He medaled in the Dad Vail (Gold ’97, Silver ’99). Dan coached at Gonzaga College HS and SJP with his boats winning Stotesbury Gold (’03, ’05, ’09) and Silver (’04, ‘10). His boats also competed in the Scholastic Rowing Association of America’s National Championships where they won Gold (’02, ’05, ’09. ‘10) and Silver (’03, ’04). Dan is the SJP Math Department Chair. Jim Glavin (‘65) is the SJP Head Crew Coach. As a rower, Jim is a Dad Vail and National Rowing Champion. He has coached at every level of US Rowing since 1972. Jim was Vesper Boat Club’s Youth and Head coach. Jim also coached the USA Boy’s Junior Team, the US Elite men’s and women’s PROGRAM SYNOPSIS boats, St. Joseph’s University, Baldwin School, SCHEDULE Harriton High School, and Mount Saint Joseph’s Academy.
