B101.5 & NewsTalk 1230 WFVA Launch “Channel B” Podcast Network
FREDERICKSBURG, VA – Centennial Broadcasting, Fredericksburg, Virginia, radio stations B101.5 and NewsTalk 1230 WFVA have launched “Channel B”, a new podcasting network featuring original, locally produced podcasts covering a variety of subjects including social injustice, parenting, entertainment news, local business, and local events and organizations.
Six podcasts are now live on Channel B. Listeners can subscribe to the podcasts via iTunes, Stitcher, and Google Music, or listen at www.b1015.com , keyword “podcasts”. They are:
The OUTcast – This podcast gives a voice to anyone who has felt like an outsider, or an outcast. The OUTcast will highlight topics of social injustice and will promote healing conversation. Hosted by B101.5 morning show personality Dee Daniels, new episodes are released every other Wednesday.
The Impossible Job – A podcast featuring the misadventures of parenting. It’s a look into different families, different styles of parenting, and how every parent ultimately has the same goal…to not raise jerks! Hosted by Laura Labelle, new episodes are released every other Thursday.
All Business With Ted Schubel – At a time when it’s often faster and cheaper to shop on- line, All Business tells the individual stories of the local small-business owners in the Fredericksburg, Virginia, region who keep the community working.
