COGGINS TEST All horses in this sale are required to have been tested Coggins Negative within the last 6 months. EVA (Equine Viral Arteritis) All horses in this sale were encouraged to be pre-sale tested for EVA. There is no post-sale right of return for EVA unless offered specifically and individually by the consignor through the sales company by announcement. There will be a list of all horses EVA negative available upon request. HEALTH CERTIFICATE Pursuant to Chapter 1, Sub Chapter C, Part 75 (as amended) of Title 9, Code of Federal Regulations and effective May 30th, 1978, all horses offered for sale shall be accompanied by a health certificate. These may be inspected prior to sale in the sales office.
