We ask that the following minimum spend per guest is met:

This may consist of any reception beverages, canapés, wedding breakfast menu items, wines and water to accompany your wedding breakfast and toast drinks. It cannot include evening food, bar spend, decorations or accommodation.
Our Wedding Breakfast menus contain a selection of classic dishes created by our award-winning Head Chef, but we are happy to discuss your individual requirements to create the perfect menu for your wedding.
We endeavour to source our produce as seasonally and as locally as possible – due to this not every item on our wedding breakfast is always available – if in doubt please speak to your wedding co-ordinator.
Guest Menu Choices We are very happy to offer your guests a choice of menu from a maximum of two choices per course (including childrens’ menus) with any vegetarians and other dietary requirements catered for separately. We do require a pre-order detailing individual guests’ choice and a guest seating plan to provide this service.

Wedding Beverages
Choosing the right drinks to accompany your wedding and selecting the right amount and choice of drinks to ensure all your guests’ tastes are catered for can seem daunting! We recommend the below quantities:
Drinks Reception We recommend offering your guests one glass for every 30 minutes of your drinks reception, and offering a choice of drinks, including at least one non- alcoholic option for guests who may not wish to drink alcohol and drivers.
Our Banqueting Wine List includes a wide variety of Champagnes and sparkling wines available to purchase by the bottle – as a guide for quantities, one bottle will pour five glasses.
Alternatively, our Wedding Cocktail List contains a selection of delicious and attractive drinks to serve to your guests including non-alcoholic “mocktails”. We would be delighted to create a bespoke cocktail to reflect your personalities or wedding theme should you so wish.
You may wish to purchase large jugs of soft drinks, which cater for 6 glasses each – we offer the following selection for £8.50 per jug: Fruit Juices – Orange, Apple or Cranberry Sparkling Elderflower Non-alcoholic Fruit Punch
Wedding Breakfast To accompany the Wedding Breakfast, you can choose any wines from our Banqueting Wine List. Our Head Sommelier will be delighted to assist you with this. We recommend half a bottle per person for a three course wedding breakfast.
Holywell still or sparkling mineral water is available at £3.00 per 750ml bottle. We recommend a minimum of half a bottle per person. Alternatively we can serve complimentary iced tap water.
