on Prabhakaran‘s direction Kangaroo court ordered the death of Mahattaya – LTTE‘s second-in-command - and over 200 of his associates, confidantes, guards etc were arrested and released after questioning but a few were done to death. After all, they are all LTTE men. Also killed were so-called traitors plus dissenters. Mahattaya was charged for planning with RAW to kill Prabhakaran and take over the control of LTTE. Mahattaya, Kittu and Karuna were the best three generals Prabhakaran had. In 1987 Prabhakaran went on to meet Rajiv Gandhi in New Delhi handing over the reins to Mahattaya whose picture was then displayed in many a home in the northeast. If battle-hardened military men like Mahattaya, Kittu and Karuna were present with the LTTE in 2007 to 2009, it was not possible for Sri Lanka army to capture northeast. Prabha‘s major mistakes like Rajiv killing, affected them till the last. Indian navy never allowed them to unload weapons in the island which went a long way to lose the war and preventing people excising their franchise at the presidential polls was also somewhat contributory. Government would not have won the war without the advice of Karuna knew all about LTTE its cashes of arms their terrain but his credit was withheld in order that the president and his sibling gets the full credit. But those two mistakes were quite important as well as his elimination of own colleagues for suspicion that would have been a must for his existence. Even Kittu knew that Prabhakaran suspected him being a double agent passing information to RAW for big money. Later he got an opportunity to die a hero‘s death taking a cyanide capsule freeing Prabha from the ordeal of ordering his death. If the Tamils in north and east were allowed to vote, Ranil Wickramsinghe would have been the president of Sri Lanka. In fact Prabhakaran was supposedly given a heavy bribe to prevent Tamils

127 voting at the presidential elections. Present Member of Parliament Tiran Alles who was closely related to Prabha by way of marriage passed the money to Prabha keeping half of it with him – usual way of business men - but the job was well done Prabha cannot be present every time every where. He cannot stay at the same place second night for there were enough enemies awaiting to kill him. Prabha‘s conning me into believing that he was just another Tamil was absolutely wrong. Because if I happened to stop suddenly visiting him, because of my knowing him to be Prabhakaran that too was dangerous warranting death especially being Sinhalese. Rider cannot alight from tiger back without endangering his life unless he is Durga herself. If he was arrested or fled before arresting, being a close friend staying with him two days in almost every week, I would definitely be arrested and tortured to extract LTTE secrets of which, I knew nothing. Apart from those who were working for LTTE and other die- hard Eelamist Tamils would not mind or rather happy to be in my shoes but still their spouses would have cautioned and discouraged them. Prabhakaran should not have placed me in such a peril. Being a friend I attended with him at Christian congregation meetings at middle class house in Trilokapuri on Sundays nights where he used to hand in Rs.1000/- regularly and the indoctrinated pastor was very much under obligation to do any thing Prabha asked inclusive of hiding him in an emergency. Usually he prefers to move about in the nights and stay at home during day when some poor people come seeking his help. He finds accommodation in Christian Institutes for little children whose parents could not raise them. Knowing English and some Hindi, having a lovable personality, he managed to get about in North India with ease. Meanwhile my connection with him began to torment me very badly amounting to a serious agony. I Always fought for the Human Rights of the Tamils inclusive of their language rights and so on. Addressing public meetings organized by the Free Media Movement, I aired these views. But I do not want to involve or seem to involve in Eelamist work contributing to win a separate state and in the process to suffer heavily inclusive of torture and prison life or even death which was definitely not my agenda.

