Old Strathcona Band Clinic: Students will work with a guest conductor who will lead a rehearsal of your ensemble. The conductor will work on specific areas of technique and interpretation determined in consultation with the ensemble’s director. Working with these featured artists will deepen both the interpretation and delivery of your repertoire to make the experience a memorable one.

Royal Albert Museum - the largest museum in western Canada and one of the top museums in Canaada, features expansive natural and human history halls chronicling the history of Alberta's people, animals, and landscapes, an expanded Bug Gallery with visible hatchery, and a Children's Gallery specifically designed for hands-on learning through play. Indigenous stories are interwoven throughout all six human history galleries in the new museum, one of which is dedicated specifically to contemporary First Nations and Métis narratives.

Art Gallery of Alberta - Founded in 1924, the is the oldest cultural institution in Alberta, and the only museum in the province solely dedicated to the exhibition and preservation of art and visual culture. Featuring three floors of premiere exhibition space; the City of Edmonton Terrace; the Singhmar Centre for Art Education; Zinc restaurant; Shop AGA; Ledcor Theatre and an Art Rental and Sales Gallery, the Art Gallery of Alberta is a not-to-be-missed part of the city's Arts District.

West Edmonton Mall World Waterpark or Galaxyland - The World Waterpark is wet, wild, wonderful fun for the whole family. Our amazing five- acre playland is home to water slides, hot tubs, children's areas and tropical temperatures. Galaxyland - North America’s largest indoor amusement park features more than 27 spectacular rides, attractions and play areas for all ages.

Muttart Conservatory - unique at first sight. This innovative botanical garden sets the pace for plant science in western Canada and defines Edmonton’s skyline with striking glass pyramids rising from the river valley.
