The Admin office is staffed Mon-Fri and can assist with enquiries regarding waiting lists. Orthoptists are present in the office 2 day per week and Admin staff can direct enquiries at all other times to the appropriate clinician. Please be aware that it is likely an Orthoptist will need the patient notes to deal with clinical enquiries, this may cause a slight delay if notes are not on site.