128 Had I continued with him, I would have been dead by now not as happened to most of his colleagues being saved from torture with compulsory cyanide remedy. At least, I would have been in prison now. That apart, if I refused to do something after knowing that he was Prabhakaran, he could kill me, for in his view, I was a suspect who could stand on his way. If he divulged me his true identity and thereafter, had I carried on continuously unconcerned, then I have no moral right to go against him half way. My Tamil friends should realize that if no complaint was made, one fine day I would have been arrested and kept in custody indefinitely and all my Sinhalese friends and relatives would have spat upon me as a traitor. Even now, in 2014, I could be arrested had I not made any complaint and made to undergo torture. My inner voice commanded to extricate myself from the damning plight at whatever cost. Any right minded person whomsoever in my shoes, would do the same except some hard-core Eelamists. In other words, decision was made to go against him not because I love Prabha less but that I love Keerthi Kelegama more. Firstly I met Sri Lanka‘s Delhi Deputy High Commissioner AS Khan. Opportunity came about at a sports meet held in New Delhi exclusively for Sri Lankans staying in India for education and other purposes. However very few Tamils or none took part in it. Normally Tamils do not support activities sponsored by Sri Lanka High Commission. Seated on a chair in the pavilion, I talked with the Deputy High Commissioner about my intention of divulging. So he granted me an appointment to see him on the next working day. Accordingly, I gave information about Prabhakaran to Mr. Khan on September 24, 2006 morning and then twice, morning and evening on September 25 and again on the following day morning. Also, I talked to him over the phone many more times who assured me of informing Sri Lanka. Letter would be sent in the diplomatic bag on Friday he said. On September 28, I wrote via email to the Deputy High Commissioner the following among other things: ―Also, I noticed that somebody taking my pictures as I entered into the embassy premises which I forgot to tell you during my discussion.‖

129 This action soured my relationship with Deputy High Commissioner Khan who gave information about me to Prabhakaran resulting in his going all out to kill me. Sri Lanka High Commission never took any step to find out who took the pictures which made me feel that it was done with the knowledge or rather instructions of the Deputy High Commissioner who showed to have not believed it at all. Prabhakaran was informed by Khan of all what I told Sri Lanka High Commission about Prabhakaran presence in New Delhi sending my picture too. Prabhakaran armed with the picture became murderous, convinced that it was I who reported against him for his cover now getting broken and he would not be able carry on the war from New Delhi and for that matter from India. Necessity of making arrangements for the upkeep of the children and elimination of Keerthi K detained him in Delhi but building would have been vacated almost immediately. Prabha does not take chance on such matters because future of the LTTE is uppermost in his mind. He asked why did I go to Sri Lanka High Commission and tell all that. There is no way of denying them because he knew with hundred per cent certainty what I have done against him. A few High Commission officials were definitely on the payroll of Prabhakaran. Later I tried to meet High Commissioner Jayasinghe who flatly refused see me. That too indicated me something which I do not write. Arivazhaghan knowing that his Arivazhagan cover is blasted, wanted to eliminate the blaster and most probably with that intention he visited my place of work at A6, South Extension Part 2 of New Delhi on October 4 at 8.30 pm. And again on October 5 and asked office workers to tell me to wait for him till 11.30 am that day. Arivazhagan knew the place well, having worked with me there before his getting another job at Salvation Army headquarters. I waited till 11.50 knowing that he would not call over at exact time and left office. He cannot employ anybody else to do the job because none of his thugs if he had any in New Delhi could never recognize me unless the one and only picture taken was very good enough bringing out features. During 1 ½ years of my friendship with him, he never visited me. Only I visited him. He would only got to leave a message asking me to call over at his plac, I would have gone there. This new situation of 130 Arivazhaghan wanting to see me without even informing, sent danger signals. He would take me in a vehicle, shoot me dead at an appropriate place and pull the body out. Meanwhile, I rang up Khan and requested him to tell a certain university student at JNU to accommodate me for a week or so till I found some lodging which Arivazhaghan did not know of. Then Khan replied that he could not endanger life of a university student by accommodating me there. Khan knew very well it was Prabhakaran who was gunning for me for he had already tipped him off. He knew very well that I was to be killed. My mental agony began to be increased two three fold. Only recourse left with me was to report Indian police which I did. Khan refused to inform high police official to take down my statement, instead he asked me to visit a normal police station and make a complaint. He would have definitely told Prabhakaran that I am planning to report against him to Indian police. I