Guida Completa Chongqing.Pdf Dear foreign friends, At the special moment when our entire nation is fighting against COVID-19, the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government hereby extends our heartfelt regards to all of you. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government has taken the most comprehensive, thorough and strict prevention and control measures. As a result, the spread of the epidemic has been effectively curbed and we haven’t seen new confirmed cases for many days. Now we are still at a crucial stage of epidemic prevention and control, and shall never let our guard down. We look forward to your steadfast support, full trust and active cooperation, and sincerely expect you to join us in combating the epidemic. To share with you the knowledge on epidemic prevention and control, we have prepared this guide for your reference. I. Notes Prior to Entry ● Please pay close attention to the entry/exit control measures taken by China and the requirements for release at Chinese ports during the epidemic prevention and control period and reasonably arrange your itinerary; ● Please follow the developments of the epidemic situation in your locality, actively cooperate with the local government in epidemic prevention and control according to relevant laws, regulations and requirements, and take appropriate measures for epidemic prevention and control; ● Please follow the official websites of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Health, and other relevant authorities for the latest requirements and health tips on epidemic prevention and control; ● Please take proper personal protection measures, avoid exposure to crowded public spaces, and reduce your travel arrangements. For any international travel, please refer to the recommendations and instructions of your local authorities and the Chinese embassy and consulate in your locality. II. Notes on Entry and Taking the Flight ● China has implemented a nationwide health declaration system. All travelers entering/exiting China must make a health declaration. The personnel at China Customs will examine your health declaration, check your health condition, and inquire whether you have traveled to any region or country affected by COVID-19 or whether you have had contact with any confirmed cases in the past fourteen (14) days. Before you enter the ports of China, you may make the declaration using your cellphone. Then a QR code will be generated on your cellphone, and you can have the QR code scanned for entry at the Chinese port (see Appendix 1 for the detailed procedure). Your understanding and cooperation will be much appreciated. ● From now to the end of the epidemic, all inbound/outbound passengers at Chongqing airports shall have their valid ID checked and body temperature taken by the airport staff before being granted clearance. ● Please wear a mask throughout your flight, and accept temperature check with a higher frequency during the flight. When going through the check-in formalities, please keep a proper distance from the passenger ahead of you in the line, and reduce unnecessary contacts (QR code boarding pass, self- help baggage check-in and other convenient boarding means are recommended). Upon arrival at Chongqing airport, all passengers shall accept the infrared body temperature testing, and may be released if temperature is normal. Those whose body temperatures are higher than the normal range will be transferred by Chongqing airport to the medical observation sites for observation. III. Notes on Post-entry Quarantine and Medical Observation According to the developments of the epidemic outside China, all passengers intending to enter China via Chongqing port shall be subject to medical observation at home or at designated sites for quarantine and medical observation for fourteen (14) days, provided that such passengers arrive directly from countries or regions that are COVID-19 epicenters, or from other countries or regions but have a history of travel to or stay in epicenter countries in the past fourteen (14) days. For diplomatic personnel with normal body temperature, the administrative measures for diplomatic personnel will be implemented. ● During medical observation at home, please give top priority to your health. You will receive the Notice on Home Quarantine and Medical Observation from the community workers. Your community and property management have implemented an epidemic prevention and control system and deployed personnel for 24-hour watch. BMC Public Health (2021) 21:373 https://doi.org/10.1186/s12889-021-10383-x RESEARCH ARTICLE Open Access Forecasting the incidence of mumps in Chongqing based on a SARIMA model Hongfang Qiu1, Han Zhao2, Haiyan Xiang1, Rong Ou3, Jing Yi1, Ling Hu1, Hua Zhu1 and Mengliang Ye1* Abstract Background: Mumps is classified as a class C infection disease in China, and the Chongqing area has one of the highest incidence rates in the country. We aimed to establish a prediction model for mumps in Chongqing and analyze its seasonality, which is important for risk analysis and allocation of resources in the health sector. Methods: Data on incidence of mumps from January 2004 to December 2018 were obtained from Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention. The incidence of mumps from 2004 to 2017 was fitted using a seasonal autoregressive comprehensive moving average (SARIMA) model. The root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) were used to compare the goodness of fit of the models. The 2018 incidence data were used for validation. Results: From 2004 to 2018, a total of 159,181 cases (93,655 males and 65,526 females) of mumps were reported in Chongqing, with significantly more men than women. The age group of 0–19 years old accounted for 92.41% of all reported cases, and students made up the largest proportion (62.83%), followed by scattered children and children in kindergarten. The SARIMA(2, 1, 1) × (0, 1, 1)12 was the best fit model, RMSE and MAPE were 0.9950 and 39.8396%, respectively.

BMC Cancer (2020) 20:893 https://doi.org/10.1186/s12885-020-07403-1 RESEARCH ARTICLE Open Access Relationship between the invasion of lymphocytes and cytokines in the tumor microenvironment and the interval after single brachytherapy hypofractionated radiotherapy and conventional fractionation radiotherapy in non-small cell lung Cancer Lin Li1, Hong Cheng Yue2, Yun Wei Han1,3, Wei Liu4, Liang Geng Xiong5* and Jian Wen Zhang1,3,6* Abstract Background: The effect of brachytherapy on lymphocytes and cytokines in the tumor microenvironment is unclear. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the invasion of lymphocytes and cytokines in the tumor microenvironment and the interval after single brachytherapy hypofractionated radiotherapy (SBHFRT) and conventional fractionation radiotherapy (CFRT) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: Lewis tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into control, CFRT, and SBHFRT groups. On days 7 and 14 after radiation, the expression levels of CD86+, CD4+, CD8+, and Foxp3+ cells, and levels of Ki-67+ protein were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the tumor necrosis rate was calculated. Following this, the levels of interleukin-10 (IL-10), IL-12, and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The apoptosis rate was evaluated via flow cytometry. The tumor volume and tumor growth inhibition rate (TGIR) were calculated on day 14. Tumor metabolism was assessed via 18F-FDG micropositron emission tomography/computer tomography. Results: The tumor volume reduced by 22.0% and TGIR increased by 92.2% (p < 0.05) in the SBHFRT group. Further, on days 7 and 14 after radiation, tumor metabolism, Ki-67+ and Foxp3+ expression levels, and IL-10 levels were lower, and tumor necrosis and apoptosis rates; CD86+, CD4+, and CD8+ expression levels; and IL-12 and IFN-γ levels were higher in the SBHFRT group than in the CFRT group, particularly on day 7.
