R 01 Relazione Tecnico Illustrativa
Relazione tecnico illustrativa Ubicazione dell'intervento e relativi vincoli L'area interessata dalle opere è posta nel Comune di Castiglion Fibocchi (AR), lungo la strada panoramica del Pratomagno all'altezza di Villa Cognola in località Le Coniola; catastalmente nel N.T.C. del Comune di Castiglion Fibocchi è rappresentata al foglio 1, particella 47. Come indicato nel Piano Strutturale, l'area fa parte della "UTOE 2 sistema territoriale montano e collinare" (art.20) e rientra nel sottosistema ambientale V1: riserva di naturalità (art. 24); è definita come boschi (art. 56) ed è tutelata come area di interesse ambientale (art. 60). Nel Regolamento Urbanistico l'area è individuata con la sigla Ac2 corrispondente alle aree di conservazione (art. 87 comma 5). L'area è interessata dal vincolo paesaggistico del D.M. 09/02/1976 “zona del culmine del Pratomagno Aretino, ricadente nei comuni di Castel Focognano, Castelfranco di sopra, Castel San Niccolò, Castiglion Fibocchi, Loro Ciuffenna, Montemignaio, Ortignano Raggiolo, Piano di Scò, Poppi, Pratovecchio, Stia, Talla” e rientra quindi nei beni paesaggistici soggetti a tutela ai sensi dell'art. 136 comma 1 lettera c del D. Lgs. 42/2004. Inoltre rientra nelle aree a vincolo area boscata (DPR 616/77 art.82 comma 5 lettera g), a vincolo idrogeologico (R.D. 3267/1923) e al vincolo della "Oasi faunistica del Pratomagno". Il progetto riguarda la realizzazione di due nuovi edifici con struttura in legno a destinazione d'uso servizi e attrezzature di uso pubblico (St). L'intervento proposto rientra tra le trasformazioni del territorio previste nel regolamento urbanistico vigente. Infatti per le aree individuate dalla sigla Ac2 sono consentiti gli interventi indicati all'art. -

Our attention is focused on the region enclosed 29 between Toscana, Umbria, Marche and Emilia-Romagna. This area is mainly characterized by a 30 diffuse seismicity, partly clustered in small sequences (Mw < 4.7). Improved seismicity locations, 31 together with stress field analysis allows to characterize the manner of seismogenic stress release 32 in the area. Two regions of significantly different seismic release behavior could be 33 distinguished: (i) the inner/western part (Tuscan side) of the study area, where seismicity is 34 clustered at shallow depths (<18 km) and where strong earthquakes occurred in the past, (ii) the 35 outer(eastern) part (Marche side), where the seismicity is diffuse across all of the crustal volume, 36 reaching depths of down to 30 km. 37 Along the Apenninic chain, seismicity is nearly absent inside well defined zones. -