was shocked at the scant disregard of the vital information that I passed on to the High Commission. They were highly unconcerned over my security and on the contrary they betrayed me. I do not know how far the Foreign Affairs ministry in Colombo backed them. There was no way of explaining Arivazhaghan or rather Prabhakaran to patch up. Once decision is made with conviction, no force on earth could change Prabha‘s mind. In fact he asked me why did you go High Commission and tell all that. My conscience did not allow me to deny it outright resulting in his well-known soft spokenness being gone. Completely different voice did the talking. Then, it is impossible to be not frightened knowing his character or not. Through email, I approached Delhi Police Commissioner KK Paul who saw to it that following was emailed to me. Indian Police could not arrest him for his Arivazhaghan cover being foolproof, obtained during Chief Minister Ramachandran era after destroying the death certificate of a dead Arivazhaghan whose immediate family members also gone dead or missing. Police can never, ever break that cover and arrest him. If he were to be arrested in India, over 25 Indians would have given evidence that he was none other than Arivazhaghan. And within a week, police have to release him because of the doubtful identity. In India, there were enough top lawyers to defend him free and Tamil Nadu state government and politicians to back. On appointment I went to meet to Sri Lanka‘s Presidential security chief DIG Wickramasinghe at Maurya Sheraton hotel, New Delhi who sent one ASP and SP down to the lobby to talk to me and I told them all what I knew . This happened on the evening of November 28, 2006 during which President Mahinda Rajapaksa was in New Delhi to meet Indian leaders. Indian police was told by Wickramasinghe that I came to Maurya Sheraton to kill Sri Lanka president. Then the Indian police questioned me at Maurya Sheraton Lobby at gun point for over 1 ½ hours before my being taken to Chanakyapuri police station. Only evidence Wickramasinghe had against me was my knowing his cell number which he obtained on the previous day. I told the police that Sri Lankan High Commission Protocol Officer Rasika Mayadunne gave me that and the Indian police found it to be correct and also found that the Wickremassinghe story was false. The Delhi press covered the incident well. Month or so before, I met Sri Lankan Minister Tissa Vithana in a New Delhi hotel and gave details about Prabhakaran staying in Trilokapuri. The minister told me that he would bring this to the notice of the government but asked me not to mention my talking with him to Deputy High Commissioner Khan. 132 After Mayurya Sheraton incident my Prabha stress was released never to haunt me any more. Reason would be explained later. For me, from January 20, 2009 onwards, there has been no regrets, feeling sorry, suffering, fears or worries at all and mind is blissfully thoughtless to a great extent due to my meditations running into 35 years of which the last two, taking some 8 hours of my daily time. I lately began to realize that the action taken against my sweet friend Arivazhalaghan was quite inappropriate and uncalled for, deriving no benefit at all. It brought me from frying pan to the fire. However with that my life was saved in addition to undergoing no agony or torment Because of my action, Velupiilai Prabhakaran fled his operational headquarters in New Delahi most possibly to Canada or Eritrea from where he could not contact his lieutenants easily nor could they see him nor could he visit northern Sri Lanka by boat in an emergency. Instead of Canada or Eritrea, if he visited Sri Lanka, situation would have been worse because, he had to keep shifting places every second day for security reasons and there was no time to run the daily affairs of LTTE. His two children also returned to the Island giving up studies which definitely produced agony impacting him negatively in his orchestration of civil war in Sri Lanak. He was the most well trained fighter with experience of over 25 years running affairs at the helm of LTTE. Assuming that he stayed in Canada or wherever for one year that is 2007, it caused unimaginable erosion to LTTE. In other words due to my action, Prabhakaran was reduced to a fugitive running for life in addition to being cut off from the family, cut off from the two children with whom he was living producing in him a grief-stricken soldier. This would have had serious impact on day to day running of the LTTE war machinery in addition to suffering enormous logistical problems. All these would have constituted irrecoverable and irreparable damage to the LTTE contributing to end up in its debacle later That was also a reason why General Sarath Fonseka was able to lead the government forces to crush the LTTE gaining final victory. For what Karuna did knowing every thing from A to Z in the LTTE and its terrain was also not given credit. Generally Sarath Fonseka was totally cut off from getting any credit for what he has done. The entire credit has gone to the president and his sibling. Even Sarath Fonseka did not give credit to Karuna trying to get the full glory to himself. 