Egan, Athletic Director PEN ARGYL - The Pen Argyl Area School District Announces The Appointment Of The Following Head Coaches: Head Football: Brady Mutton A Graduate Of Pen Argyl High School, Coach Mutton Earned A Bachelor Of Arts Degree In English In 2018 From Moravian College. He Currently Is Employed At Colonial Academy As A Mental Health Worker And Is Attending East Stroudsburg University Where His Is Pursuing A Masters In Education And Teaching Certification. “We are very pleased to announce Brady Mutton as our next Head Football Coach. He was a suc- cessful student and player at Pen Argyl Area High School. We feel his experiences as a player, coach, and mental health worker make him a great fit for our program. His familiarity with our community, school, and athletic program will serve him well as he begins his Head Coaching career here in Pen Argyl. Brady is very excited for this opportunity and we are confident that our football program will grow and flourish under his leadership for many years to come.” Head cross country: Chelsea Rivenbark A graduate of southern lehigh high school who competed in cross country and track and field. She continued her athletic career at muhlenberg college where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in history and minor in political science. Chelsea has since earned a masters degree in criminal justice at desales university and a master of education in social studies from lehigh university. She currently teaches history at pen argyl high school. “We are very pleased to announce Chelsea Rivenbark as our new Head Cross Country Coach. She is currently a History Teacher at Pen Argyl Area High School and was an assistant on our staff this year. Chelsea is familiar with our students and knows what it takes to be a competitive runner. We hope that she will be able to draw more participants to our program and help our runners perform their best. Jim will be the new Private Schools representative to the District XI Committee. Mr. Wabby introduced Scott Cooperman, Director of Athletics at William Allen High School. Scott will be the new Lehigh Valley Conference representative to the District XI Committee. I. Approval of 21 April 2010 meeting agenda: Mr. Wabby • A motion was made by Arnts/Ramella to approve the 21 April 2010 meeting agenda. The motion passed unanimously. II. Approval of General Meeting Agenda: Mr. Wabby • Mr. James Angeline, Principal of Pius X High School, will be the Private Schools Representative for the 2010-2011 year. His term will officially begin on July 1, 2010. • Mr. Nemes addressed the parent representative from the Colonial League. Due to the timing of the Colonial League meeting the parent representative will be approved at the June meeting of the District XI Committee. • Review of the 2010-2011 District XI Committee ballot.
