16.2 As the institution is covered in category of exemption to moratorium, the decision of 326 EC was reviewed. It was decided not to file an appeal in Hon’ble High Court.

17.1 The latest information on record including following information was placed and considered - a) Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra letter dt.8.7.2020. b) it was noted that institution has neither submitted the consent of affiliation of the Examining Authority nor the affidavit prescribed by the PCI.

17.2 In view of above, it was decided to withdraw the approval granted to the D.Pharm course.