133 On May 19, 1982, Prabhakaran was arrested at Pondy Bazzar, Madras after a shoot-out with Uma Mahaeswaran, his arch enemy. Jubilant Sri Lanka government did their utmost through diplomatic channels etc. announcing a reward of one million to Pondy Bazzar police to get him extradited but failed. Later he was released on a court order, continued there in public giving press statements etc., building up his movement. What Sri Lanka government and the Indian government had done to Keerthi for giving such vital information in addition to contributing so much for winning the war. In 1982 Prabhakaran was only a rebel leading a goup of some 35 for whom, Sri Lanka government offered Rs.one million which was a big amount of money at the time and when Keerthi gave the information in 2006, he was the virtual ruler or rather uncrowned king of north and east of Sri Lanka and according Dr. Anton Stanislaus Balasingham he was the president and prime minister of Tamil Eelam who because of Keerthi Kelegama got displaced from his New Delhi operational headquarters in addition to becoming a fugitive running for life, mentally unfit being cut of from the family, cut off from the children with whom he was living and gone to an unknown destination, highly unsuitable to orchestrate a war in Sri Lanka. Even if he came to Sri Lanka, he had to move to a different place on the second day in order to avoid his enemies gunning for his life as explained earlier. If he continued in Delhi and orchestrated the war it would have succeeded than personally involved in the war off and on looking over the shoulder if anybody aiming his gun at him. In Tamil Nadu he will be recognized immediately. Most suitable place for him to orchestrate the war was from New Delhi with enormous logistical backing and that was the place from where he did the job most successfully. All that happened because of Keerthi's work. All those who were sacked during Chandrika Bandaranike regime from Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited were reinstated with back wages by the Rajapaksa administration. Keerthi was not in Sri Lanka to make a claim in time. After his informing it to President Mahinda Rajapaksa, his Chief-of- Staff ordered payment but ANCL chairman Bandula Padmakumara avoided taking action in spite of Dr. Rajitha Senaratne MP also making a case. Book entitled: "Prabha Reportedly Died," then had its second chapter as: "My Association with Prabha," which was carried in full in this chapter and the previous one. On March 4, 2010, a copy of the 134 first edition of the entire book was made available to President Mahinda Rajapaks, mailing it from Rajagiriya post office, registration Number being 0040. On may 3, 2010, probably after reading the book, his then Assistant Secretary Deepa Liyanage acknowledged the receipt thus: "While highly appreciating the confidence and the trust placed by you on His Excellency the President in this manner, please be informed that your letter will be placed before His Excellency the President for his personal attention." After sending a reminder, an year later, the following email was sent from Presidential secretariat on April 12, 2011. Dear Mr. Keerthi, In spite of his Excellency the President's busy schedule, please be noted that you will be given an opportunity to present your book after 25th of April Thanks, Deepa Liyanage, Senior Assistant Secretary to the President However no appointment was given to see him. All what was in the book was not denied. Keerthi has also provided extremely reliable person for president to operate with Prabhakaran that was Deputy High Commissioner AS Khan (New Delhi) who is presently better placed as Chennai based Deputy High Commissioner. He was definitely on the pay of Velupillai Prhakaran then but as Sri Lanka's Deputy High Commissioner, the president has enormous pressure over him because his promotion and pension depending on him especially after betraying his own country helping Prabhakaran in his separation war. President never want to take disciplinary action against AS Khan because his services being necessary as a confidential person between him and Prabhakran.The original person Tiran Alles was now out. President used him as conduit between him and Prabhakran who is the richest man in the country owning airplanes ships helicopters submarines and other whatnots employing large fighter force running a de facto government in the northeastern province in addition to running commercial outlets Europe and Americas as wll as massive 135 heroin deals. There are highly educated professionals to advise him on various fields Prabhakaran's escape was proved beyond reasonable doubt in this book. Velupiullai Prabhakaran had passed enormous crores of USD through undivulged sources to President Rajapaksa. Keeping one or two kilos, Khan also passed kilos of gold to MR which Prabha kept in stock for use in emergencies. In return for USD and local currencies plus gold, MR happily made way for Prbha and two of his family members and few others to escape knowing very well that Prbhakaran has no longer any independent land to identify himself and got to operate in disguise in a different country and double's body was there to fake Prbhakaran death. In early March 2010, I went to Veerakesari for insertion of an ad regarding my book: "Prabha Reportedly Died" and happened to meet two Tamil visitors who came there for the some purpose. In fact I was introduced to them by some one. For selling a copy, I told them about my book and my friendship with Prabhakaran for 1 1/2 years and then they did mental calculation of my exact period of friendship and tried whether that would fit into their knowledge of Prabhakaran's activities. They seemed to be knowing Prabhakaran closely and about his activities. That period (2005 to 2006) or even very much more