WinStar World Casino “Shuffle Master Classic Qualifying” Official Rules

1. WinStar World Casino and Resort is a governmental enterprise of The Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Beginning Monday, June 1, 2015 through Tuesday, June 30, 2015 WinStar World Casino and Resort will be holding the “Shuffle Master Classic Qualifying” 2. Patrons must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D and must be a WinStar Club Passport Card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of WinStar World Casino; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors. 3. Beginning Monday, June 1, 2015 through Tuesday, June 30, 2015 Patrons will able to qualify for the “Shuffle Master Classic” to be held in Las Vegas. 4. To qualify for a national tournament seat, players must hit a “Classic” hand during regular game play in a qualifying games during the Promotion:

5. Any qualifier for the Shuffle Master Classic in Las Vegas must submit the required application materials on or before the deadline for entry into the Shuffle Master Classic. 6. Qualifiers will receive a $1,000.00 travel voucher from Shuffle Master Classic to cover airfare to and from Las Vegas from the continental United States and a two night hotel stay in Las Vegas, NV. Any airfare and hotel expenditures above $1,000.00 will be the responsibility of the qualifier. If a qualifier spends less than $1,000 on airfare and hotel accommodations, any remaining balance of the $1,000.00 travel voucher will not be provided to the qualifier. Qualifiers are responsible for payment of all food, beverages, taxes, and gratuities in connection with travel and stay in Las Vegas. Qualifiers are responsible for transportation expenses during their stay in Las Vegas and are responsible for any accommodations expenses at the Hotel in excess of two nights. In the event the Shuffle Master Classic is cancelled for any reason, the Qualifier will receive the $1,000.00 travel voucher in full satisfaction and no compensation will paid in lieu of the Shuffle Master Classic cancellation.

1 7. Crazy 4 Poker, Four Card Poker, Mississippi Stud, Let It Ride, Caribbean Stud, Texas Hold ‘Em Bonus, and Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em require a five card royal flush for qualification. Texas Hold’em Bonus (“THB”) and Ultimate Texas Hold’em (“UTH”) require the royal flush to be on the first five cards played; THB and UTH players cannot use all seven cards for their royal flush. 8. (“TCP”) requires a six card straight flush for qualification. The six card straight flush will use the players’ three cards combined with the dealers’ three cards. 9. Folded hands DO NOT qualify. 10. All participating patrons must abide by the posted WinStar World Casino and Resort House Rules. 11. Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation. 12. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released. 13. Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by the Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner. 14. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes. 15. Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
