Megan Dardis is an abstract artist living in Cleveland, Ohio. Dardis’ paintings combine gestural and geometric abstraction, evoking ideas of energy, mass, the magnetic pull of gravity and its effects on nature and the human condition. Her work explores the unseen forces that infl ict change and transformation on all things in our physical world and how this constant state of transformation exists in cycles of destruction and rebuilding that are also mirrored in the emotional cycles of trauma, grief, and recovery. Dardis has participated in multiple group and solo shows, in the Cleveland and Akron areas of Ohio.