Prabhakaran could have been in Delhi, one of them said. Then they bought a copy from me and added that Prabha escaped after paying a huge sum in USD plus gold to the big man. This book gives evidence that he is now living in west, I said and asked who the big man was and one of them replied that he was MR. President had a working relationship or some friendship with Prabhakaran who helped him to win the presidential election by preventing Tamils from voting at the presidential election in 2005 for which MR paid a tidy sum to Prabha through a Singhalese businessman Tiran Alles who happened to be related to Prbhakaran, One of them said. I could not ask them whether the money was paid to Prbha in Sri Lanka or India. However Alles had the connection. This time a Muslim man did the job for Prabha, they said. On request, one person had written down his name and Colombo address plus telephone number but that was unfortunately misplaced. I also gave mine to them 136 It goes without saying if MR can pay Prabha and get a more difficult job done resulting him becoming the president of Sri Lanka, vice versa is definitely possible and the president is obliged to do that. Go-between must be known to both parties well and that was the reason why President Rajapaksa kept Deputy High Commissioner AS Khan in trim, for an emergency without taking disciplinary action against. Anywhere when war is on, there are good number of people who make a living out of the war and those people want the war to be on always. President Mahinda Rajapaksa was in need to be in war in some form or other in order to exercise military clout in addition it being continuous source of income for the family. And that was another reason why President Rajapakksa allowed Prabhakaran to escape. There would have been few army and navy higher-ups who received some monetary inducements to allow Prabhakaran and family members to penetrate military defenses and to board into boat or submarine to reach their vessels in the deep sea. With this deal President has become the second richest person in Sri Lanka plus some such position in South Asia too. How unethical for both India and Sri Lanka governments to announce a reward of massive sum of money ever to the person who divulge information about the whereabouts of Velupillai Prabhakaran and and after getting the information going back on the promise. Fact remains that I Keerthi never divulged it in 2006 to get any reward as explained in this chapter: "Prabha escapes after huge bribing (USD & gold)" but Keerthi is definitely entitled for it and only in 2014 with the new edition of "Prabha Reportedly Died" Keerthi makes a request for it. Both India and Sri Lanka are morally bound to reward Keerthi. Unlike the time of Pondy Bazzar police arresting Prabhakaran in 1982, even though he was the same Prabhakaran , Keerthi's information was about a person who had killed India's Prime Minster Rajiv Gandhi Sri Lanka's President Ranasinghe Preemadasa and partially blinded another president in office. Among those killed by him were a large number of ministers influential persons including forces personnel of all ranks. Through sheer force of arms, he did all that to achieve 137 Eelam and as a result he ruled the entire northeastern provinces of Sri Lanka as its dictator, met and discussed political matters with Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi when in office. After getting information Mahinda Rajapaksa became able to win the war which produced a war hero in him cheating out Keerthi on his information which also amounts to Criminal Breach of Trust of over billion of people in India and Sri Lanka. Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh is also responsible for cheating over a billion whether knowingly or unknowingly discarding their moral obligations of rewarding Keerthi. On August 5, 2014, possible recent associate of Prbhakaran who after reading Keerthi's story on social media and the web: www.scribd.com/doc/206194041 which said that Prabhakaran escaped after paying a huge bribe to the president, sought an interview with Keerthi, briefly identifying him as Jegan to tell Keerthi that Prbhakaran in fact offered the president to share all his wealth or rather LTTE assets with him. Paying the bribe to the president in USD and gold in return for his life, was only a part of the deal, he said adding that it was so lucrative even a Japanese prime minister would grab it at whatever cost. Once becoming a fugitive living under the alias of Arivalagan, he would not be able to take legal control of his wealth or LTTE assets which included ships aircraft, commercial establishments and other movable and immovable properties in Europe and Americas and other wealth hidden in the north, unless the government supported him to acquire them in his other name of Arivalagan for which he has a valid passport. To facilitate these operations Prbha promised to make KP cross over to the government camp but he too be given a reasonable share, he said. Destroying a death certificate of a deceased Arivalagan of Tamil Nadu , then Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MG Ramachandran helped Prbha to get the passport under Arivalagan's name. For all purposes, Velupillai Prbhakaran is now known and functions as Kadirgamathabi Arivalagan. Keerthi associated very closely with him under that alias in New Delhi from the middle of 2005 onwards for 1 1/2 years. However, unlike paying bribe, the story of sharing the LTTE wealth between the three is not corroborated yet.

