Notice of Collaboration with NEUSOFT Co., Ltd. regarding DX Area

Frontier Management Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Co-presidents: Shoichiro Onishi and Masahiro Matsuoka; hereafter the “Company”) hereby announced that the Company has agreed with NEUSOFT Japan Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Chairman & CEO: Liu Jiren; hereafter the “NEUSOFT Japan”) on the following policy regarding collaboration in the field of digital transformation (DX).

1. Purpose FMI has provided a diverse range of solutions to domestic and overseas companies, including consulting, M&A, and business revitalization support, as a group of experts in that field. Neusoft Corporation (hereafter the "Neusoft") in was established in 1991 with the investment of , INC. (currently ALPS ALPINE CO., LTD.) in Japan and was the first Chinese software company listed on the Stock Exchange in 1996. Currently, Neusoft employs approximately 20,000 and provides IT solutions and services globally. Neusoft has been focusing to the customer value, accelerating customer product innovation, enhancing digital transformation, and supporting the customers business growth for the Japan market. NEUSOFT Japan, its Japanese subsidiary, provides IT solutions and services that utilize the cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, AI and IoT, and has many achievements for major Japanese and Chinese companies. Through this collaboration, NEUSOFT Japan and the Company will be able to provide the integrated services from strategy formulation, implementation to execution in the DX area, and higher added value to clients.

2. Descriptions NEUSOFT Japan and the Company shall collaborate each other on the following matters; (1) Strategy formulation support in the DX area. (2) System implementation and construction support in the DX area. (3) Consulting and execution support for BPO related to the above.
