BOTH M&S AND CARPETRIGHT HAVE PLANNING RECENTLY REBRANDED THEIR FASCIA’S The property has been developed in phases over time but principally benefits from a retail Class 1 planning consent with a restriction on food sales to approximately 735 sq ft.