The cruel irony of Kelegama case is that 139 this journalist spoke for the freedom of expression, the implication is that talking of media freedom is a punishable offence at Lake House – the leading agit prop agency of the state.‖ Leader of the House of Parliament and Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs, Plantation Industries and Parliamentary Affairs Ratnasiri Wickramanayaka wrote the following: Mr.Keerthi Kelegama, 34, 4th Floor, YMBA Building Colombo 1, December 13, 1996 Follow Up 2 Impeachment of Chief Justice and three more SC Judges: Request for an address of parliament under article 107 (2) and (3) of the constitution for their removal from office I wish to acknowledge the receipt of your letter dated 10.12.1996 relating to the above subject. We will take appropriate action in respect of your memoranda sent by you after we obtain legal advice in regard to its contents. We are taking action to expedite the process. Sgned Ratnasiri Wickramanayake The foregoing letter was also carried in ‖Good-bye Chandrika‖ publication of it resulted in real attempts at killing him making him flee the country. To Fight with US: The Sunday Observer of September 30, 1990 carried page 1 lead story under Keerthi‘s by line making the US ambassador in Sri Lanka return to office on that Sunday. The first lines of the story are given below. ―Ambassador Tariq Ahmed Maroof says: ―Iraq now recruiting Lankans to fight US.‖ Iraq plan to recruit Sri Lankans for their war against US imperialists and already about 1000 Applications of Sinhalese, Tamil and Muslims have been finalized and await repatriation,‖ said Iraqi ambassador in Sri Lanka in an interview with the Sunday Observer on Tuesday. Keerthi Kelegama was trained by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who has taught Transcendental Meditation (TM) in large number of countries through trained TM teachers. Maharishi‘s name occurs very often in the current publication. In the middle of 1975 Keerthi was selected by a Maharishi's close disciple David Weiner (Associate 108) who happened to be Jew, to train him as a TM teacher. He kept those selected at Hotel Orient, Bandarawela Sri Lanka for some three months and another month in Rama 140 Krishna Mission Hostel, Colombo, making them follow Maharishi video lectures, do very long meditations and Yogic exercises. Thereafter Keerthi was passed along with few others as TM teachers and Maharishi came down to Sri Lanka in 1975 to consecrate them.

From 1980 onwards Maharishi ceased visiting countries unless Head of State made an invitation. Among those who invited him were Canada's Pierre Trudeau, Marcos of the Philipines etc. to name a few. His second visit to Sri Lanka was in 1985 which was on an invitation from President JR Jayewardene. The author accompanied him to the president's house with several others. In 1985, Maharishi told author of his previous birth and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi at 65 gave him blessings . That was the end of Keerthi's contacts with him until he passed away in 2008. About 2 years were spent by Keerthi chanting with International Society for Krishna Consciousness becoming its full time member and later was fully involved with Brahma Kumai meditation and also did short courses with sages who arrived in Sri Lanka and in addition to attending their lectures. Keerthi used to practice Hatha Yoga (Yogic exercises) during residential course and improved the practice further meeting various Gurus and in 1980 learnt TM Siddhis. He dropped Siddhis in five years but kept perfecting Hatha yoga todate His practice of TM was interspersed with other forms since 2000 like keeping the eyes open unblinking (Trataka) which Buddhism terms Animisa Lochana Puja. Later both Trataka and TM was stopped but did other meditations often with open eyes After fleeing the country on May 25, 2000 for publication of a book titled: ―Good-bye Chandrika‖, Keerthi arrived in India from July 15, the same year till his return to Sri Lanka in June 29, 2008. In India, Keerthi had enough chances of meeting a large number of sages in various cities and, got into various practices including Mantra meditation and meditation with open eyes, etc. 141 During first half of 2008, in India, he did Pranayam (breathing stoppage for short spells) for two hours a day, taking no food for one week except two teas a day. After returning to Sri Lanka in 2008, Keerthi spent full time meditations taking only one meal a day.
