- February 2002, conducted fieldwork for training students from the Faculty of Archaeology to excavate at Phum Snay (an archaeological site at West of Siem Reap) under the support of UNESCO in Phnom Penh

- October 1999 to October 2001, Archaeology Officer for the Memot Center for Archaeology; The center focuses on archaeological research related to pre-historic Cambodia. The center is supported by the German Academy for Exchange program (DAAD), German Embassy in Phnom Penh and Faculty of Archaeology of the Royal Fine Arts University in Phnom Penh.

- July 2001, conducted a LOWMAP at Angkor Borei, Takeo with professors Paul Bishop, Miriam T. Stake and Dr. David Henderson from Hawaii University, USA

- May to July 2001, worked as an assistant and interpreter (English/Khmer) for Dr. Birgit Keding, a Bronze Age lecturer from Köln University, Germany (DAAD).

- January to March 2001, worked as an assistant and interpreter (English/Khmer) for Dr. Miraim Noel Haidle, a lecturer of the Emergence of the Early Farming, from Tuebingen University, Germany (DAAD).

- February 2001, together with the member of the Memot Center, conducted field training for students from the Faculty of Archaeology at the circular earthwork sites in Kompong Cham province.

3 - December 2000 to January 2001, together with members of the Memot Center, excavated a circular earthworks site named Krek 52/62 for understanding the condition and the period of site occupation.

- April to June 2000, worked as an assistant and interpreter (English/Khmer) for Dr. Uwe Mueller, a Prehistoric Archaeology lecturer from Handerschuhsheimer Landstr. 35 D-69121 Heidelberg, Germany (DAAD) at the Faculty of Archaeology in Phnom Penh.

- February to March 2000, together with members of the Memot Center and under the advice of Dr. Miraim Noel Haidle, conducted field training to Level II students from the Faculty of Archaeology in order to excavate, map and site survey at circular earthworks sites in Krek and Memot in Kompong Cham province.

- June 1998, worked as an election observer for the Royal Academy of Cambodia in Prei Veng province for the National Election in 1998 in Cambodia

- February 1997, participated in Archaeological field school managed by DAAD in Krek rubber plantation at Kompong Cham province

- September 1996, assisted in conducting socio-economic and cultural research throughout Ratanakiri province with International Development Research Center of Canada.
